Customer stated in-door ice maker was not working. Found broken ice tray. Replaced ice maker and verified rotation, fill, and fan operation. Ice maker is fixed.

Customer has been hearing a rumbling when its on bake and smelling a lot of gas. I tested it and found a bad bacon igniter. I replaced the big igniter and now there is no gas smell, and it ignites properly. I can still hear the sound the customer was talking about, but there are uniform flames coming out of the manifold and they are not bigger than they should be. Everything is operating properly.

Customer states the dishwasher is not draining as it should, found debris in the drain assembly, cleaned out, clued and tested the dishwasher is draining as it should

“Erik was punctual,professional, friendly and very knowledgeable in his trade. Erik diagnosed the possible problem with our wall oven almost immediately. In less than a week Erik diagnosed the problem ordered the parts and completed the installation. This happened after telling the Frigidaire tech for 8 months there was a problem with our wall oven followed by a response of I don’t see any problem. Erik isn’t just a great Tech he is just a decent person. Moving forward if we need assistance we will be requesting Erik at Omega Force. Thanks!”
