"Customer complaint is, ONE OF THE HEATING ELEMENTS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. Inspected and tested. Found the front right burner inner part of the element is not working. I disassembled cooktop and found the inner part of the element is burnt out. Cooktop needs a new front right element part number WB30X38930. Part on order. ; ordrd 1 WB30X38930 (Element)"

The customer said the ovens dont work and they have not used them in over a year. The breaker was off. I turned the power back on and tried both ovens. After a few minutes both ovens shut off and f96 was displayed. The fault is for the upper cooling fan not reaching speed. I put into test mode and tested each fan. Both fans do come on in test mode. I tried the ovens again and they started to heat and almost preheated but then the f96 popped up again. The oven will need the upper cooling fan and sensor board. Im ordering the parts from Dey. WB26X24020 cooling fan WB27T11463 cooling board sensor ; ordrd 1 WB27T11463 (COOLING FAN sensor board) and 1 WB26X24020 (COOLING FAN ASSM)

The oven would not start to bake. I set it to bake and I got 0 volts to the igniter. I removed the board and flus the bake relay had a bad solder spot. I repaired the board and put it back in. I tested the bake and now it heats up.

Today I installed the new igniter. Now the dryer is heating up good. No other issues found.

I installed the new control board. The unit started but the compressor did not. I found the relay was bad. I installed a extra one I had in hand. The compressor started right up. Now its all cooling good.

"Found that igniter is open and not heating up to turn on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter, tested and bake preheated and oven is heating and working good.

"Latch doesnt stay latched. Went to the appliance store in Vadnais heights and picked up a new GE latch after getting approval from owner. Replaced latch, it works great now.

"Replaced thermistor and high limit, idler pulley was good. Tested and dryer now cycles heat normally and is working good."

Installed dispenser from last diagnosis. Once installed tested with outer door skin in for leaks. Let unit run for 10 minutes and no leaks. Reassembled door. Tested again unit is working properly without any leaks.

"Customer complaint is, WONT SPIN. Customer said there was standing water in the washer and they had to bucket it out. Inspected and tested. The drain pump is chattering. I removed hose from drain pump and found 2 hair pins. Removed pins and tested. Washer is draining and spinning great. Washer is now fixed."

"Washer has been getting out of balance. I put it through full test mode. Everything checked out good in test mode. I then put it on a rinse and spin with towels and found that it was odd balance, tipping to the left. I extended the left feed down all the way so its level now, and it spins much better without shaking."

"Replaced bad filter housing base. Existing filter is damaged too so it still leaks, I gave them the part number for the correct filter. They will order that filter.

Found that the dryer vent cap was loose and water would leak into vent inside door onto floor. I tightened vent cap and no leaks.

"Replaced bad user interface board. Ran both ovens. Lower oven heated great. Customer said upper oven wasnt heating before it stopped working. I ran the oven on 350 for 10 minutes, and within 10 minutes it got up to 350. Everything works great."

Installed new spray arm from last diagnosis. Once installed tested to make sure its spinning properly. Unit is now working properly

Installed inverter from last diagnosis from the bulletin for noise complaints on the compressor. Installed part then went through test mode and made sure everything was working properly.

The issue is the dishwasher leaks from the bottom of the door. I found the lower spray arm heat shields have fallen off and bottom of the lower spray arm is melted. There is a big hole in one side of the lower spray arm. So when it starts water is spraying towards the door and water is leaking out under the door. I checked for faults and any set or updates. I found no other issues with the dishwasher. The customer thinks maybe silverware had caught on and stopped the spray arm from spinning and then it was melted by the heating element. The customer will order the spray arm and replace it themselves. I did the firmware update.

Tenants complaint is not dispensing ice or water. Found the levers are stuck. Found that everything is siezed and needs to be completely replaced or disassembled and cleaned/repaired. I disassembled the whole dispenser and cleaned all components and lubed with food grade grease where needed. Also steamed the unit because of mold from food spillage. Once all rebuilt. Reinstalled tested all features unit is working great.

Unit not heating but tumbles. Unit sounds great for tumbling wise. Removed the back cover and started test fuses and thermostats. Found a bad thermal fuse. Quoted then replaced. Once installed tested and unit is working properly. Reinstalled after cleaning behind the dryer with the customer.

