As soon as i plug it in the drain pump runs. I went into diagnostics and getting control board error and long fill/over flow error. There is service bulletin that the pressure hose on tub can get plugged. I made sure it was clear and washer still doing same thing. It will drain while trying to start cycle so it drains as its filling. Bad control board. Estimate is $405.81 (on top of the trip Charge)Customer is upset it is so expensive and said the trip charge was waste of money and declined to fix it. I told her to call office if she changes her mind.Control board w11170317 would need to be ordered.

"Water valve was leaking. Customer replaced the valve and now when it runs, it fills with water but then doesnt do anything, then gives H20 error, then drains. I put in test mode with the newfi. It drained, filled, and circulated great. Called GE tech support and they said in a recent meeting they were informed that a pressure sensor gets gunked up when customers run the one hour cycle as their go to cycle. I took the sensor out, cleaned it off and the hole it connects into, and now the dishwasher runs great."

"The customers complaint with the dryer is that it shuts off prematurely. She believes it does because its running on high heat and theres tried both high and low heat. Upon arrival and inspection I checked the dryer duct outside it vented greater than 20 miles an hour. I started and ran machine and watched cabin temperatures and I found a giant fluctuation on the high side thermostat 220-260. On the second cycle when it reaches the temperature and the temperature Sensor switch the unit shut off. I checked the thermal fuse and said they were good. I replaced the thermal fuse switch kit on the burner side, And I replace the operating thermostat with thermal fuse on the exit side. Temperatures ran between 205?F and 108?F unhooked. I watched four cycles it was consistent. Connected the low side was up 5? in the high side ran about 15? warmer. Well within manufacture specifications. The dryer is now fixed.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE), 1 279816 (HI LIMIT/FUSE KIT), and 1 WP3387134 (THERMOSTAT) from stock"

Food was only getting frozen in the bottom crisper drawer but that drawer has its own temperature slider and was set on max. Showed customer and adjusted to low to prevent freezing since the rest of the shelves never froze foods.Water has slow flow, likely caused by clogged water filter. Filter has never been changed according to customer. The pet hospital employees complain the dryer shuts off prematurely. Upon arrival at inspection I found a stacked Samsung electric dryer and a very tight commercial environment. This dryer is the wrong product for this application. The unit heated momentarily but stopped heating seconds after it started. I watched and listen to the unit and it is very loud. The rollers and idler are also failing. When I went to look up this unit the rollers are now old is sold with the bulkhead assemblies. This unit would require two guys to unstack and there would be no room to work on it on site.

The display module flickers and after the oven is on a while the breaker trips. I found no issues with the range for tripping the breaker. When I reset the breaker I found that the breaker is hot and I can smell it smolder. I left the breaker off and advised to get a electrician to repair. If the display continues to flicker after a new breaker is installed then it may need parts. I added pics of the parts that it may need. It may need just the display module and it the main control.

Customer complaints theres no heat in their dryer. Upon arrival and inspection I found the dryer vent was flowing at under 10 mph at the side of the house. I pulled unit apart and found the thermal fuse on the elent was blown. I replaced it and tested airflow at the back of the machine and founded still was only at about 13-14 miles an hour. I took the Lint trap out and cleaned it under hot water with a brush the pressure increased to 24 miles an hour. Then watch temperatures and its cycled between 186?F and 111.
