The dishwasher is dead. The customer said it stopped then the lights were flashing but now its dead. Im getting 120 volts to the main board. The board is making a hissing sound and it very hot. Customer said washer turned on at 2am and was draining and washer was unresponsive and customer had to unplug washer. As im here customer hasnt use washer in 3 days and water was dripping from water fill. Washer water valve is bad and not fully closing and is dripping. Needs new water valve. Found that the pegs for the fan speed broke off circuit board and keep falling off inside the cavity. Control board would need to be replaced but due to parts and labor it costs more than replacement. Customer declined and will replace it once it completely stops working.

The dryer is loud. I found the 2 front rollers were bad. I replaced the rollers and vacuumed all the lint. I oiled the other rollers. The dryer sounds good now. I cleaned the dryer duct. The airflow is better. ; used 1 4581EL2002H (DRUM ROLLERS (2)) from stock

Dishwasher is giving the E9 not heating fault code. I put in diagnostics and ran the test and when it should be heating it stop and give the nine. Im getting power to the heater and the heater is open. Today I replaced the heat pump motor. I ran the dishwasher and its not leaking. I verified the heater is coming on.

"Customer complaint is, SOME LIGHTS DON'T WORK, ICE BUILDING UP IN FRESH FOOD. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 38F and freezer is 1F. I found ice buildup on the back wall around the ice maker duct and one of the top lights and freezer light were out. Installed new ice maker duct adapter assembly kit with new seals and top front left light model and freezer light module. Refrigerator is now fixed."

Installed recall kit. Ignites great and bakes and brooks great now. Used kit sent to customer.

Found the fresh food side not cooling. Removed drawers to get to evap and fans. The fans would never power on. Unit was in defrost when I got there and by there time I got to the evap it was out and compressor kicked. And the freezer fan was running properly. Door switches are working properly. Just not gettting any voltage to the fans. Unit needs a control board. Quoted customer blue book for new fan. They are going to look into getting a new fridge. WR49X10152

"Customer complaint is, REFRIGERATOR ICE MAKER IS LEAKING AND FREEZING UP. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature was 37F and freezer was -1. The ice maker keeps freezing up and Im not exactly sure why. Customer said that its been worked on for the exact same problem at least 6-8 times and it never fixes it. It sounds like from the customer they have already replaced lots of different parts for this issue and it keeps doing the exact same thing. If were going to do anything with this, Im completely guessing and think we need to replace all parts associated with the ice room compartment. Installed new air handler kit, fill tube, ice maker and ice box cover and tested. Now I found the seal that goes between the ice chute in the door and the ice bucket is gone and theres a big gap. Customer said one of the doors has been replaced, but not sure which one. Im assuming that they replaced the left door and it didnt come with the seal. I cant find it separate from the door on the parts diagram. Dana can you see if that seal comes separate from the door and if not, I think the door will need to be replaced. ; saved tckt"

The customer complaint is the fan makes a rattling sound. I removed the fan cover and made sure the 2 mounting screws for the fan are tight. I ended up remote fan. With the fan out and Im my hand its quite and has not vibration. The problem is the back of the fan sticks out and the back of it sits in a little hole that has been formed into the plastic liner. The back of the fan rubs and vibrates against the plastic liner. The only thing I can do is fill the hole with putty. I filled the hole with putty and put some on the fan bracket. I put the fan back in. The vibration sound is better. If it comes back there is no fix. Another fan will do the same thing. The customer was happy with the sound.

"The New dishwasher is within 1 year of its warranty. This odd not covered, he will work with Maytag for the broken racks and leak."

The fan in the freezer has been running loud. Replaced the fan motor and blade that SQT sent to customer. Runs quiet now.

"Frosted over, the adaptive defrost controller looks to be at fault. Connie know its in factory warranty she will work with Frigidaire to repair. If she needs us to do the job quote with defrosting labor."

