Customer stated refrigerator stopped cooling. Found compressor running but inefficient. Replaced compressor and filter drier. Pressure tested, evacuated and charged system with new R134a refrigerant. Started unit and verified compressor pumping properly again. Informed customer to wait 1 day to load with produce and wait up to 3 days for proper ice production again. Refrigerator back in good order.

Unit had a frozen drain tube ! use steamer and fishing technique to clear obstruction added metal tape to tray underneath the evaporator and metal tape to evaporator cover to help keep the water and defrost in the pan itself ran another cup of water through verified. It wasnt leaking and draining to the pan unit is done working great

Slow drain - check drain filter and cleaned out debris underneath drain filter ran five fills and flushes and drains and unit is draining quickly and no water is standing green line. Clear all functions test good

Returned to install evap fan motor and blade . Blade had tiny crack in it . Installed and unit is operating with no noise .

The plastic windings cover from the compressor had fallen off and was vibrating on the refrigerator body. I secured the cover and entered the compressor into high speed to verify its nice and quiet when running. I adjusted the legs down to the floor so that the appliance doesnt wobble when opening and closing doors.The refrigerator is producing nice cold air and each compartment is at set temperatures.

User interface will not power on and is not responsive. Replaced panel user interface, tested and washer now powers on and all buttons are responsive. Ran quick wash cycle and all functions are working well.Returning core and other parts.

Customer stated she wants torn washer door boot replaced. Took washer apart and replaced torn door boot. Reassembled unit and ran a rinse and spin to verify door boot no longer leaks. Washer in good order.
