The waterline in the door is frozen and the drain grommet had slipped up and it was restricting water from draining into the pan. I cleared the ice in the door and cleared the ice around the drain pan and fixed the grommet. The dispenser flap does not seal properly so warm air is leaking in. I gave the customer a quote for the dispenser flap repair and the dispenser tube heater. Quoted for parts and labor. I added the quote along with part numbers to photos.

Upon arrival and inspection I found the freezer was running in the mid 20? fresh food section was running in the 50? range. Obvious issue was found there. Please transfer or put in Autho for replacement. Among the things broken were both freezer and fridge door seals both crisper drawers the dairy door the meat drawer, And lastly the bottom door bin. I found the freezer liner was cracked as well possibly causing moisture leaks as well as heavy damage to the fridge liner where door has been scraping for a long time. "The seal was not attached to the freezer door, so warm air was getting in and causing a ton of ice and frost to build up. The fan couldnt run because of that. Water leaking into fresh food. Steamed all the ice and frost out. Dried everything out. Got the fan running. Steamed the seal, so it seals well now. Also adjusted the light socket so the light works in the fresh food. All runs great now."

I put into diagnostics and did the software reset. Im now getting the voltage to the heaters and the moisture is dissipating from the millions. After a few minutes the mullions felt warm.