I cleaned and adjusted the burners as well as replacing the spark module. I tested it and it is igniting as designed. check 1 is a trip charge.; pckd up 1 Wb13k25 (Spark module)

Customers complaint is unit not heating well. Verified complaint found that the broil element was working and the bake element wasnt. Pulled unit out to test. Bake element. "I replaced the board and pump. I tested and it started well but they have miserably slow water supplies. She will confirm it finished the cycle. The unit did not finish instead, it started making a noise that they had heard previous to the board failure so she unplugged it. I returned back to the site to find the splotch was not being actuated by the actuator, and it had stripped gears. Please get authorization if need be for the two additional parts and note, this will take a few hours because I will have to sit on site and wait for her water pressure to fill the machine ; ordrd 1 W11212745 (Actuator) and 1 W10721967 (Spkutch)"

"The customer complaint is the dishes are not getting clean, its wet and gunky inside. I ran the dishwasher and verified its filling with the right amount of water. Both spray arms do spin. I put a coffee cup right side up on the top rack and after 2 minutes it was full of water. The dishwasher was sudsy without adding soap. I told the customer how to clean it with oil and then use a glisten dishwasher cleaner to clean the dishwasher. The customer was using a soap designed for hard water. I advised her the water is soft so dont use that one. The customer bought the hard water soap by accident and will stop using it. No other issues found with the dishwasher."

The customer said after Matt was here the problem got worse. I verified the motor was bad. I was able to replace just the motor and not the blower wheel. The dryer is working good now.

"Replaced evaporator fan motor, tested and it now is running and blowing air around. Refrigerator is cooling and working good."

The fridge was not plugged in when I arrived. I plugged it back in. Just lights came on but no fans or compressor. I jumped the thermostat but its still not working. I could hear the relay on the defrost board clicking. I removed the board and found a bad solider spot on the board. I repaired the solider and put the board back in. Now its cooling and the fans run. I advised the to wait until tomorrow to food in.

Unplugged unit installed new parts from last diagnosis and checked the board to make sure everything is plugged in correctly. Everything is good. Reassembled unit after install. Tested for codes no codes present

Ice maker is working on arrival and no error codes. Customer wants to past on repairs for now. Said it could definitely come back. He wants to wait it out said Ill be returning the part though because its a really expensive part and if it happens again later on might be a trip charge again.

"Evaporator fan wasnt running. I replaced freezer evaporator fan and freezer door switch. I can confirm the fan is running. I did not replace board as the fan seemed to be the issue. Please follow up with customer over the weekend and call on Monday to verify that ice is being made, more than one dump a day.; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Has sporadically not cooled. I turned the control to the coldest setting and compressor and fans started and evaporator frosted over. Temps were 70 in fresh food and 60 in freezer. Ordered a new cold control. Coming back Tuesday to install. ; ordrd 1 241537103 (Cold control)

Installed drain pump from last diagnosis. Once installed. Tested multiple times to make sure it was draining properly

The left rack adjusters on the upper rack was broken. I replaced the rack adjuster and now its working good. ; used 1 WPW10546503 (ADJUSTER) from stock

The customer said the dishwasher leaks a lot of water from the bottom. I started the dishwasher and as water was filling water started to leak out of the pump to sump hose. The connecting hose has a hole in it. Today I replaced the wash pump. I ran it and it does not leak. I left the old part with the customer.

Refrigerator evaporator is frosted up behind the water tank. I put refrigerator in test mode and im getting 120v to heater at the board. I ohm out heater at 98ohms. I pull 1.18 amps. Defrost thermistor appears to read correctly when encased in ice. So heater is coming on which means only thing left is the defrost sensor.Customer is upset that same issue is happening and believes that it wasnt fixed originally.I ordered part and scheduled customer anyways. Informed customer that refrigerator will need to be unplugged and doors open 24 hours to defrost so i can gain access to evaporator.Send to PW can decide on discount?; ordrd 1 Da32-10105r (Defrost thermistor.)

Replaced with choke kit and filter board. Tested and microwave turns on and is heating and working good.

"Dryer is running loud, rumbling, and taking a long time to dry towels. Found the blower wheel broken off the motor, with the blower wheel shaft fused to the motor shaft. Replaced both today and vacuumed out lint and oiled rollers. Runs and heats great now. Very quiet."

