".When it hasnt been run for a bit, if you turn on the fan on high, it barely rotates, but give it 5 minutes and it gradually speeds up. Eventually it runs at full speed. "Customers,complains the dishwasher is its not drying dishes well, the soap packet its not dispensing out of the dispenser. Upon arrival and inspection I found the water was soft and customer had switched to a liquid soap but now dishes were not drying off properly. Customer was not using rinse aid. I gave her a sample along with coupons and tested the system. The dishwasher had turned it off its heater after running it through system diagnostic mode the heater kicked back in. The dispenser door opens as designed I suspect from the amount of sudding in the dishwasher some contamination may have caused it to shut off the heater, there was interference from a plastic piece of the rack that I re-installed. Dishwasher is working as designed."

The customer said on Sunday when they ran the 3 or 4th load the washer started to smelland produce smoke. I checked the basket to see if it had failed or starting to fail and it felt good. She tried to replace the refrigerator bulb with a house light bulb witch is to big. I used the light bulb from her oven and the bulb works. The light did shut off when the door is closed. I found the water filter was not installed correctly. I pushed the filter in hard. I also turned the ice maker back on. The ice maker filled and the dispenser is working good."

Customer says got down to 41 in freezer but there was a lot of frost build up inside freezer. As i got here the fridge was working good. I checked all functions and all test good. I suspect that door was stuck open and caused freezer to get warm and have frost build up all over inside. Because since then it has remained cold.Customer will keep an eye on it and call back if it is still problem.

Oven was shorting out because the control panel was not aligned correctly on the range. Aligned it correctly and it doesnt short out now. The wires for the two light controls our taped off now. Its possible those were also causing some thing too short. Customer had a endcap that is broken but that part is no longer available so he is going to glue the control consul onto the range.

Water was pooling up in the bottom of the freezer. I cycled the ice maker and it did not leak down from the ice maker. I removed the evaporator cover and found ice building up under the evaporator. The drain tube was plugged up so water was not draining. I defrosted the ice and cleared the drain.

Filter changed then water dispenser stopped working. Upon arrival and inspection I found the icemaker still worked but the dispenser did not. Temperatures on the ice bladder were below freezing. I took 20 minutes and thawed out the dispenser valve and water tank. I was unable to get water to flow again. I quoted replacement but water filter assy filter is no longer available from Samsung. Because the water filter has been discontinued even if we replace existing parts that we cannot guarantee the dispenser will work because Per the manufacture an OE filter must be used and they are no longer made.

"Condensation builds up on left wall in fresh food section. Then gets moldy. Water leaks out onto floor. Spoke with GE tech support. They said this is a known issue. Temp sensor doesnt read temp right, runs cooling too long, then condensation builds up. The fix involves a new temp sensor and a special insulated foil tape that goes behind the sensor. I ordered the sensor, but cant find the tape. wr02x32504 foam is not available. It looks like you can maybe order it through GE? I attached a photo. Dana can you try and find the foil insulated tape? I scheduled customer for next Tuesday and quoted 200. L14 labor code; ordrng 1 WR55X10025 (Temp sensor)"
