Ran washer through diagnostics test and it gave the FH error when the hot water was filling. I found the hot water valve wasnt turned on all the way. After turning it on all the way, washer is working perfectly. Im going to order the valve, but not reschedule the customer. I advised her to use it and if theres any other problems to call us and will come back with the valve and install it. After turning the supply valve in the wall, its now leaking. They have no water softener in the home and theyre using mid grade detergent. Theyve been using a cleaner in it but it is not sufficient. I hooked up the Smart HQ device to the dishwasher and found it needed a firmware update. I completed the firmware update and tested the system. There were no error Codes and the machine is working as designed. I made some recommendations on detergents and chemicals that will help through this process but ultimately this machine is designed to be used with soft water exclusively.

Im not sure if this unit will hold the same cold temps as a regular fridge. No other issues found.

Found that the ice maker failed and even when lever is filled to off ice maker continually cycles and will activate water valve every 3-4 minutes and will overflow and leak onto floor.Customer doesnt want any water connected to refrigerator anymore so he doesnt have to deal with possible water leaks. "Customer complaint is, NOISEY. Customer said it makes a squealing sound at the beginning of the spin cycle. I removed the agitator and found a piece of metal and hair was rapped around the spline. Removed metal and cleaned off hair. Reassembled and tested. Washer still has a squealing noise at the beginning of the spin, but then goes away. I inspected underneath and everything looks good. Washer is going to need a new gearcase to fix this issue. Customer is just going to use it as is for now."

"Customer complaint is, SPIN CYCLE ERRORS FOR THE WEEK PRIOR AND THEN AFTER REPEATING A SPIN CYCLE STOPPED. Washer was locked with a load of floor mats and water. I removed the drain filter and it was plugged solid with dog hair. I cleaned out filter and started washer on a spin cycle and it spun out the floor mats that were in the washer. I started a quick wash cycle and watched it through the entire cycle and it worked perfectly. Looks like the drain filter was the problem. I advised customer to clean filter at least once a month because they have 3 big dogs."

The customer said the dishwasher was running no stop and the normal light is blinking. That indicates a leak underneath. I found the drain pump is not able to drain all the water out. The drain filter was plugged up. I showed the customer how to clean it. I pulled the dishwasher out and found the fill line was leaking a little and water was draining back into the bottom of the dishwasher base. I tightened the line connection now it does not leak.

The customer said the bake and broil were working good but every 4 time it would give the error. She said it was good for about 3 months and now it does not work at all. I pushed bake and start. The ignitor glows and draws 3.1-3.4 amps. The ignitor voltage drops down to 116 volts and the gas valve gets around 3.1-3.6 volts ac. That is all correct so the it should be working. Even with the correct voltage the gas valve does not open for bake or broil. I measured the ohms of the temp sensor at the board and it was around 1092 ohms. I did find a service bulletin regrading a issue with the bake not working and they say to replace the temp sensor. Im ordering the temp sensor and main control. EBG61305801; ordrd 1 EBR89295702 (Control board) and 1 EBG61305801 (Temp sensor)