Replaced bad user interface. Was unable to find customer when I was done. Called and left message for them to call to make payment when they can today

"Found that drain pump fins broke off motor shaft. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump, tested and washer drains. There was gunk on the glass so it appears that was breaking the seal causing slow leak from center of door. Cleaned it, ran test and no leaks as im here. Found that the child lock was on and none of the buttons were responsive. I showed customer how to turn on/off child lock and dishwasher starts and is running and working good.

"Unit was making loud noise during tumble. Disassembled unit and found a bad roller. Quoted customer for replacement kit. He approved a quoted price and installed parts then tested. Installed both new boards again. Last time my SmartHQ wouldnt hook up this time its reading correctly. Also the board looked different. Must have had a defective board

Customers complaint not cooling good enough been getting worse and worse. Customer was describing something like a slow leak. Or a defrost issue. Unit wasnt built up with frost or anything also found the back suction line to the compressor had frost built on it. So there is a sealed system issue. Probably a restriction. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

I replace the heater assembly that was leaking and updated software. I tested it and I watching it. Running a light load for 15 minutes. the dishwasher is now fixed.; pckd up 1 Wd05x23763 (Heater)

"Washer, according to tenant isnt agitating. They didnt realize it does a slow agitate before the heavy agitation. Works great. Nothing to fix."

The customer said the washer is loud when it spins. The basket also wobbles up and down. I verified the basket is loose and when you spin it the bearing is loud. I advised the customer the bearing is bad and its cheaper to buy a new washer. I advised he can still use in until head ready to replace it.

Found that is getting 1f error which means ice fan is not running. Also customer getting noise from evaporator fan in freezer. Customer approved estimate for evap cover assembly also is a service bulletin for icing up. The LED light for crisper drawer not working. I tested LED and no power. I switch led with freezer drawer and crisper and the LED assembly works. I tested power on top of freezer door and i get 12vdc but found that wires inside door are shorted and I wires from top to bottom does not ohm out. I informed customer that only way to fix that is to replace door. Customer didnt want to do that.Customer did approve estimate for evaporator cover assmebly. "Customers complaint was he can set it up to run the timer while countdown, but it never throws an error code, and it never tumbles. The solder point on the motor relay was bad on the main control board. I quoted it both ways both with a new board and with reworking his existing. He went for reworking his existing. I watched him tested the dryer. It had a good heat and ran for 10 minutes no problem."

I replaced 2 valves and cleaned the cook top. It is now fixed.

Installed motor and diverter tested multiple times with out any leaks or loud noise.

The customer said the dryer heats but takes a long time to dry. The dryer is on the second floor and most likely vents out the roof or up high. I put the dryer on time dry and high heat. I put my thermocouple in the lint housing. On high heat the dryer only got up to 138. I took the dryer apart and found lint built up inside the dryer and some in the duct dousing. I checked both coils on the heater and both tested good. I put the dryer together and pulled it away from the duct. The dryer now heats up to 175 very quickly. It was about. 40 degrees difference with the dryer duct disconnected. I hooked the dryer back up to the duct. I advised the customer to have the duct cleaned.

"Found that the in sink air gap was clogged with debris causing dishwasher not to drain. I cleaned out the clog and cleaned out dishwasher filter, Tested and dishwasher now drains. Ran test on dishwasher and all fucntions are working and no leaks. Dishwasher is working good."

Dryer making a super loud buzzing sound. Took dryer apart. Everything is good except I found a penny and a childrens sock in the blower wheel. Used foreceps to get sock out. Got penny out. Vacuumed out dryer. Lots of dog hair. Runs and heats great now. Much quieter.

Replaced all 4 receivers. Doors shut tight now. All fixed.

"Running loud. Found a seized up pully and some rollers that were stuck. Cleaned and oiled rollers, vacuumed dryer. Installed new pully and belt to replace frayed belt. Runs great now. Nice and quiet. ; used 1 279640 (ROLLER), and 1 661570V (BELT) from stock"

I replaced the main control board and tested the dryer it is now fixed.

"Found that compressor is bad or sealed system leak. LG compressor issue. Compressor is running but fridge is not very cold 60 degrees, freezer is same.Compressor has been changed before or sealed system work was done (see picture).Needs sealed system repair.; saved tckt"

Fridge is not cooling. The Nufi tool showed components were all good. It passes all the automated tests. The control board just wont kick in and start the cooling program.