"Customer complaint is, SCREECHES. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley is seizing up and squealing and the belt is cracked. Customer approved repairs. Installed new rebuild kit and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Cut out the crushed part of the vent and reconnected. Tested and dryer sounds great. Airflow on outside of house is 20mph. Dryer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, INCH OF DIRTY WATER AT THE BOTTOM, TRIED CLEANING THE SUMP. Inspected and tested. Found the air gap was plugged on the counter. I bypassed air gap and hooked directly up to drain pipe. Tested dishwasher and its draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed. Please bill customer $178.95; saved tckt"

Moisture is building up on the top ceiling of the freezer in front of the freezer gasket. I appears that the freezer gasket is not sealing tight. The gaskets are good. They are not dry or cracked and they are not pulling away. I put some clear grease on the freezer door gasket so it seals a little better. I found the whole unit is flat and doors are not closing fast. I raised the front legs so the doors close faster and doors stay closed tighter. The bottom crisper drawer rub on the crisper pan when they slide in and out. I found the bottom pan is bowing down and is moved against one side. We removed all the food off the shelf and then I centered the shelf. The drawers for now slide in and out better. I advised the customer that the weight of the food can cause the shelf to sag and this could happen again. I said I can submit for a new crisper pan shelf. One of the drawers corners is broken. I said I can also submit a request for new drawers. Please submit for approval and then contact the customer with update. The complaint from the tenant is the washer does not drain the water out all the time. She said it was a little better since last visit. When I got into the basement I found some water under the washer and water around the furnace that in front of the washer. I think this basement has a issue and that water and moisture is affecting the washer. I checked for error codes and the most recent is for out of balance. I cleared the fault codes and did a calibration. On my last visit the washer was not shifting so it would not shift into a spin. I replaced the shifter and then it would shift and go into a spin cycle. Today I started a cycle empty and waited until it started to washer. I then stopped the washer and added 4-5 heavy towels. I ran a rinse and spin cycle. One of the water seems to coming from the washer. I let the washer fill and then agitate. It sounded funny so I looked underneath. I could see the belt guard is sitting on the ground. I lifted the lid and found the whole tub was sitting to low and its on the ground on the ground. It looks like the suspension rods are bad and all 4 need to be replaced. I called the owner and gave a update. I gave the quote for replacing the rods. "The customer said the refrigerator light bulb burnt out. I have no bulb to test and I was not sent with a bulb. The customer had a light bulb but its to big to fit. I removed the control assembly so I could pull it down and install a light bulb. The light bulb comes on and when I close the light switch it goes off. At some point the door mag have been left ajar and the light was on for a while. The bulb had melted the line around it very bad. I added pics. For now I added some foil tape to cover the whole but the liner is so bubbled a new bulb may hit the liner. When the refrigerator door opens it pops. It needs new door cams. "Customer complaint is, THINKS DAMPER IS BAD OR FAN. Inspected and tested. The evaporator fan wasnt running. I replaced it with a new one and still not working. The main board has failed and is not turning the fan on. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and tested. Fan is now working and circulating cold air to the FF compartment. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Inspected and tested. Found the brass elbow on the valve was cracked and leaking. Installed new elbow and tested. No more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Installed all parts from last diagnosis. Once installed tested for 15 minutes and filled and drained multiple times to make sure all components are working correctly and no leaks. Reinstalled back to same location as before.

"The complaint was the washer would not drain and so then it was off balance and would not spin. I started the drain pump, I tried to pump but was not about to. I took the drain pump out and found a small nail in the pump. I removed the nail and tried it again . Now its all working good."

"Dryer squealing and rumbling. Found 3 bad support rollers and a seized up idler pully. Also found a frayed belt. Quoted for kit. The kit was missing the pully so we used a pully from stock but didnt charge extra for that..

"Dishwasher was dead, we found a bad thermal fuse on the main PCB. Replaced fuse, runs great now.

"Microwave fan running very loud. Took down microwave and found debris from the roof in the fan area. Cleaned it out, runs nice and quiet now. Then we found out they recently had their roof redone and that was when the noise started."

"Dryer hasnt been drying clothes well. Taking multiple cycles. Found the filter packed with lint and hair. Used a hose to spray it out for 10 minutes until all the lint was cleared out. Took the cover off the fan, and cleaned lint out of there. Also cleaned and vacuumed out the area around the filter. Customer said that the washer hasnt been getting a lot of the water out of the clothes, they are sopping wet when they put the clothes into the dryer. We ran a towel on rinse and spin, then put it in the dryer and it dried well now that the filter and everything is cleaned out."

