I found the bake ignitor was bad and causing a short. I replaced the ignitor and it heated to 350.

Customer complaint is, power but when it hit start it tries to run for a few minutes but does not start a washing cycle. Inspected and tested. Found its not draining. I removed the drain pump and found a piece of plastic in it. Removed plastic and tested. Dishwasher is now working great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Not cooling well. High temps were found, I defrosted and watched the evaporator it only frosted 25%. The sealed system has failed.

Getting frost all over inside freezer. Found that freezer door is not fully closing and leaving small gap all around. Found that there was a package of chicken that fell behind wire basket that was pushing against door causing it not to fully shut. Removed that and showed customer. Door now shuts and seals. Also replaced water filter for customer. Refrigerator is working good.

Customer complaint is, seal around the door is not sealing correctly. Freezer temperature is 5F and FF compartment is 35F. Inspected and found both FF compartment door seals are tearing in the corners. Also the humidity slides on the drawers are broken off. Needs 2 new door seals and 2 humidity slides. Installed 2 FF door seals and 2 humidity slides. Refrigerator is now fixed.

Customer complaint is, leaks even though water isnt turned on. Inspected and tested. Found the defrost drain was plugged. Cleaned out drain and defrosted freezer. Drain is now clear.
