Unit was vibrating and making loud shaking noise. Once disassembled I found the blower wheel and the inside of the dryer was full of lint. Cleaned and the blower wheel and vacuumed up all the lint. Also the idler was stiff so was able to oil and the rollers up and now the unit is running great. No parts needed just labor.

Not heating on Acudry options. Upon arrival line inspection I tested the vent at the outside of the house and had great pressure 21mph have. I tested machine on time dry and it heated fine. I switched over to the Accudry sensor drying and watched six cycles and it ran flawlessly cycling between 119?F and 233?F and advancing as expected. I cleaned the moisture sensor bars as they use dryer sheets and educated the customer on how the dryer works and what it uses to determine runtime and heat to sensor dry. Customer noted that they mix loads and often times the clothes are wet at the end of the cycle unless timed is used. The dryer is working as designed and needs no parts.

"The customer said that when the washer gets into the high speed spin it would start to shake and vibrate things off the top. I checked the basket but it was good no wiggle to it. The washer was level front to back and left to right. I through some towels in the washer, got them wet and ran a spin cycle. While it was ramping up to the high speed it started shake. I had to adjust the front left foot. I also screwed all the feet locking nuts up so the feet cant adjust on there own. The customer was happy with the result. I also gave some tips on the dryer."

Hooked a jumper up to it to see if I could find anything else wrong and sure enough the control board was also bad. Customer rather skip repairs and get a new washer. Removed the top so I could vacuum the water out for the customer and so they could get there clothing out because the lid was stuck lock. "The whole unit does not cool. I plugged the fridge in and all the fans started and the compressor started right up. I let run for a while and I removed the evaporator cover. The evaporator never frosted up at all it was not even cold. I turned the fridge off then right back on and the compressor started right back up. If there was refrigerant in the system the compressor normally the compressor would not start right back up, it would have to equalize the system for 3-5 min before the compressor could start. It has a sealed system leak and needs a seal system technician. ; states that autho needed"

Customers complained that at one time on a bulky cycle the machine was filling up pretty high she stopped it. When the customer was washing a bathroom rug the machine made a burning smell. There was a couple fault codes one for an auto balanced load and the other for a locked rotor. I cleared the area codes and I ran the agitate test and the spin test. All the test passed. I filled the machine up on a bulky cycle and it stopped out it over filling. Advise the customer to not wash rugs and say the washer it can be damaging.

Electrically there was nothing wrong with any of the components but one was failing intermittently. I was unable to find a point to failure so I replaced all four parts. This unit had set outside at some point as it had seed pods in it. I cleaned that up and added a few extra screws and taped on a aftermarket cabinet filler onto the top of unit and they insulated it with electrical tape. The wall oven function well are used bait functions in both cavities. The wall oven is now fixed.
