Notes from real Omega Force service calls: the appliance, the problem we found and how we fixed it.
Repairs completed June 30, 2022 to July 6, 2022
Customer complains the microwave blows a circuit breaker. Upon arrival and inspection I found the switchholders had come out of tolerance and one switch was welded. I replace the switchholder and all three switches. The microwaves now fixed.

Found that rollers were worn out. Customer wanted all 4 replaced. Replaced rollers and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up, tested and dryer now runs quiet and is working good.

Found that motor is bad. DIshwasher just fills and drains. Power goes to motor but not running. Customer will think about it and call back if they want to proceed with repair.Needs motor/sump assmebly part# wpw10482480 estimate is $356.20

Not running. Found a broken pully. Replaced it, vacuumed it out and oiled rollers. Runs great now.

Customer complaint is, NOT DRAINING. Inspected and tested. Found a piece of glass in the drain pump. Removed glass and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Fridge was running loud. The customer cleaned out some dust and cat hair from the front grill. Its been much quieter since. I pulled the grill off, vacuumed and used the coil brush to clean out coils. Pulled fridge out, and cleaned behind too. Everything working great.
