Wasnt making ice was customers complaint. Tested ice makers water valve which that worked great. Next tested ice maker itself and the motor wouldnt spin. Quoted and replaced ice maker.
“Adam was kind and worked hard. He figured out the problem with the dish washer and ordered the part. He also diagnosed our ice maker's demise and replaced it while waiting for the dishwasher to cycle. Wow!”

Unit was making a loud fan noise. Found the fan was bad but it was from an ice build up on the evaporator. Steamed the evap. GE has a service bulletin for this issue. Had to move the sensor to a different spot. Fridge temp 38Freezer 10

Customer complaint is, no water to im. they changed a part, now cant get the water to stop. Customer replaced the supply valve and then found the ice maker supply line was plugged at the top. He removed it and blew air into it with a air compressor and then when the would try to get water from the door it would fill the ice maker to. Inspected and tested. Everything was testing good in test mode. I turned the valve on and off a half dozen times and it was working great. I cycled the ice maker and it filled with water. Everything is testing good. Customer is going to use it and see what happens. I advised if they still have issues to replace the dual valve and possibly the ice maker.

I replaced the shocks and the washer is overloading with water and is still causing the washer to sit to low and the rotor hits the ground. After more trouble shooting I think board is at fault and is causing the washer to over fill. The rotor may also be damaged. The customer will just buy a new washer.

Unit was making loud noise and then wasnt heating well. Air flow was bad. Once disassembled found that the blower wheel was full of lint. Cleaned out lint All rollers looked fine still oiled them for maintenance. Reassembled unit noise was better but still had a light noise. Customer is going to get the vents cleaned and redo the venting on the dryer then give us a call. Told him there is a good chance the blower wheel will need to be replaced

I found no power out of the control fuse to the main board. I replaced the fuse and powered back up. The control is working and the oven is working good.

After I got some data on this range I found it had another fuse. The lower oven fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and remounted the upper oven broil element that was left hanging down. The cooktop works good and both ovens are working and preheated to 350.

Not cooling, missing digits on the UI and no ice. On arrival inspection I found the ice room was frozen up and 25?F. This unit has the evaporator drain manufacturing defect that causes it to get too warm melt out then make ice for a while then freeze back up. There is no known fix for this defect. The user interface is missing a few digits on the display. Its still working and functioning fine but I quoted replacement anyways. This customer has a new leaf home appliance warranty and will be working with them to see if they cover.

Found that drain pump is bad. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump, tested and washer drains and is working good.