The customer said the oven takes a long time to preheat and and bake. I started the oven on bake and the oven bake ignitor started glow. I took a amp of the bake ignitor while it started glow. The amp draw of the ignitor was drawing 2.6 amps and it should be over 3 amps. I replaced the bad bake ignitor. I tested the oven and now its heating up fast and will bake better.

Installed timer and knob from last diagnosis. Once installed tested and its working properly. Also did a maintenance check and clean up. I oiled up the back bearing. All slides on the front still look good and have some more usage left.

"Replaced bad water valve, now it isnt filling the dishwasher when its not running. Runs great now."

"Customer complaint is, TOP SHELF ADJUSTERS are broken. Installed new top rack adjuster assembly kit and tested. Dishwasher is now fixed."

The unit is not cooling and the display is dead. I found the fuse is popped on the board. I jumped the fuse and its still dead. I quoted for the board and will order the board. ; schdld next appmnt for 9/5 TUE !

Unit not cooling properly and frost. Unit has frost icicles everywhere in the freezer. This from warm air getting in. Inspected the gasket and found two rips. Needs a new gasket. The dryer runs and starts but does not heat. I took the front off and tested the fuses and then the igniter. The fuses tested good but the igniter was bad. I gave the customer the quote plus trip for the repair. I am ordering the ignitor from Dey .; ordrd 1 5318EL3001A (GLOW IGNITER KIT)

"Has been leaking. Found a leaking water valve. Its stacked in a tight spot on the 24th floor of this downtown condo. Will need air sled to get it out and in, and oven cart to get dryer off. Please call to get authorization for this. Quote is attached. ; saved tckt"

Bottom rack not cleaning. This unit has a track record it sounds like has had the motor replaced twice and the spray arm once. When I arrived the spray arm wasnt sitting correctly. Tried to reinstall spray arm will snap in but the arms are turning any more. Will need new spray arm. ; ordrng 1 W10860176 (Arm)

Dryer wont start. Found that there is only 120V at the outlet for electric dryer. I checked breakers and reset but still only 120v at outlet. There are two dryers I used other outlet and dryer turns on and is running and working. I informed and showed customer of issue and she will call electrician to fix outlet problem. Dryer itself is running and working good.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Customer said its not every time. Inspected and tested. I ran washer through a complete normal cycle and half way through a heavy cycle and it never leaked. Im assuming its coming from the door boot, because thats were she sees it on the floor. The door boot is covered in black mold and customer wants it replaced. Customer approved repairs. Installed new door boot and tested. No leaks. Washer is now fixed."

Not draining. Found the drain line was super clogged up with food debris and hard water deposit. I took out the filter and soaked it for 45 minutes and scrubbed it clean. Then detached the drain line and snaked it out. Got a half gallon of sludge out. Drains great now.

Left fresh food door not always hitting the door switch. Showed customer the problem. Adjusted the door. The best I can until we get the parts.

Door wont latch or open correctly. Found that the latch is bad. Installed new latch. Tested multiple times to make sure its working properly.

Found some plastic debris that was stuck inside and tripped the overload on the disposal. I reset and dislodged debris. Tested and garbage disposal is running and working good.

"Customer complaint is, FREEZER IS GOOD, FRESH FOOD IS WARM. Customer has been dealing with this for over 2 months and had another company put in a defrost heater. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 55F and freezer is 1F. Fans are running. The back wall of freezer is frosted over. Thermistors and damper tested good in test mode. I put refrigerator into defrost and the heater came on and started defrosting. The board has failed and isnt turning the defrost heater on. Customer approved repairs. Installed new board and programed it. Tested and refrigerator is now fixed.

"Taking a long time to dry. Coils are a part of gas valve assembly. Customer did not want to do that repair. But I took dryer apart, cleaned and oiled rollers and vacuumed out lint, and did a dryer vent cleaning. Airflow much better now outside. Got a ton of lint cleaned out. Runs and heats great now."

"The dishwasher fills with water it just does not pump the water to wash dishes. I found the wash pump is bad. The front lower rack wheels are also falling off. I quoted for the whole repair. I replaced the wash motor and lower rack front wheels. I ran and tested the dishwasher in service mode and its working great.

The user interface is dead. I replaced the user interface panel and now its all working properly.

"Oven automatically comes on when you plug in the range. Found a shorted bake ignitor. Told customer that it looks like it needs a new ignitor, and if it didnt fix it, no charge for the ignitor. It didnt fix it. Then found a bad relay on the board (k4). Quoted for board repair. Soldered new relay on the board. Works great now.

