House is being sold and inspector said that it was leaking from ice maker behind refrigerator. I pulled out fridge and ran ice maker. Ice maker harvested and filled and no leaks. Checked all over refrigerator and no leaks. Only thing that was abnormal is that the ice maker fill tube was pulled out a little bit. I pushed it in and added caulking to ensure it is secure. Dishwasher is right next to refrigerator and i ran that and no leaks. It appears that the warped floor could of been from old previous appliances as the refrigerator and dishwasher are from 2020. No found leaks as im here inspecting the appliances.

When we arrived the whole unit appeared to be dead. No lights are on inside. The fridge it plugged in and the outlet is getting 120 volts. I removed the main board and inspected it for damage. "Complaint is dishwasher not cleaning well. When I got here, I first checked the filter and found a 1 diameter piece of plastic in the filter along with an onion strand. Cleaned out the filter. Saw hard water deposit built up in the dishwasher. Tested the water. On a scale of 0-25, it tests at a 25. Called Amy in tech support at Asko. She said that Lemi Shine Dish Detergent Booster, Hard Water Stain Remover, Multi-Use Citric Acid Cleaner is a good product to add to each cycle. Thats the best thing you can do. First add the pod, then add the Lemi Shine Dish Detergent Booster, Hard Water Stain Remover, Multi-Use Citric Acid Cleaner on top of it. It treats the water for that cycle. It also contains instructions for cleaning the dishwasher and you do that once a month. Everything checks out great. Both arms spin, it drains and fills and circulates great. "I did the fixes for all other parts, doing the main board last and found that the main board is the wrong part. Looks like same part number but two the the connections are different and wont plug into new board (see pictures, I labeled the pictures with old/new so it can be referenced)I informed customer that we would need to follow up with wrong main board and we will contact her.I did all the fixes in ice box. I told customer that they did not need to defrost it since only thing left is the main board.Give me a call if you need more information. "Trash compactor wont always compact the trash. Found that the belt might of slipped when i was looking at it but it did compact. Either way all parts are discontinued. Even if we did find parts customer is convinced that their trash was flattened into pancake which cant be the case. Installed new parts from last diagnosis. Once installed turned unit on and still having an issue. Called tech line explained to the situation. We double checked if the whole unit is level. It is. We found the left bottom of the door is out like 1/16 inch which is causing the bottom reed switch not to reed the magnet in the freezer door. I cant adjust any more. I had to cut the wash plate off and then cut the hub off. The center metal part of the wash plate was stuck on the shaft. Got the metal part off after a lot of heating. We cleaned the shaft and installed the new parts. I ran a calibration and auto test. The washer shakes a little. I balanced the washer.

Customers complaint BOTTOM IS FILLING UP WITH ICE ..FLAT SHEET. Verified complaint. Can see the defrost drain is clogged. Disassembled unit steamed out ice dam. Removed all ice and water. Pulled fridge out on mat and unhooked the drain hose. Cleaned out drain hose and found some debris looks like mostly dog hair. Cleaned it all out. Installed tested drain and is draining well.

The customer said the oven is not maintaining temps and seems to not cook right. I started the oven and found the igniter was not lighting the gas after a minute. I tested the bake ignitor and it only draws 2.88 amps. I replaced the bake ignitor and now the new ignitor is drawing 3.2 amps and the oven gets to 350 very fast and it maintains temp.

I put a cup right side up on the top rack and it fills with water. The water is soft. The water drains out fast. I removed the filter plate and its all clean under the filter plate. The customer is using the pods. I advised the customer to clean the dishwasher with a dishwasher cleaner.

"Customer (tenant) said it started running on its own, and wouldnt stop. When I got there, I turned the timer to start and it started with a drain, then filled, and then circulated perfectly and continued well through the cycle. Watched it run for 30 minutes. Tenant uses it once or twice a month. Recommended once a week, and to use finish cleaner as the water there is hard (7 on a scale of 1-25). Also to help with smell. Also recommended switching detergent. Made sure all components work, and that drain line is looped up under the sink properly."
