I tip the washer back I found nothing cracked or broken. I ran a diagnostic test three times and water is not leaking I did find signs of water on the upper left-hand side of the cabinet. I did find fabric in the detergent cup, I removed the fabric and cleaned up some of the calcium deposits. Advise the customer that it could be the detergent cup assembly thats the issue."

I found two bad modules on the first two series of lights. The third series of lights has four LEDs and serious I was able to find three of the four tested them all and they were all working as designed. I emptied the fridge and freezer completely I could not find the fourth LEDs shown on the wiring schematic. This last LED that is in series is the cause of the light failure but it is not evident from any documentation where the light is in the fresh food section hour how it can be accessed..; saved tckt

"Loud and unbalanced, moves around the room. Upon arrival and inspection I found with an empty load machine balance perfect. I put a load in the machine and tested it and it tested perfect with the body off. The outer body is very loose the tabs that hold and retain the body in place were bent and not holding unit in place I adjusted tabs reset it and put it together. The machines neutral drain device in the gearbox has failed. I quoted replacement of the transmission but ultimately I believe he needs some anti-vibration feet and to just readjust loads. The case is so loose noises are only natural with age of washer and condition of the case."

"Customer complaint is, NOT COMPLETING CYCLE ALL THE TIME. Customer said it worked great for about a week after I replaced the board. Now it works great 3 out of 5 times. I ran the dishwasher through service diagnostics and didnt get any errors and everything turned on and was working great. I started the dishwasher 4 different times and it canceled and drained about five minutes in every time. I took apart the junction box and redid the connections. I started it on another cycle and it ran for over twenty minutes great and it seems to be working now. Im going to order a new UI. I asked the customer to use it and we will follow up with them and see how its working and if its still acting up we will replace the UI. Customer says its still doing the same thing. I installed new UI and tested. I ran dishwasher for 30 minutes and it was working great for me. If this doesnt fix the problem, there going to need to get a second opinion or replace the dishwasher."
