"Customer complaint is, LEAKING WHEN THE CYCLE IS RUNNING, THERE IS WATER COMING FROM THE SIDE OF DOOR OR UNDERNEATH. Customer said it doesnt leak every time. Inspected and tested. Ran dishwasher for 40 minutes and it never leaked. The filter is plugged solid. Its possible that because the filter was plugged, the spray arm was not turning or was turning really slowly and spraying at the door causing it to leak. I advised customer to clean filter regularly and if it leaks again to check if theres to much soap suds or if theres something on the bottom shelf causing water to deflect at the door. Dishwasher never leaked is operating normal for me."

Water is leaking down from the ceiling in the fresh food compartment . I found ice and water sitting in the evaporator drip pan under the evaporator. Water is not running over to the drain. The suction line had ice accumulating on it. I found a service bulletin that addresses the issue. The part they say to install was already installed but not siliconed in per the instructions. I contacted GE to make sure there was nothing else to be done. They just said to follow the bulletin. I followed the instructions in the bulletin and made a couple more adjustments. "Dryer on sensor dry doesnt get the clothes dry. They are all wet. Customer has a new washer. I checked the bearing and the washer is good. Not an issue of clothes coming out too wet from the washer. Already changed thermostat and coils. It heats awesome. Doesnt lose heat. Ventilation is perfect. Sensors pass sensor test in test mode. Only other thing this could be would be a bad control board. 8546219. Cant find it. DW can you see if you can find it? We are a second opinion. Previous company out twice and wasnt able to get this fixed. I put a load of sopping wet towels in it and ran it on sensor dry. After 50 minutes towels still wet, but they were sopping wet to start. Still nice and hot inside. Airflow outside 28 mph. If control board cant be found, not sure what to do here. Cant find it failing. Sensor working correctly. Not sure how to proceed?; O-emld tckt"

Not responsive. Customer has extensive background in troubleshooting electronics. I found a foil wrapped fuse and a burnt noise filter board. Despite this power was still going through the noise board. The main control board had L1 and neutral to it but it was failing. I quoted repair but customer will replace unit.

"Unknown issue. Unit not installed, power not secured. Upon arrival and inspection I installed the laundry center and found a few issues. The drain plumbing is improper I showed property manager. Hooked up water the drain begin testing and found they had not properly installed unit there was still Styrofoam and securing tape around the tub on the washer. I remove that and tested it with the speed wash. The unit appears to be working as designed. Note labor charge only for hook up, installation, and securing the power cable Note: customer will have to fix drain and double check all waterlines before use.; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, LIGHTS ARE BLINKING REALLY FAST. Inspected and tested. Both FF lights and the freezer light are flashing rapidly. I removed the ceiling light in the FF compartment and can get them to stop flashing. But then when you shut the door and open it they start flashing again.
