I started a quick wash with a load of towels and washer got out of balance the first time, then rebalanced and drained and spun the clothes out perfectly. Im not exactly sure whats going on here. It seems like if the clothes arent perfectly arranged it starts shaking. I think if we do anything, we would need to start with the damping rods, part number WH03X31498. "

The customer said the dishwasher is leaking. The customer replaced the door gasket but he said its still leaking. I removed the lower spray arm and showed the customer how its splitting. When the water heats up it causes the spray arm to separate. When is separates water sprays out the center and causes water to leak out the bottom. The gasket the customer put in was put in backwards. I removed the gasket and put in the right way. I gave the customer the number for the new spray arm W10837249.

I pull the oven out and remove the top cover and found the black wire at the terminal block is completely burnt up. This is commonly from either the screws being too tight and stripped or not tight enough. Today I replaced the burnt block and power cable. The oven was heating up good."

The oven was maintain the temperature better than most ovens built today. The low was 354 and the high cut out temp was 357. The customer said the washer was leaking a little water. They did not use it after it leaked the one time. I pulled the washer out away from the wall about 1 foot. I loosened the top while I ran it. I let fill then start to wash. I do not see water leaking. I ran the wash for a while on every cycle. I ran a diagnostic test activating all the water valves and it never leaked. I inspected the full hoses in the back and they are not leaking. I tipped the washer back and found no water leaking.

The customer said the fresh food is warm and the water dispenser does not dispense water. I verified the fresh food section is in the 50s and the water does not dispense. I found the water tank is frozen and the fresh food fan does not work. The defrost drain is also plugged up. I replaced the fan and thawed out the tank with warm towels. I tried to defrost the drain but it was plugged. I pulled the fridge out in mg pad and removed the duct bill grommet. Water started to flow right away. Unit would randomly not. I put unit in mode and found a few issues. One was the E4F6 code which is for the float. When I tested the unit after had the customers complaint where it added water but wouldnt start. I tested the float switch and was bad. Moved the float up and down a couple times and worked the rest of the time. The next issue is the upper spray arm never working. The diverter would try to move but never would spray the top rack. Will need new float parts and diverter. The complaint was the dishwasher is dead. I found the power cord was disconnected from the dishwasher and it was not attached and not level. Whoever did the floor repair discounted the power cord. I reattached the power cord and leveled and attached the dishwasher. The customer said the water line for the fridge was also disconnected. I pulled the fridge out on my pad and hooked the supply line back out the fridge. I turned the water back on and verified theres no leaks. Water now dispenses from the fridge.

"The customer said the dryer is making a loud scraping sound and does not dry. I turned the dryer on and heard the metal on metal scraping. I took the dryer apart and found several problems. The front drum sealIs loose, one of the front rollers has fallen off and the drum is cutting into the front bulk head and cut right through it. The dryer is caked with lint and some of it is burnt,Im surprised it did not start a fire. I added pictures to document it all. It will need several parts for the repair and I will need to spend a lot of time cleaning all the lint and just cleaning the parts. I need to glue the front seal back on, replace the front bulk head. Unit wasnt draining. Vacuumed out the water. Then pulled unit out on protective equipment. Once out tested voltage to the drain pump. Was getting 120. So was getting proper voltage. Removed drain pump had some build up of debri. Cleared out the pump and reinstall. Tested unit and its works great. Tested multiple times to make sure no leaks. Reassembled and reinstalled tested one more time and its working great.
