The customer complaint is when they dispense the ice water leaks down. I found the ice maker is frosting up and ice gets stuck together. When it dispenses ice the ice breaks up and causes frost. The frost on the ice chute melts and causes the water drips. We found the ice make fill tube was not adjusted. We defrosts the compartment and adjusted the fill tube.

"Customer complaint is, RUNS FOR 10 MIN THEN SHUTS OFF. Tenant says it does it on sensing and timed dry. Inspected and tested. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and it started heating and shut down in about 3 minutes. Heat had gotten to about 200F. I restarted dryer and now its running and heat is cycling perfectly between 210F and 110F consistently for over 30 minutes. I stopped it and let it sit for a few minutes and then restarted it and its not shutting down and working perfectly for another 30 minutes. I cant get it to fail again.

issues was no power from the power outlet . We reset main breaker this resolve problem machine runs good and verify heating cycle is back to operation works great.

Replaced dryer fan motor tested dishwasher works good.

Installed new valve from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times. Unit is operating properly without leaks. Reassemble reinstalled and mounted as previously installed. Unit sits on uneven flooring from some putting thick wood flooring. Leveled best I can.

"founded the burner tube was not aligned into the gas line adjusted to correct position. After that we tested and it works just fine with no issues .

"Found that bake element is bad (broke in half) maintenance approved estimate. Picked up part, replaced bake element, tested and bake is now heating and working good.

The complaint is when the oven heats for about 10 minutes the fault f3e2 comes up. The fault is for the temperature getting too high. I tested the oven temperature sensor and it reads 1087 at room temperature. I verified the fault code. I replaced the temp sensor and the main control. I started the oven and let heat to 350 for about 15 minutes.

Today I replaced the control panel. All the buttons work and it heats.

"Stops after 20 minutes of running. When I got here from what she described it sounded like theres blockage in the vent. I did a vent cleaning and a ton of lint came out. Redid the vent tape on the vent. Ran it for 20 minutes which is how long it goes before shutting off. Didnt shut off. Everything checks out good now.

"I tested the dishwasher when I got here. Tried a cancel and drain and it drained great. Spoke with customer and theyve been using the same detergent for a long time. Havent switched detergent in a long time. Asked if they used any cleaner in the dishwasher. No, then I asked if they used any dishwasher detergent for hand washing and they said yes. I ran it for a minute and a lot of suds. I put olive oil in the dishwasher and let it circulate and after doing that twice, all the suds are gone now."

There complaint is the dryer takes a long time to dry. We started the dryer and found it does heat. The air flow test said the air flow is poor. I preformed a heat test and the dryer only heats to 140 and it takes a long time. I disconnected the vent and it gets to 190 and the air flow tested good. Advised the customer the issue is with there dryer duct to the outside. They had the roof redone a few weeks ago. Its possible someone covered the duct hole. I gave the customer a couple numbers to call for duct cleaning.

"Squealing when it runs. Found a bad idler pully and roller. Installed rollers. Sounds great now though. I cleaned roller shafts and oiled them, and vacuumed out dryer."

Ignitor for bake isnt coming on. Replaced bad bake ignitor. Ignites great now. Wall oven.

"Found that the igniter is weak and not turning on gas to heat oven. Also the mechanism that holds in and springs open the warming drawer, plastic is not locking and there is a service bullitin that it is subbed to a new part. Customer wants the oven igniter replaced but will hold off on the warming drawer lock mechanism.Replaced igniter, tested and oven preheated and is working good.

Replaced bad detergent dispenser. Works great now. Old one was broken.

Customers complaint unit not draining. Will give E24 for drain error. Verified complaint. Pump sounded ok and was only getting a trickle of water. Removed drain hose to clean out line right at the end of drain hose found a bunch of debris. Cleared out blockage tested now unit is draining properly.

