Customer had refrigerator pulled out, so I inspected the evaporator drain from the back side and it was clear and everything underneath was dry. I did see the supply line is leaking at the valve. Customer is going to have a plumber come out and look at it. I inspected both compartments for water leaks and couldnt find anything. I removed the toe kick panel and everything underneath was dry. The only water I see is coming from the supply line.

"This customer is not the easiest to deal with.Called tech support and took apart dryer for the squeaking and found that the felt is causing the squeak against the drum. I can pull front felt back and squeak stops. Needs new front felt part shows not in stock. Also called tech support for dryer that when using normal dry it is a damp dry as it only uses 500 watts and in timed dry it uses 1800 watt for heating is what tech support explained to me. Only gets up to about 115-120 degrees max. I showed customer to use Super dry if set on normal or customer will keep using timed dry.Also customer wants us to install water actuator devices on her water lines behind washer. Do we do that? If so what do we quote? I would have to pulled out stacked washer/dryer out of closet but seems pretty straight forward. "Its a ventless dryer thats been leaking a lot of water when it runs. Its been leaking water when it runs every time. I took the lower front panel off, pulled out the drawer, and took out the 6 screws on the bottom panel. Under the panel it was full of water and lint. Especially in the back, where there is a drain the lint goes down into the bottom pan. I cleaned all the lint and water out, its super clean now. I also cleaned out lint from the blower fan area. I got a towel saturated with water on a rinse and spin cycle and then ran it for 20 minutes in the dryer. Zero drips."

"Dishwasher will run for 3 minutes and then skip from 2 hours to zero and stop. Sucked all the water out of the sump assembly, and took out the filter. Under the plastic small filter that covers the pump, found a chicken bone, a seed, and another bone. Then I ran it and it drained, filled with water, and circulates the water well. Runs great. Customer also said that the detergent drawer doesnt open when its running. Made sure there was no spongebob or anything in the handle of the upper rack. Sponges can cause the detergent door to fail to open. the best thing to do is put it on express wash and see if it opens. It opened."

"Fridge would not dispense water then suddenly both cavities got warm. Customer unplugged it re-plugged it in and temperatures have looked perfect sense. Upon arrival and inspection. I found the fridge in a working state. Temperatures looked great. I inspected the wiring to and from the control board in the back, so no loose connections. The compressor was running. All fans were running. I saw nothing on the control board. No burns nothing that made me feel like there was a problem. Intermittent electrical issues pointing toward control board issues. I know these machines historically had problems with wiring harnesses from the freezer door. My recommendation is to start with the control board and go from there to a door assembly. They will watch it and call us back if we need to come back with a control board."

Having same issue as before its been working great till lately. All igniters look clean. I cleaned them any way. Couldnt get the issue happen when I was there. Tried different burners boiling water on each and never had an issue. Let customer know I cant get issue to happen for my self. I said we could try the other igniters but its a educated guess because we cant get the issue happen all the time. Informed we could just change the rest of the igniters but not sure if that would do or not. He said the last time we did just one and it worked for half a year. We like to try the igniters. "The customer complaint is the dryer does not heat well and takes forever to dry. I started the dryer on a time dry. The flames comes on and it heats for one cycle. The heat got up to 145. The flame never came back on after it shut off. I hooked up Hass. There was only door error codes nothing related to the issue. I ran the auto test and it passed. I tried it again on all the cycles and it does the same thing. The air flow is good and I tried it with the duct removed. Its still not cycling back on after the first time. I checked the diagnostic page and other techs have replaced the parts I listed. Please get approval and order the parts I have listed. "Customer complaint is, U5 ERROR CODE, THE UNIT IS 3 MONTHS OLD. This is a vibration sensor error. Inspected and tested. Ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. Customer wasnt home, so I was able to find 2 bath towels and ran it through a speed wash cycle and it worked perfectly. The board was sending 5VDC to the sensor which is good. I did not see excessive vibration while I was testing. Customer is going to try and put rubber feet underneath it and see if that helps.
