"Unit not making ice. Put unit in test mode and cycled the ice maker. The ice maker cycled completely. Next tried to fill the ice maker I could hear the valve but no water. Pulled fridge out on protective mat. Then removed access cover to the ice maker fill tube and 2 to 1 water line connection. Everything is good and not frozen. Unplugged water line and test water valve no water coming out. Getting correct voltage to the valve. Unit needs a new water valve. Customer says unit is under warranty. Not sure if we can set it up for a warranty and refund the trip or if they need to call in. Let customer know the office will follow up with them to explain the next steps. Valve 4346600900. I cleaned up all the ice and then ran the firmware update.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I verified the dryer does not heat. I checked the duct fuse and I found its bad. The duct that connects to the duct housing came apart. I hooked the duct back up and then put foil tape around the joint. I replaced the fuse and vacuumed up all the lint inside the dryer. The heats good. I went outside and tested the air flow and its ok but not great. The customer said its been a while since the duct had been cleaned so I cleaned the dryer duct.

"The customer said the upper oven does not heat up correctly and sometimes when they have the lower oven on the circuit breaker will trip. It for sure will happen when the upper oven is on it sometimes on the lower is on. Today it did trip for me once when I turn the lower oven on and the upper oven. I removed the upper oven liner and ran the oven and noticed that the bake igniter is weak and takes a very very long time for it to light. I removed the lower oven bottom pan and noticed the bottom pan was bent down so it could have been touching the bottom oven bake igniter, and they can also cause the breaker trip. The customer fix the bottom pan for me so it does not rub against the igniter. I replaced the upper oven bake igniter. I started both ovens and let them both preheat to 350 and it did not tripped a breaker.

I pulled the dryer out and I found a screw that was removed from the rear bulk head laying on the ground. I put the screw back in. I took the dryer apart and checked the rollers. The right rear roller felt rough. I replaced just the right rear roller. I put it back together and ran it. The dryer sounds normal and does not make the knocking sound.

No issue with the lower drawer that is working good. The customer complaint is when he powers in the upper dishwasher and then shuts the door and presses start a couple seconds later the display will flash and that indicates the door is not fully closed. If I closed the door tight and lifted up on the door and held it tight the dishwasher will start running like it should. I tried this a few times and its working great. I raised the front legs about 1/2 inch until it was more level. Now the bottom drawer does not drag on the ground and the upper dishwasher drawer is working every time. I had the customer fill it with dishes and its still working good for us.