"Not running. Found a bad belt and a ton of lint in dryer, along with a bad pully and two bad rollers. Vacuumed out all lint. Replaced rollers and cleaned and oiled shafts. Replaced pully and belt. Runs great now

The washer does not drain. I found the washer is getting 120 out the board but no voltage to the drain pump. I tested the ohms of the drain pump from the board harness and its 0. I get 25 ohms at the motor. I found the harness is bad somewhere. I quoted for the repair and I ordering the harness. ; ordrd 1 WH19X27495 (HARNESS)

"Motor is running louder when in high speed spin. Also the shocks (4 of them) need to replace and belt.Motor, shocks, belt.Dryer is stacked and would need to pull out of closet and take off dryer. "The customer complaints are, the dishwasher leaks from the left corner of the door, the dishes dont clean well and not all the soap washes out the soap cup and the lock icon is stuck on the display. I found the control panel is not locked and the buttons do respond when pushed. I looks like there is some moisture stuck in the display. I added a picture. The lower spray arm has stuff stuck in the spray arm and that clogging up the small holes. I found a round piece of rubber in the filter basket. That could have been restricting the water pressure. I found a dent on the edge of the inner door. That dents looks to be causing the water leak. The water is able to leak past the gasket where it seals against the inner door. I was able to clean the basket and the lower spray arm. The dishwasher will need the inner door, the door seal and the user interface control display. Please check pictures and find the parts needed them contact the customer with a quote. I did try holding the temp 3 waves lines but the lock light is still on. Also the customer showed me the lower rack is missing parts? And the silverware basket doesnt really anywhere well. I also found the upper rack is missing a spray arm. Customers complaint unit leaking. Installed parts. Tested unit and its working great

Customer said it makes a loud buzzing/vibration sound 2-3 times though out cycle. I tested for over 30 minutes and didnt hear much of anything abnormal. Ran diagnostics and tested ever component and no abnormal nosies. I did find that both upper and lower spray arms were clogged with food/popcorn kernels and were not rotating. I suspect that clogged spray arms could cause them to vibrate making the noises since it wasnt spinning.Now that spray arms are clean customer will use as normal and call back if problem persists.DIshwasher is working good.

Icemaker broke. Arm broke right off. Replaced bad Icemaker. Cycled it and made sure its on. Works great now.

"E8 error to which is displayed on the display ever since this customer returned from vacation in Detroit. Also, since then, the icemaker has not worked. Also, bottom drawer is sort of hard to open. Found stretched out door cables. Removed those. Also, replaced the PCB and the icemaker. Took the icemaker through service mode and made sure its on. Works great now."

"Water softener was installed in reverse, so resin flowed throughout the plumbing. After thoroughly inspecting fridge, I can find no damage from this mistake since fortunately the fridge is connected to reverse osmosis. I disconnected the inlet waterline from the fridge and tested the water in the valve which has no resin, and the valve is clean. All water first enters the fridge via the valve, so this was good to find. I also turned on the waterline when it was disconnected from the valve and ran water through it, and it had good clean water pressure. Dispensed some glasses of water from dispenser in door and water is clear and flows excellent."

"Water softener in house was installed in reverse, so resin flowed through the pipes in the house. The dishwasher and fridge are on a reverse osmosis system, which appears to have prevented the resin from affecting these two appliances. I ran this dishwasher, and timed the fill into the dishwasher at the beginning of the cycle. It filled in the standard amount of time. No film present on dishes or inside dishwasher. Water is spraying and circulating strong. Drains great. Inspected under the dishwasher and no evidence of damage. Everything checks out good."

The customer said the oven takes long time to heat and they get a gas smell. I found the bake ignitor is weak and takes a long time to heat. The bake ignitor was only drawing 2.5 amps. I quoted for the repair then replaced the bake ignitor. Now it heats faster and no gas smell.

Ran dryer and checked steam function and did not find anything concerning.

Found that the igniter is open and not glowing to turn on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced igniter and oven preheated to 350. Oven is heating and working good.

Making a squealing sound. Replaced two bad support rollers. Vacuumed out dryer and cleaned up pully shaft and roller shafts. Now everything runs nice and quiet. Runs great. Thought it needed a new pully but pully was great.

