There are 2 issues. The fresh food section is not cooling and when they dispense ice there is a nocking sound from the dispenser. I found the diffuser door is not opening. Its getting voltage just not opening. The diffuser will need to be replaced. Something is causing the ice chute solenoid to chatter when ice is dispensed. Its either the dispenser assembly or the relay board. The user interface board does not appear to have relays in it. At this time the customer will not repair the dispenser issue. Moved the dryer into the spot directly in front of vent hole, removed 6 ft of vent, now the vent to the wall is 6 inches. The vent was disconnected before because it was stretched too far, lint was built up all over wall behind dryer and on floor. "Customer complaint was water leaking from the back of the refrigerator. When I arrived, the customer said that the water supply in the basement to the fridge was turned off. I went in the basement and turned water supply back on and found water dripping from the waterline connection to the water valve. I replaced the feral and nut and made sure it was tight but water was still leaking now from the bottom of the valve. I replaced the whole water valve assembly and verified no water is leaking. ; used 1 242252702 (VALVE) from stock"

"Not cooling in fresh food section. 51 degrees. Found the evaporator was totally iced up, a big block. Spent an hour steaming it all off. Evaporator cover had some broken insulation. Fixed that with special glue. Heater ohmed good (96 ohms). Fuse ohmed good (zero). Ohmed heater from board too. Ohmed good. Has a bad board. Removed board, we do not carry that relay. Had to order a new board. "

"Customers complaint was bottom of refrigerator full of water and frost on the right corner of the evapo wall. Unit needs drain kit and heater kit. Customer had fridge already pulled out and unplugged for over 48 hours. Installed drain kit and heater kit after testing defrost. Once all installed turn the unit on check for air codes and made sure defrost heater was operating. No heat. Upon arrival and inspection I checked the vent and it had over 20 miles an hour. So I pulled apart the inspection cover and checked the thermal fuses and found the element had failed. Replaced failed element and watched three cycles with my thermocouple. The temperatures looked great and never exceeded 203?F on the high and 109? on the low. complaint was the dishwasher stops mid cycle and is leaking from underneath. I first checked for any fault codes and a few were in the history. The most recent two were for the diverter not finding home position . I started the dishwasher and let it run and found water is leaking from the diverter. It would need a new sump assembly. Today I replaced the wash motor assembly. I ran a diagnostic test to reset the main board. I ran a short cycle and all is working good.

"Customer complaint is, WONT START-THINKS MOTOR LOCKS UP WHEN TRIED TO START DRYER. Customer said that it was tripping the breaker and its squealing intermittently. Inspected and tested. Found the dryer was running, but no heat. Disassembled and found the thermostat is fried. Also needs rear rollers. Quoted customer $400. to install new rollers and thermostat. Customer declined repairs for now and is going to look into replacing the washer and dryer with Speed Queens. Unit wasnt cooling properly in the fresh food section of fridge. Bottom drawer would freeze and top would be warm. Hooked up SmartHQ and found the fresh food evap fan had fail. Which would cause this issue also customer had there LED lights out. Found there was on burnt out. Replaced bad parts which are listed below and reassembled and tested unit. Now unit is working properly. Installed wr55x11132 led light and wr60x26866 fan. Plus did the software update which is called for this unit with SmartHQ.

Making a noise when I tumbles. Upon arrival an inspection I found the Baffles were loose and fall of miscellaneous. I remove the baffles and clean them reinstalled them and added one screw from my screw overflow bin. The dryer now sounds like a dead previously the customers pleased. No parts labor only.
