Customer originally called for dishwasher stated was leaking and not draining. Inspected dishwasher. No leaks and unit draining fine. based off where customer saw leaking suspected issue with fridge removed machine compartment cover and found clogged defrost drain and sheet of ice forming in freezer. This confirmed that leak was from fridge when unit defrosting. Cleaned clog and instructed customer to completely thaw and dry unit to remove remaining ice/water

Unit was unplugged on arrival plugged unit in compressor made a loud buzzing noise then started working. Tried it again made a loud buzzing noise then it stopped working altogether. Theres a bad spot in the compressor. Replace the compressor and filter dryer once it was done pressure tested for leaks, then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Plugged in it in now every time I plugged it in its running good compressor sounds good. Will take 24 hours to cool

Customer getting ice build up on bottom of freezer. Found that the evaporator drain was frozen over due to clog of dust/debris. Customer approved estimate. Defrosted drain and removed debris. Tested and it is now draining into drip pan and no longer leaks. Refrigerator is working well.

Returned and completed evap, condenser, and drier replacement. Unit is now operating properly.

Had to run out to Dey to get spanner wrench. Swapped out old gear case for new one. Tested machine to be agitating normal again and running with no issues