"Replaced the parts GE said to do to solve the moisture build up on inside wall divider of freezer and refrigerator. Evaporator thermistor, refrigerator thermistor, rusted out drain pan, evaporator fan assembly. Customer will keep an eye on it. Refrigerator is working good."

Customers complaint unit leaking. Pulled unit out on protective mat. Removed back cover to test for leaks. After filling and draining we found water leaking from drain in the wall. Will need a plumber. Inspected the unit otherwise. Its working properly. The bearings are getting loud.

"Customer complaint is, LCD PANEL LIGHTS ARE BLINKING & IT WONT START. Inspected and tested. Found when you open and shut the door the display flashes. I removed the bottom toe kick panel and found the white hardwired power cable is caught in the door spring so it broke the black wire. I had to cut out about 8 inches and rewire at the junction box. Tested and dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Replaced bad heater assembly. Put into forced defrost. Ran it again after taking it out of defrost and now it no longer beeps. Everything running great now.

"Customer just wanted the gas valve replaced not the spark module and electrodes. Replaced gas valve, tested and both burners come on fully. Oven heats and is working good."

I verified the wash pump is bad. Its locked up and wont start. I replaced the wash pump. Now it fills and washes good. I reset the control board.

The complaint is the whole unit is not cooling. I found the compressor is trying to start but it keeps buzzing. I found the start relay has failed. I replaced the relay device. The compressor started up and is cooling good. I advised if it happens again it would need a compressor.

When the dryer runs it vibrates. I found the Dryer blower wheels packed full of lint. I vacuumed all the lint out of the blower wheel and all the dryer sounds better. I leveled the washer and dryer.

"Customer complaint is, SOMETIMES IT TRIPS THE CIRCUIT BREAKER BY ITSELF OR WHEN DOOR IS OPENING DOES THE SAME. Inspected and tested. Found the door switches are flaky and the holder is wore out. Customer approved repairs. Installed new holder and 3 switches. Tested and microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, DISPENSER NOT WORKING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 2F. Ice maker is making ice, just not dispensing ice or water. The display is just flashing zeros. I removed the RFID water filter board and it visible looks good. Theres nothing in the tech sheet about what the flashing zeros mean. I called GE Techline and waited on hold for over 30 minutes and he helped me check somethings and we found a loose connection at the bottom of the door hinge. After messing with it the display is now working and ice and water are dispensing. He said to replace the door if they continue to have problems. I called the manager and updated him."

Unit trips breaker when plugging in. Seams like something is shortening out. Started slowly unplugging and figuring out is causing it. Isolated to the igniter or valve. Found a pinched wire on the valve. Cut out where the wire was separating. Repaired wire. Reassembled unit. Tested and now unit is working properly.

The double built oven upper oven does not heat and gives code. I verified its not heating. I removed the panel and found one of the connectors was burnt. I repaired the connector and now its heating up good.

Customers complaint no cold water. Unit has SmartHQ. Pulled up error codes and nothing. Put unit in test mode. Ran cold water valve and it was hot. Ran hot water valve and it was cold. Explained to customer the hoses are on the wrong valves. Swapped hoses. Tested multiple times to make sure no leaks occur. Everything working properly.

"Replaced bad spark module but no matter how I had terminals connected, it would only spark one side, not both. Confirmed that both ignitors spark. Needs new switch harness for the burner controls. DW can you try and find one and quote RPM for both that and the spark module and see what they want to do? Before only one knob would cause a spark to happen and that was sporadic. Now two knobs will cause the ignitors to spark. Ill need a double slot when I come back. ; saved tckt"