Replaced bad Icemaker and control board. Ran Icemaker through diagnostics. Went all the way through. Arm went all the way around until the home position. Filled with water.

Clean lint filter light comes on. Took dryer apart. Charged minimum labor to clean a lot of lint out of bulkhead. Cleaned and oiled rollers. Runs great now.

Installed new top spray arm attachment holder. And swapped the spray arm. Made sure it secure and tested unit is working properly now

"Not filling with water. Had a bad water valve. Replaced, runs great now."

"Found that the screws were loose inside sump that diverts water to upper spray arms, the ball that rolls back and forth as the diverter was not in position. Secured and Tightened screws and now there is water pressure, spray arms are spinning and dishwasher is working. Upon letting it run it did leak on bottom right hand corner and found that door gasket was full of gunk. Customer was aware and said he would clean it. He did not want it replaced.No additional costs for loose screws."

"Replaced bad preheat board and bake relay. Runs and heats, bakes, broils and all burners work great now. ; pckd up 1 Pm010129 (Bake and broil relay) and 1 PE070308 (Preheat board)"

The customer thought the dishwasher was leaking so she pulled up on the door to try and get the dishwasher out. The customer pulled the hinges of the pins on the dishwasher cabinet. The dishwasher is tight against the top and the floor is higher than the feet. There is no way to get the dishwasher out. I was able to take the front panel off and bend the pins to get the hinge back on the pins. I had to bend the door strike back up because it got bent too. I level the front so the door shuts

Some of the display segments are going out. I verified the part that was sent was the correct part. I replaced the main board and verified its working.

"The customer said the washer was not filling with water. I started a normal wash and the door locked, the basket moved a little but no water was coming in. I looked behind the sink next to the washer and found the hot and cold shut off were almost fully closed. I opened them both up. Now the washer fills with hot and cold. I tried all the cycles and all are filling with water."

"Found that spray arms are barely spinning. Not a lot of water pressure. I checked the sump to make sure nothing was stuck inside motor and it is clear. Motor is weak and squealing. Motor would need to be replaced. "

Washer is squeaky when agitating and spinning. Found that the suspension rods are worn out. Tried to add new grease but made no difference. New suspension rod kit would need to be ordered.

"THIS IS NOT THE SAME ISSUE WE NEED TO COLLECT A TRIP CHARGE. This time its a fan noise and tenant even said it was a new noise. Its the freezer fan rubbing on the evap cover. Adjusted cover and explained to the tenant. To make sure nothing is leaning on the evap cover. If it happens again check it stuff has fallen on it. The motor itself sounds good. If continues to happen we could order a motor but think its more of stuff rubbing ; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

Unit wont run a cycle or spin. Verified complaint. Hooked up SmartHQ to look for error code. Was getting two different error codes for the inverter board. Cleared codes. Put unit in diagnostic with SmartHQ and would never be able to spin could hear it try but not enough juice. Went back to the errors and the inverter board errors came back. ; ordrng 1 WH22X34657 (INVERTER ASSM)

The customer complaint is the dishwasher does not dry the dishes. The customer just ran a load so the dishwasher was full of dishes and everything was wet but they were very hot. I noticed they were out of rinse aid. They said they have been out of it for maybe a month. I slid the dishwasher out and clamped my meter around the red wire for the heater. I ran the diagnostic test and in the heat test I was getting 9 amps. I advised the customer there are no fault codes and the heater is working. I advised them to refill the rinse and try it again.

Found that this has insulation that breaks down and ice builds up on back of refrigerator (see picture) I showed customer i told him at one time someone knew of this issue as they tried to put insulation foam around the water lines. I informed customer that it is not repairable but they could try and add thick piece of foam on along the back of refrigerator to extend the life of it.Customer will purchase new refrigerator.

