"Dryer will not always spin or drain. Customer has to play with display to get it to work and it only does so intermittently. Upon arrival I listen to the customer and he noted a clicking noise when it tried to go into drain and spin. Tested and found the actuator was playing up. I replaced it I tried to calibrate unit but it did not want to go through automated testing and the draining function did not work. And I was able to get draining function to work intermittently. Installed washer and dryer but had washer pedestal and no additional hoses or water splitter or drain splitter hook ups. Also dryer is a steam dryer and would need splitter and water hook up as well. I hooked up the washer and dryer but will need further parts and follow up and new quote to install the other stuff.

"Customer complaint is, FREEZER FINE BUT FF NOT COOLING. Inspected and found the FF evaporator is a ball of ice. Also the ice maker has a ball of ice on the bottom of it. Quoted customer to repair the evaporator depending on what it needs and about $500 for the ice maker repair. Customer is going to look into their options, but probably replace the refrigerator."

"Customer complaint is, LIGHT SAYS OVEN IS ON ALL THE TIME AND IT'S NOT ON. ALL OTHER THINGS WORK. Inspected and found the thermostat knob is broken on the back side, so its not turning it off all the way. Needs a new knob. Installed new knob and tested. The light still stays on unless you turn really hard to the off position. The thermostat switch is not shutting off all the way. Quoted customer to install new thermostat switch.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DEFROSTING. Inspected and tested refrigerator. Everything was working and tested good in service diagnostics mode. Customer had already defrosted evaporator a couple days before, so it looked good. The evaporator drain pan looked like it was plugged with bugs. I defrosted evaporator and watched it frost back over and it looked good after 20 minutes. Im not sure exactly whats going on here because everything tested good."

"I replaced the water valve and tested the icemaker. The icemaker cycled but did not call for water. I manually jumped the wires and it sent water. Replace the icemaker and that fixed it.