"When I got here there was a new range installed. They had moved the problematic range to the garage. There were no notes on this or parts listed but I had the parts. I assumed that it was covered by warener stallion or Beko. I went ahead the replaced parts but since there is no 220V in garage I cant test it.Customer is not happy with whole sistuation and bought a new one and will list the one I replaced parts on for sale.I dont know if there is any balance due and it only took me 15 minutes since it was just part and I didnt test it. Customer says unit not cooling properly. Fresh food was at 36 which is fine. Im getting an issue with the freezer. So hooked up SmartHQ. Had codes for warmer temps and 3 way valve error. Put unit in test mode was able to change the position of the valve and is operating correctly. Try to start compressor and it wont its stuck. Can hear the compressor shake and act up but never runs properly. Will need a new inverter WR55X36435Dana is sourcing a inverter. "Dishwasher wont turn on. It has power going to control board as LED light is on but no power is going out. But is having some weird power issues, i did get spikes of power to user interface. Found that the dishwasher motor is bad. Just humming and not spraying water. Customer approved estimate. I picked up part and replaced sump assembly. Tested and dishwasher is running and working good.; ordrd 1 WPW10605058 (Sump assembly)

E84 error. Checked everything in service bulletin. Either needs new inverter board or PCB or both. Gave customer ballpark quote for each option. They said if the inverter board is available theyd like to maybe try that. Can you see if thats available? And call them? ; saved tckt

They had the breaker pop and then the bake and broil stopped working. I found a smoked control board. I cant find the part number. DW could you try and find it and call customer with quote if you do?; saved tckt

Tenant said melted a plastic ware and doesnt think water is getting in. Hooked up SmartHQ. No errors ran unit found the motor would try to kick on but wouldnt actually wash. Went in test mode tested all features motor isnt kicking on. Getting 120 to the motor. Needs new motor. ; ordrng 1 WD49X23781 (MOTOR MECHANISM TALL TUB)

"Customer complaint is, ICE MAKER STOPPED WORKING MAKES NOISES. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 37F and freezer is -2F. I checked the wiring harness at the bottom hinge and all ice maker wires had continuity. The sensor is just hanging from the bottom of the ice maker and the tray is breaking. Customer approved repairs. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

"Customer complaint is, FROSTING UP IN FREEZER. Frost is accumulating by the ice dispenser chute and underneath the ice bucket. Inspected and tested. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 8F. The ice chute door is stuck open. I messed with it and then it shut. Now its opening and closing perfectly. Nothing is broken on it. I showed this to the customer and advised to keep an eye on it."

"Customer complaint was the refrigerator was was not cooling. Removed shelfs and back cover found frost built up. Steamed the ice out. Customer approved the updated kit. Installed new sensor, heater, and drain kit. Tested making sure the heater worked.

"Icemaker not working. They used to get some water leaking when the Icemaker was on. I thawed out the old Icemaker and tried cycling it, and it got stuck part way through the cycle. Bad motor. Replaced Icemaker, adjusted the dispenser chute so that water wouldnt splash up over funnel, it filled great and no leaks.

"Dishwasher not draining. Found the drain pump had a rock in it, cleaned out debris, and made sure entire drain line was totally clean. Filled and drained the dishwasher 4 times after cleaning out drain pump and it drains great every time now."

"One complaint is that all their food freezes and its always too cold. When I got here it was set to the coldest setting. I asked her if they've tried it on a warmer setting and she said yes. Temp near the top of the fridge is 39. Told tenant they cant have food along back or itll freeze. Tested the damper, and it doesnt close when set to the warmest setting. Always stays open. Replaced thermo assembly. Also, tenant said the icemaker doesnt work. I showed her that the arm was pulled out. She said that happened yesterday. When they pulled a bag of ice out. But that should not have pulled the arm out. She said the arm has always been in, and it hasnt made ice. I put the arm in and within a minute it cycled and filled with water. Water dispenses nice and strong from the dispenser. Freezer is zero degrees. Runs great now.

Installed new limit thermostat from diagnosis. Once installed reassembled. Tested unit multiple times heating and tumbling correctly. Unit is heating properly also. Did recommend last time getting the vents cleaned. Cleaned inside the dryer and did a maintenance cleanup. Unit is now operating correctly.

"Orange flames. Found a humidifier running by the cook top. Asked if he had other questions. He asked about the vent fan for it. He said smoke came up in the house one time. I used a ladder and climbed through a crawl space under the house, and found a number of gaps where the venting seams came together. I used vent tape to seal it all up.