The issue is the lint screen guide and the lint screen are broken. I opened the bag the new parts came in and found the filter guide is broken. I put all the parts in anyways to make sure it all fits and there are no other issue. Well I found the filter guide is not only broken but its the wrong one for this dryer. The filter does not sit down flush like it should. I compared to the old filter guide housing and they are different. I verified the part number is correct. I will order a new filter guide housing. Once I get it and I have verified its not broken and its the right one I will notify the office to call the customer. I left all the new and old parts at the house. "Not making ice or dispensing water. Found it had a bad optics board and water valve. Also ran new water line from the dispenser to the valve because the old line was leaking. Cycled the icemaker, now it filled with water, and the optics board is solid and not blinking like before. And dispenser dispenses water. ; used 1 W10408179 (VALVE), and 1 W10757851G (ICEMAKER OPTIC BOARD) from stock"

The pulsator does not agitate back and forth. I found the center bushing was stripped and loose into the pulsator. Today I removed and replaced the pulsator with the new one. I started a cycle and verified the new pulsator is agitating.

"The customer said the dryer does not heat at all. I selected a time dry and started the dryer. I do not hear the coils buzz and it never heats up. I removed the back cover and tested all the fuses and thermostats, everything tested good and I think the service person here replaced them and the igniter. I jumped the door switch and ran the dryer. I checked for 120 volts from the blue wire at the gas coil and then to ground, I get zero volts. The timer is also noisy when it runs. I moved the timer know a little and then I got 120 volts and the ignitor started to glow. If I held the timer knob in one position the dryer started to heat. The issue is 100 percent with the timer. The timer needs to be replaced. I cannot locate the part to order. Please research and contact the customer. Timer W11043385; saved tckt"

The customer said that the display was blanket and was not showing the cycles. Today its now working fine. She also said it takes long time to heat. I pulled the filter out and it had a film build up from dryer sheets. I cleaned the filter and then tested the heat. With the filter in the high heat was 134 and when I removed the filter is got 148. I then tried the sanitize heat and that got up to 155. The dryer vents on a outside easel and airflow outside is perfect. I wanted to give a quote for the control panel but I could not locate the part in stock. Console control board 809160403; saved tckt

Unit would trip breaker at end of cycle. Unit was hardwired to a gfi. Put unit in test multiple times to run the drain pump. Motor. Heater. Fan. Dispenser. And never popped the breaker. Let unit run for over 20 minutes it was working fine. Customer is going to wire cord and plug it into a different outlet and see what happens.

Customers complaint unit leaking and flooded house. When I got there the house has been gutted for repair and dishwasher wasnt hooked up and cabinets were removed. Rehooked dishwasher up then tested ran unit for over 20 min on normal cycle and no leaks. Then put unit in test mode and let it run. No leaks had unit running for total of 50 minutes and no leak. Let customer know I can not find any leaks showed customer that it was dry. Let her know they could put something underneath to see if it would leak later on on the cycle.

Found that power board is just clicking causing both drwaers to just flash continuously. Dishwasher not responsive. Power board has power but is shorted. Also customer said before that the top drawer would sometimes not open. Customer wants the lid actuators replaced as well. Customer approved estimate. "E64 error, it heats great but the vent was 100% plugged. The lint trap filter was waxed over. The customer will clean the vent before further use. The dryer was working as designed."

"New issue, first complaint was for noise. Net complaint was washable issue. Customers concern is its not washing as well as it should on the top rack. Upon arrival in inspection, I found a new chopper assembly had fallen apart and it was blocked with food and debris. I remove the food and debris and replace the chopper. The dishwasher fill the cup in 60 seconds.; used 1 W10083957V (CHOPPER) from stock"

"The was frost getting a code LC which is for a leak. Another company was out and put in parts but we dont know what parts. After there repair they were getting the E7 fault code. The E7 is for the van assembly not working. The vane spray arm will move forward and then sits there, it did not go back and forth. I followed the steps for the vane motor assembly and per the tech sheet I ordered and today replaced the vane motor assembly. I ran the dishwasher for about 15 minutes and it was working."

The freezer evaporator fan was not working. Today I defrosted the evaporator and ducts. I replaced the fan and made sure its working good. I now get airflow into the fresh food.

Today I reinstalled the control panel assembly. Both ovens are working and heating. I tried all the buttons and all are working like they should. The main display looks good but the clock and timer is a little dim.

