The residents ice maker isnt making any ice. I ran a diagnostic test and verified that the solenoid is receiving 120 volts but the ice maker tray doesnt have a drop of water in it. I also attempted a harvest test with the ice maker and it would start to harvest but when the tray twists, a loud snapping sound can be heard repeatedly, and it would not can for water at the end of the harvest. The customers deep freeze isnt reaching set temperature, its getting down to 10 degrees above zero but set for-10. The evaporator fan motor is running, defrost issues not present, the frost pattern on the evaporator reminds me of a fresh food evaporator but I didnt find any sealed system leaks. The compressor amp draw is only at 2 ohms, should be 3.6 ohms, discharge line is very hot, suction line is cold, so is the drier filter. Everything I found points to a weak compressor, would need to replace it and the drier filter.

After about 40 minutes it started beeping and flashing like it was paused or you opened the door. I opened and shut door and pressed start again and it started washing again. I tried getting it into service mode but it wont let me: I called tech support and they had me try to get into test mode but we couldnt.. they said if washer hasnt been cleaned in a long time there could be suds in the pressure sensorHose throwing off the sensor. Sensor could also be damaged. Recommended having customer do an afresh tub cleaning, and if that doesnt fix it, to then replace the pressure sensor.

I removed the pulley cover and slid the drive belt away from the motor and transmission pulleys. I slid a new drive belt onto the motor and transmission wheels. Powered up the machine and started diagnostic testing, I tried a spinning the drum at medium speed first , quiet, then I turned up the speed and quiet again. The new belt had solved the unsettling noise.

Customer says it will make noise for 30 minutes-hour at a time. Found that there is a lot of frost build up on ceiling of freezer. Door was not sealing all the way. Found that the door was hitting the edge of the molding trim and freezer door was not fully closing. I moved fridge over slightly and door now closes. I used heat gun and molded door seal and ensured that the door gasket is now fully sealing around the door. Cleaned up frost; Refrigerator is working good.

Customer states they think the filter needs to be cleaned the washer was having an issue draining. Removed the front of the washer and vacuumed out the water and found nothing in the filter, removed the pump and found the impeller worn and loose. Informed the customer I suspected the pump was the issue, qouted the pump and the customer approved. Replaced the pump. Showed the customer where to clean off the lower part of the door so it does not leak water, also pointed out the soap dispenser leaking water.

REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING - FROST BUILDING UP IN THE BACK OF FREEZER. FF compartment is 45F and freezer is 4F. I removed the evaporator cover and the evaporator is completely frozen over on the top half and the vents are frozen shut. I turned the heater on and it came on and started defrosting. I checked the thermistor readings and they were close to the temperature reading. I defrosted evaporator and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 15-20 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system has failed. Customer would like a quote on repair. ; saved tckt

Isolated the oven from the burners the oven is ok, hooked up the burners and that is what is tripping the breaker. Disassembled and checked started hooking up the burners with the switches first and found the right side switch was what was tripping the breaker. Ordered both right and left.
