I replaced it with the whirlpool bracket that we stock leveling the machine. The cabinetry is not sitting perfectly level so I worked with customer to set machine properly in hall and she was happy with the outcome. The dishwasher is now mounted as designed. I wasnt sure why it was loose, didnt know what would fix it until I put it back together. Now that its back together its sealed tight. Did not charge for that since I did not quote beforehand. Couldnt quote beforehand though since I didnt know if I could get it right until I put it back together. The trim on the left side was broken, that is part number W10761018. The vent on the top of the door is part number WPW10310922. Put it on bake for 350 and it preheated great and did not get hot on outside glass.

As soon as the dryer started the te bad thermistor error comes on. I tested the thermistor from the control and its was 50 k ohms and it should have been around 10. I tooled the dryer apart and tested the thermistor. It still tested out of range. I found the idler pulley is stuck and the belt has been cutting into the pulley wheel. It needs a new thermistor and pulley. The customer will call back if they want to fix it.

When you press start the washer will lock but then I nothing else. No filling with it and the drum does not turn. I checked for error codes and the most recent was f8-e3 pressure sensor fault. I unplugged the washer and the pressure sensor. Plugged it all back in and now its working. I started a normal cycle and it started working perfectly and filled with water and started to wash. The issue could be with either sensor or the control or maybe both. I did not quote anything for repair. The washer is on a gfi circuit and probably has arch fault breakers. I advised the customer that the appliance manufacturer does not recommend there appliances on those type of circuits. They can cause issues with the electronics. She asked what brands seem to last longer and I did recommend Bosch as a brand that has a longer life span. F8-e3 f5-e4 WPW10448876 sensor W11031829 main control board

Found the water valve is not turning off all the way and leaking into the tub. Needs a new valve. I ran the washer through a service diagnostics cycle and everything else was working great. Theres a good chance the fill hoses will need to be replaced when I change out the valve because there really corroded. I showed the customer the hoses and let them know that if they do and we replace them they would need to pay for them. Customer is probably going to replace them before I come back. Installed new water valve and tested. Washer is now fixed."

Customer complains that the fridge made a strange noise for a few days off and on. When I arrived fridge was making no such noise. I tested air valve and found it to be working and not excessively loud. I force the compressor on and it made The typical noises older compressors make. I could not duplicate issue or problem. I insulated the waterlines and powerlines on the back of unit as I suspect it may be possible they had a vine vibrating behind the machine. The fridge is working as designed.

Recommended to the customer that they replace the vent since it is not up to code. Found that the back of the washer is dripping, from the cold water line, and it is also dripping where it connects to the shut off behind the dryer. Customer is going to replace the waterline. Dryer is good."