"The customer complaint is the dishwasher does not dry. I hooked up the Newfi tool. The active code is for the heating cycle. The tool said to check the heater and the tco. I pulled the dishwasher out and checked the tco. I found the tco was tripped so I reset the tco. I started a heating test and the dishwasher is heating. I found black dust in the floor right under the wash pump. The heating is covered in calcium. Per the Newfi tool they recommend to replace the tco and harness. I recommend to replace the tco,heating element and wash motor kit. The top panel tr piece is coming off. I did give a quote but its not part of the estimate. I save the BB quote in BB. "

The fans and the compressor are not running. I verified its not stuck in defrost. I removed the operating thermostat and just the thermostat. I plugged the fridge back in and the compressor and fans started right up.Today I replaced the freezer operating thermostat. The compressor and fans started up.

Found that there was debris stuck in drain hose. I pulled out hose and found piece of broken glass in hose. Tested and dishwasher now drains and is workin good.

Its a top load LG washer that often wont turn on. Sometimes they unplug it for a few hours and then when they plug it back in they can power it on. And it runs fine then. Sometimes the wife does voodo and then it works. I looked in MPH under no power complaint search and it would most likely be the UI or main PCB. The customer said the dishwasher does not drain. I tried the drain cycle and the drain pump just made a noise like it was trying to work. I sucked the water out and removed the cover to the drain impeller. I found a rubber band was wrapped around the impeller. I cut the rubber band them pulled all of it out. I started a cycle and the dishwasher is working as it should. I ran a drain cycle and now its draining perfectly. No other issues found

"Taking over 1 hour to get to preheat temperature. Found that broil element is not heating up. Found that wire is burnt off. Spliced new connector, tested and oven now preheats in normal time. Range is working good."

"This is an all in one unit, ventless washer and dryer. I can hear washer pump running but not draining at all. Checked the the washer drain trap and found that it was clogged full of lint and backed up the bottom bellow to drain pump. I cleaned out the lint build up. Tested and washer is draining and working good. I showed customer and informed her since its an all in one that there will be a lot more lint and that this will be general maintenance that drain pump filter will need to be checked and cleaned out fairly often and to check that first if it it give drain error again.Washer is working good."

Replaced bad temp sensor. Made sure it was secure to evaporator with zip tie around the plastic connector sensor sits in. Note on door asking to level fridge and get tops of doors level. Adjusted right foot so tops of doors are level and fridge is level. Floor isnt perfectly level so fridge moves a tiny bit but can only possibly fix that with wooden shims under the corners of fridge.

Replaced door latch and when door is closed it is now always recognized and starts dishwasher every time. Dishwasher is working good. I noticed suds when i did not add any soap. I suggested that finish brand dishwasher detergent be used.; pckd up 1 Agm76209501 (Door latch)

"Found that lid switch plastic broke and wont sense that lid id shut to advance washer into drain/spin cycle. Also agitator dogs are worn out and only bottom half of the clothes were washing. Customer approved estimate. Replaced lid switch and agitator dogs. Tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.Office: Owner was in a meeting and asked that office call back and collect payment later."

Water lvl error was logged. I cleaned the water screens and tested the washer. It finished perfectly. Please call and collect

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I verified on time dry the dryer does not heat. I found the thermal fuse was bad. I jumped the fuse and it started to heat. I replaced the fuse and tested the air flow. The air flow is good and the dryer heats. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

"Water doesnt appear to be coming to the icemaker. Looked in the basement. They have a saddle valve. Turned it back and forth for awhile, then tried jumping L to V a number of times on Icemaker, wouldnt call for water. No voltage to water valve. Confirmed good water pressure to valve. Then after cycling Icemaker 5 times with no water, I did L to V again and could get it to call for water and fill. But when I cycle it, it doesnt call for water. Husband works for an appliance parts company. Quoted BB but he will order part himself and do repair himself. Showed customer how to replace it."

"Freezer is filling up with water and freezing sheets of ice, which then leaks down onto the floor. Found a frozen rear drain. Steamed out all the ice. Cleaned out the sheet on the bottom. Temps good. Zero in freezer, 35 in fresh food."