Replaced control board and igniter. Tested and oven is heating and working good.

Display was dead. Checked voltage at outlet. That was good. Next moved to the junction box that was good. Pulled unit out and tested at the board. I found getting voltage to display. Unplugged reassembled and it started working. Quoted for new display. They will see if fails again.

New install. Installed Samsung dishwasher. Tested and dishwasher is running and working good.

"Dead. Found a bad thermal cut out. Replaced fuse and vacuumed a ton of lint out of dryer. Also found a broken lint screen. Shipped new one to customer, otherwise lint gets into dryer. Also, fuse got knocked out due to a venting issue. Did a vent cleaning. Runs and vents great now.

One of the drum baffles fell off. I added new screws to the baffle so it does not come off.

"Today we replaced the inner door with seal, door seal, user interface, wash pump and heating element we ran the dishwasher and do no leaks. No other issues found."

The washer was filling very slow with hot and cold water. It needs a new water valve. The customer got a new water valve. I installed the water valve the customer got from Dey. I advised the customer we cannot warranty the part. Now the washer is filling really good.

We found water leaking from the wash pump seal. We also found that water is leaking from the side of the tub. It will need a wash pump and run to fix it. I advised the customer its not worth fixing the tub. He would be better off replacing the dishwasher.

The dryer motor does not start when start is pressed. We removed the main board and found the motor relay solder joint was bad. We repaired the motor relay. Now the dryer starts and tumbles. No other issues found.

The complaint was the door lock icon was on the display and oven was running. When I arrived the customer turned the power back on. The upper oven door was not closed all the way and the door lock was trying to unlock. It was unable to move the lock to the unlock position because the door was pushing on the door lock strike. I held the door switch in and it moved to the door unlocked position. I started the bake and let the oven heat to 350 then pressed cancel. There are no faults and the oven is working good.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating, but is getting to hot and I had to shut it down when it got to 260F. I disconnected vent and now heat is cycling perfectly between 210F and 105F and airflow on back of dryer is 30mph. It vents out the second story, so I cant check airflow on outside of house. The vent is the problem. I advised customer to not use dryer until the vent gets cleaned.

"Not draining. Found debris stuck in air gap. Then when running, it kept running drain pump: found water had flooded underneath. Dried that out. Runs great now."

Replaced bad lid switch assembly and fuse. Works great now.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER WILL NOT SPIN, UNIT IS LEVEL BUT THE TUB SHAKES WHEN IT IS JUST A BIT UNBALLANCED. Inspected and tested. Started washer with a load of towels and it started shaking and banging and gave a Ur error. Im ordering 4 new dampers. Parts on order. ; ordrd 4 DC97-16350U (Dampers)s"

"Keypad sporadically doesnt work for tenant. They showed me when I arrived how some of the buttons work and some dont on the touch pad. Also, they said it doesnt heat well. They said sometimes itll heat, and sometimes it takes a long time to heat up food. I confirmed that no matter what setting I put the microwave on, it is barely heating. Used a glass of cold water to test it. Did an amp draw and found its only drawing .50 amps when running. Appears the main control isnt sending power to high side: DW Im trying to find the control and cant locate it. Can you see if you can find one and quote RPM for a replace? ; saved tckt"

Unit leaking. Found unit not mounted pulled unit out and ran unit and found water leaking from the case break and the drain hose. Its inserted properly. Quoted for the new cases and hose. Customer didnt answer the phone. This is a rental and joe is the property manager. Saved estimate and addd photos ; saved tckt

Tenant said unit leaking. Tested unit. Leaking from under the door. Found the door boot is torn and is leaking from there. Under approved amount ordered part from Marcone. ; ordrng 1 MDS66290828 (Bellow)

"Right front burner wont ignite. Verified complaint. The switch works all the other igniters are sparking. Tried to clean the igniter. Still nothing. Tested voltage. Getting voltage. Found that it is getting E:07 error which is drying fan error. It getting power to fan motor but not running and also found that it is leaking from there as well into drip pan. Customer approved estimate. Ordering part and rescheduling.; ordrng 1 12009748 (Drying fan motor)

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING FROM THE BOTTOM. Customer said its a slow leak. Inspected and tested. I filled washer and let it agitate for a while and then drained it and didnt see any water leaking. I tipped washer up and inspected underneath and didnt see anything wet. I removed the back and filled washer again and dont see anything leaking. I cant get washer to leak while testing."

