"Microwave blows the breakers if any of the lights are for outlets are used on the same circuit. Microwave is working as designed and drawing between 12 and 13 A. I watched multiple times and never saw it spike. Unfortunately the microwave is improving improperly installed on a circuit that feeds lights in the kitchen, dining room, entry, and living room as well as three outlets in those respective rooms. The microwave is working as it should the problem is an electrical one. Its obvious the microwave was an upgrade from a vent fan formally installed."

The customer complains The dishwasher intermittently get an E15 error. Upon arrival I found excessive suds were present in the dishwasher. Are used to cooking oil to remove the contamination and watched unit run. Unit did not leak while I was on site and suds have disappeared. I left instructions to the customer to see yes from washing dishes with detergent and be careful to only rinse in the future. The dishwasher is working as designed.

The washer will basically do nothing when the cycle is started. I put into diagnostics and the only error code was f3e3 for the water inlet . The inlet sensor was in range. The hoses are hooked up correctly. I tried to run motor test and the nothing would run on the motor and the shifter will also not function. The customer said its still under the factory warranty and another servicer was out and ordered the main board and water valve. . It needs the main board.

I inspected the dryer and found it Cycled between 101deg- 190 deg. I watched 6 cycles and it worked flawlessly. I checked the vent and it had great flow. Internal inspection found the cavity had slight build-up of lint nothing to be concerned about. I cleaned the moisture sensor bars. The dryer is working as designed.

As Im here fridge is quiet and running good. . I checked evaporator fan and i suspect maybe the fan blade was close to edge and when cold/hot caused it to slightly shift hitting edge of plastic housing causing the noise. I adjusted bracket for evaporator motor. Refrigerator is quiet and working good as Im here.If problem continues i would guess the evaporator motor would need to be replaced again. Washer wont go into high speed spin and will reset from 5 minutes to 17 minutes and try to rebalance load. Found service bulletin that suspension rods cause this issue and were subbed. This is washer that was recalled due to shaking itself apart. I informed that to customer and they will try contacting Samsung directly and see if they will do anything for them.

"Tested dryer again and with vent disconnected it cycles at 220 degrees, when attached it cycles at 245 degrees. Tested load of clothes from washer to dryer. After 40 minutes clothes were just about dry, little damp still. Based on this I suggested that customer get the vents cleaned out because the dryer itself is heating and working good as Ive been here for 45 minutes.If customer call back in this will need to be transferred for 2nd opinion. I have been here 3 times and not able to find issues."