"Not draining. Found a bad lid switch. Replaced the switch, and now it fills, agitates and drains great.

"Not running. Found a bad idler pully and rollers stuck. Cleaned and oiled rollers, vacuumed dryer, replaced pully, attached vent that wasnt attached. Runs and heats great now. Had to uninstall counter top over dryer. Reinstalled it.

"Replaced motor, tested and all functions are working good. Washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good."

The dishwasher now would not drain. I found water was plugged up in the air gap hoses. I completely bypassed the air gap. I ran the dishwasher and drained it and its draining good now. I also did the firmware update .

Tenants complaint mold and smells. Sounds like this unit was vacant for months. Customer said she has wiped it down and has tried vinegar. The mold Oder is strong when the door is open. Removed the filter and its all sticky and stuck together. Scrubbed the filter sump arms dishwasher tub and anything possible. Now unit is the cleanest its going to get. The filter had mold so thats where the smell is from. Told customer to get some dishwasher cleaners and run it through to help with smell and keep the door open to air out.

The fridges was on and the fans were running but the compressor was not able to start. I found the relay was bad. I installed the new PRo41 relay. The compressor started right up and its cooling down. I advised they wait 6 hours for it to cool down.

"Customer complaint is, THE FAN IS MAKING A LOT OF NOISE. IT STOPS WHEN WE OPEN THE DOOR AND THE FAN TURNS OFF. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 44F and freezer is 0F. Theres water on the floor of the FF compartment. I removed the FF evaporator cover and theres ice across the top of the evaporator and around the fan and the drain is frozen over. Also the defrost sensor tested bad. Customer approved repairs. Defrosted FF evaporator and drain. Installed new defrost sensor and drain kit. Tested and refrigerator sounds great and defrost drain is now open and draining. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The noise sounded like a bad bearing. I found the 2 rear rollers are bad. The right roller has actually come off the shaft. I replaced the 2 rear rollers with the new bearing style rollers.

Installed valve from last diagnosis. Tested unit multiple times for leaks valve is working correctly and no leaks. Customer had freezer at warmest setting. I recommend to keep at 0 to help produce ice.

Installed transmission from last diagnosis. Once installed, recalibrated the unit then tested unit multiple times. Unit is operating properly with out leaks.

Customers complaint not starting. Found that the knob was busted and not turning the knob. Tried to turn with plies and still was hard to turn. Will need new timer and knob. Left message for owner with quote. Added photo of estimate and should be saved in ticket ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

Needs new drain pump. Fins broken off. Also I believe this model has the relocation kit. Under authorization $ ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrd 1 DC97-19289F (Drain pump)

"Oven is doing weird things. It will lock oven door when set to convection bake. Then will shut off all lights and non response and sounds like main board resets and lights come back on. Also customer said the front left burner will be red as if it is on but is on the off position.Called tech support and they said to replace both selector switch, and temperature switch as well as control board. Also since the red led intermittent to replace that as well.Schedule 2 hours for repair.; ordrng 1 231600002 (LED Valve), ordrd 1 210600042 (Temp selector switch) and 1 210600043 (Selector switch) and 1 267600046 (Control board)"

Customers complaint leaking water out of front door handle. Verified complaint. Disassembled door and found the dispenser is leaking then dripping on the handle then to front. Quoted customer for blue book for new dispenser. Ordered part from Dey and rescheduled ; ordrng 1 12008380 (DISPENSER ASSM - W/SOAP/RINSE AGENT & SENSOR)

"Taking a long time to bake. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced it, now the oven heats great.

"Customer complaint is, giving OUT OF BALANCE ERROR every load. Inspected and tested. I ran washer through a rinse and spin and it was working normal and spun out the clothes and no errors. I talked with Jared on this and were going to try replacing the dampers and rotor. Installed new rotor and all 4 dampers. Tested and washer is working great. Washer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, THE NUMBER OR LABELS ON THE DIAL OR KNOBS ARE FADING. Inspected and tested. Found the numbers for the burner knobs are wearing off the backsplash. Needs a new backsplash/control panel. Installed new backsplash and tested. Range is now fixed."

Moved evaporator sensor from bottom to upper right. Should no longer frost up. Per tech support, it is known issue for this refrigerator.

The customer was concerned the oven was not getting a ring temp. I started the oven bake at 350. The amp draw from the bake ignitor is 3.3 amps. That is a perfect amp draw. I set the oven to 350 and let it preheat. The oven is maintaining the temp by cycling back on when the temp get a few degrees below 350. I found no issues today.