Customer complaint was unit turns on and then shuts off. Cycled and tested found the pump was not functioning. Removed filter and found water. Vacuumed out the water removed the pump found glass in the pump impeller. Removed glass. Cycled and tested unit functioning correctly at this time. Ran diagnostics mode to reset unit

Still giving 4C error on regular wash. Ended up finding that the hot water valve is also bad. The water pressure coming to the washer is horrible. Called owner and told him the pressure needs to be adjusted coming up to the washer.

"Running super loud. I found a great deal of lint built up in the blower wheel. Cleaned out dryer, and bulkhead. Also found the lint screen has a lot of dryer sheet oil on it and it blocks the dryer from venting. Customer will scrub that clean. Runs much quieter now."

"Customer complaint is, FAILURE TO DRAIN ERROR. DRAIN PUMP WAS JUST REPLACED AND IT IS STILL AN ISSUE. Customer said hes also gotten a H20 error once. I removed the pressure sensor and theres some gunk in it. Cleaned it out and reassembled. I started a normal wash cycle and it gives a H20 error before it even finishes filling. I tried this 4 times and its doing the same thing. I put dishwasher into fault mode and theres no errors that come up. I ran dishwasher through service mode and everything worked perfectly. I hooked up SmartHQ and it says model is incompatible. I tried starting a normal cycle again and it gave the H20 error. I had customer power cycle it at the breaker and tried again. Still giving the H20 error. I replaced the pressure sensor and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and its working perfectly for over 40 minutes and its filled, washed and drained 4 times. Dishwasher is now fixed."

After water is dispensed from the door and the left door is then opened water drips from the dispenser. After taking it all apart and checking everything we found a small crack in the dispenser water fill tube. We repaired the tube. No parts needed. Now it does not leak. Everything is working good now.

we checked voltage for the ignitor we didnt get reading cero amps. After replaced new ignitor unit it works find no more issues.

One of the burners will not have evenly flames due to grease contamination . To resolved issues we clean all burners and make sure the flames come on evenly after clean up they all working nice.

Customers getting error code again. Spoke with asko Techline. Found a bunch of food built up in the sump. We cleaned the best I could. Tech line said nothing we can do besides complete disassembly of unit. Because of how the pump heater and sump are combined.

"Found that the washer is not drianing and getting a drain error. Found that the drain trap was full of pet hair and preventing draining. Cleaned OWI rust drain trap, tested and washer now drains and is working good.

Found that the dryer sound was from the vent being split and air escaping making whistling sound. Also the outside vent flap plastic was broken and open. Customer approved estimate to replace some sections of vent and the outside flap. Tested and dryer now vents outside and no whistling sound. Dryer is running and cycling heat normally.

Unit giving F9 code. Checked SmartHQ. Cant hook up but looked up tech sheet found its for the cooling fan or thermostats. Pulled unit out. Tested the high limit cut out. That was good. Next checked the sail switch. Found the switch is good. But it was a little sticky. Tested unit found the sail switch isnt working. Cleaned the switch off. Has dust built up. Tested oven multiple times switch engages every time.

Unit leaking water on second load. I found where one of the clips on the hose for the recirculation pump was loose and leaking. Its a pinch style. Replace hose clamp and checked the others. Now unit is working properly without leaks

Found that the dishwasher latch was tripped without door being shut so the dishwasher thought the door was shut and the touch pad is unresponsive. I showed customer how to reset it.

Found that the freezer evaporator drain was clogged and froze the line so it woulf then defrost onto bottom of freezer and then eventually leak onto floor. I defrosted drain line and cleaned ice build up. Now drains correctly and no longer leaks. Refrigerator is working good.
