Used steamer to clear all ice build up from right side upper freezer drawer slide. Lubricants all drawer slides. Door seals all look good. No air gaps found. At this time freezer drawers are all opening and closing properly. It appears this may have happened due to the freezer drawer not being closed all the way causing ice to form on drawer slide. Advised customer on checking to be sure right side of drawer is closing all the way. If issue returns recommend replacement of both drawer slides.

Checked operating pressures 6psiL 45psi H Equalized pressures 11psi, Pressurized w n2 and held 250psi for 10 min no leaks, Suspect pressure loss was from me checking pressure during last visit.
