Found rear tub bearings to be completely worn to the point the inner tub has fallen. Looked up parts but both inner and outer tubs are NLA.

Uninstalled all the icemaker reinstalled new verified. It rotated without clicking unit is in the home position I put ice plus on to get it rotating and make a ice efficiently

Customer complaint was whoosh sound every so often when in convection roast. Tested all bake, broil, convection bake and roast and I didnt hear the noise. Tested igniters and those are both within range . Intermittent issue apparent

Icemaker stopped making ice after a power outage. Found a dead icemaker. Went to Dey and picked up a new one, installed and cycled it and it filled with water. Works great now.

Customer stated front left burner all yellow and oven doesnt stay lit. Found front left dual burner orifices reversed. Corrected inner and outer orifices as per install sheet. Range top working properly again. Found oven thermocouple not sensing main burner flame due to it not set properly in front of burner. Corrected position of thermocouple and verified proper oven operations. Oven and range working properly again.

Customer complained of ice maker not making ice. Found ice maker not getting any water due to ice maker fill tube being blocked. Cleared blockage verified unit is operating properly.

Leaking water from the top found that one of the water lines was cracked I was able to remove the bad and replace with new good hose.

Customer cant get the display to power up. customer has done repair to the unit himself. The door and hinges were replaced do to someone falling on it. Now wont power on. Tested multiple things and finally found the door latch isnt reading there is a magnetic door switch and its bad.

Replaced bad main pcb and sensor. Ran it on a speed wash and now it goes perfectly all the way through the cycle.
