Customers complaint is the flexible drawer between the fridge and freezer makes an odd noise when its open and closed. Upon arrival and inspection the door went open and closed made an audible clicking noise. I tested it multiple times with a load in it when I removed the drawer tray the noise went away but there was a slight scraping. I lubricated the slide on the left-hand side and tested it thoroughly. I reloaded the drawer and tested again and the noise went away. The customer was pleased. No further issues needed. It appears that its possible that the drawer slide was not lubricated at the factory.

Customer just wanted me to replace the rollers and idler pulley to get them through and they will replace the dryer at some point.Installed idler pulley and 4 rollers. Tested dryer and theres a ticking noise coming from the idler pulley because the motor is twisted, otherwise its working great. I did find suds and cascade platinum detergent that has been problematic for leaks. I left specific instructions for future issue. "Customer complaint is, BURNER OPERATION- HUMMS WHEN USING 3 OF THE 4 BURNERS. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure regulator hums when you use 2 or more burners and when bake is on. I can get it to go away when I close the valve a little on the supply line. The burners are not affected when I do that. Looks like the gas pressure is too high. In the utility room the main gas line comes in and goes through the regulator and splits off to the furnace and water heater but theres no line going to the range. Looks like it was plumbed wrong and they connected to the main line somewhere before the regulator. I recommended customer have the gas company check their pressure or have somebody install a pressure regulator for the range."

The customer said when she would run the clean washer cycle or big load of clothes the washer would leak from the front left corner. I pulled the washer out remove the top and found water stains down the back panel by the vent and inside. I remove the vent clean everything up clean up the hose. I made sure theres no rips or tears in the front gasket. I ran a diagnostics cycle and everything is good no leaking. Advise the customer that this is a issue that can happen from too much soap and over dzing from the cleaner. Advise the customer to try a different cleaner or just use bleach if shes gonna clean the washer.

The dryer sounded normal today. I ran a air flow test and a heat test. With the dryer hooked up the air flow is poor and the high heat was over 190. The high heat should be no more than 150. I disconnected the dryer duct and now the high heat temp was 143. I cleaned up the lint from the blower duct and cleaned and grease the front pads. I advised the customer to have the duct cleaned ASAP.
