Start button is not responding. Ended up, finding that some adjustments had to be made behind the start button. Made those adjustments and now the start button response perfectly.

Defrost heater was open. Replaced element, potentiometer, knob, control board. Tested and defrost heater is getting warm. Refrigerator is starting to cool and is working well.

Customer stated dryer stops after running for 1 minute. Found dryer heating to 205?F and shutting off. Disconnected dryer from vent and found unit to stay running. Replaced failing thermostat and cleaned out dryer. Dryer tests fine now but customer must have 2nd story townhouse venting cleared out immediately or more failures are likely.

Upon inspection unit had a bad magnetron and diode, replaced diode and magnetron. Verified after installation it is working properly. Done.

Return to diagnose double wall of turns out oven got put into showroom mode, causing none of the heating elements to work hold it out of showroom mode and put into Fahrenheit as it was in Celsius. Unit is now operating properly.