Replaced blower from last diagnosis. Also cleaned up lint and rollers. Reassembled then tested unit. Sounds good. And no issues.

"Customer complaint is, WHITE PIECE IS PUSHED IN AND UNIT THINKS DOOR IS CLOSED. Installed new door interlock switches and tested. Microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed."

The ice maker fill cup was broken. I installed the new cup today on the ice maker. I turned on the ice maker and watched it fill. No issues.

"The customer complaint is the dishwasher does not clean as well as it used to and there is film left inside and the door drops a little bit. I inspected the door and it does drop a little below 90 degrees but not bad and the door still shuts ok. I tested the hot water and it is very soft. I ran the dishwasher and it appears the upper spray arm is not spinning. I removed the lower spray, arm screen and filter. I removed chunks of glass and food and hair around the chopper blade and screen. I tried it again and I put my phone to take a video and I verified the pressure is a lot better now. The customer is using liquid soap. I advised them to use packets and use a rinse aid. I had also advise the customer to clean the dishwasher with a dishwasher cleaner."

When it goes into the basket just slips on the shaft. I found the splutch is worn down and the splines in the gear case shaft are worn down. It will need a new gear case and splutch. Today I replaced the gear case and the splutch gear. I ran a calibration and then ran a rinse and spin cycle. The washer is working as it should.

"Washer not draining. Found a bad drain pump. Replaced it, drains great now.

"Fresh food 50 degrees and freezer 2. Found a bad evaporator fan. Not running. I gave it some flicks and jump started it. Now its running again circulation of air is immense. Quoted owner for new evaporator fan, but its 8 years old and he said they will instead use the running fan to buy them some time while they look for a replacement."

"Customer pulled up on door to try and remove it, and left hinge got bent and door couldnt go back on hinge. I bent the hinge back into the proper position after taking the door off. Also adjusted front of dishwasher higher so its not tipping forward. And both racks had come off. Fixed the racks so they are straight and secure now."

"Dishwasher not draining or cleaning. Found the impeller full of debris. Cleaned out each nook and cranny of the impeller. Cleaned out sump and filter. Now it runs and drains great. Also, charged knob for dryer on this job.

"Customer complaint is, WHEN DRYING, CLOTHES GET SUPER HOT AND A T0 ERROR COMES UP AFTER 5-10 MINS. Inspected and tested. Airflow on outside of house is 16mph. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and after a couple minutes it gave me the tO error. This is a thermistor error. I disassembled dryer and removed thermistor and its corroded. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermistor and vacuumed out bulkhead and blower wheel. Tested and dryer is now running and heating great. Dryer is now fixed.

"Replaced turbidity sensor but then also found that the float was full of gunk and stuck causing dishwasher to fill then drain and act funny. I replaced both those parts, tested and dishwasher temperature reads correctly and heater comes on. Tested and dishwasher is running and working good.

The customer said that at some point in the cycle water leaks down. I tipped the washer lid back and found water is collecting in the base right under the bleach cup. I found that when it dispenses water into the bleach cup some of the water is spraying out the sides. I cleaned the bleach cup and funnel. I tried it again and water is not leaking out now. The water drains into the wash as it should.

"Found that the drain pump fins broke off drain pump and wasnt draining and then would get drain error. Customer approved estimate. Replaced drain pump and cleaned out drain trap, Tested and washer now drains and is working good.

Today I replaced the drain hose and drain pump. I ran and tested the dishwasher. It sounds better and does not leak.

Dryer not working. Found a broken knob. Installed new knob and the unit is working great now.

The dryer duct was very plugged up. I cleaned the dryer duct and vacuumed up lint. I took the dryer apart and vacuumed out the duct housing and lint all around the dryer. I cleaned and greased the front glides. The dryer sounds normal.

"Found that the igniter is weak and not turning on gas. Customer approved estimate, Replaced igniter, tested and oven now heats and is working good.

Customers complaint unit leaking out the front. Found the bottom of the freezer a sheet of ice. The defrost drain is plugged. This one has a really long rubber hose. Removed hose and steamed blockage out. Reinstalled tested and its draining properly in the pan under the fridge. Emptied the tray and unit is now working properly.

Installed board from last diagnosis. Tested before I left and working great.

"Not filling very often. Checked the water pressure line, which is totally clear. Found the water valves are totally rusted and corroded. Quoted for new valve. Coming back Friday to install. ; ordrd 1 WPW10144820 (Water inlet valve)"
