Unit is getting stuck on heating instead of cooling. Through test mode found that the gas valve switches back and forth fine. Has to be sensor or the board. Installed both parts. Went through test mode and working properly.

Replaced the cover and the center ff fan. Old cover was moldy, giving off smell. Both fans running great now."

I ran the dryer on time dry high heat. With the dryer hooked the high temp only got to 158 degrees. I disconnected the duct and now the high temp was 180. I hooked the dryer duct back up and let it cycle a few more times. The low temp would get down to 137 before it cycled back on. The high temp with the duct hooked up is about 179. I went outside and checked the airflow. The airflow is less than 4 mph. I put my brush in the duct and I was pulling out insulation and star. I think theres a nest in it. I advised the customer to call a duct cleaning company.

"Washer wasnt draining and gave an SC error. Filter was cleaned out, which was full of hair and other small debris. Now it washes and drains great. I ran it on a rinse and spin cycle and it went all the way through no problems."

"Upon further diagnosis found that the bake element is open and bad. Replaced bake element, preheated to 400 degrees is cycling heat normally. Oven is working good.

Today I replaced the sump assembly. I made sure everything was put back in correctly and ran the dishwasher on a diagnostic cycle.

Not draining well. Took off drain line and it had a bunch of sludge that looked like dip n dots plugging up the drain line where it connects to the plumbing. Cleaned all the sludge out with my wet vac and tools. Working great.

"Customer states the refrigerator was was not cooling the freezer was working fine. Plugged in the newfi tool and checked the fans the fresh food fan was not turn the correct speed on high, there were codes for the fan as well. Ran cooling test and found the cooling was working. Customer approved the fan replaced cycled and tested the new fan is operating as it should.

Installed parts from last diagnosis once installed tested pancake on right away alarm off button. Keep work now they want to everythings working the way it should icemaker went through test mode just fine also.

They said it stops and sometimes finishes but wont start. They have to reset the power. They think the code was 65. The 65 code is for the drive board and if that fails it will lock out the washer until power is reset. I called and gave the quote. Im ordering the drive control board. Customer says when set for 39 degrees (lowest setting) on both sides customer says it stays at 49 degrees and doesnt seem to get colder than that. Dual evaporator and I can hear it clicking back and fourth to send coolant to left and right side. I can see frost pattern on left side but when on right side there is only small frost pattern maybe %20.Appears to be a sealed system leak and cant keep it cold enough.Do we do sealed systems repair on Danby wine firdges? Found the left rear roller has slid back on the bushing causing the drum to ride to far forward and rubbing on the seal cutting it. Dryer needs a new front seal and roller kit. The burning smell is just the motor running hot but is normal operation and is faint as im here testing.I explained that using more items is better to balance out the washer tub to avoid unbalance loads. "Oven got extremely hot and burned parchment paper. Theyve gotten an error a couple times but not sure what error it was. I pulled out oven and took ohm reading on sensor. Ohmed at 1.105 k ohms, which is 75 degrees which is the temp inside. I then reinstalled oven and ran it on a 350 bake, and it preheated and averaged 350.

Installed parts. Once installed tested and didnt trip breaker through agitation or spin. Unit working properly

"The complaint is most of the times when they open the doors the lights are not working inside. One time the door alarm was beeping but that happened once. Today it was working fine but I noticed the fresh food lights were dim and the freezer light was out. I replaced the freezer light module and now all the lights are working and are bright. The right door gasket is ripped . I replaced the gasket. The customer showed me that 2 freezer bins and the crisper shelf support is cracked. Customers complaint is getting warmer temps. On arrival freezer was about 40 to 30?. I noticed the side in front of the cavity of the unit was hot to the touch pulled unit out on protective floor mat removed back cover and found that its extremely hot back there. Found that the condenser fans not running and pushing off a lot of heat from the compressor. Customer doesnt have any really fans that we could put back there for the time being so we unplugged the unit and we will come back on Friday to install new fan.; ordrd 1 WR60X10358 (Condenser fan)

"Customer states its not cooling in the fridge section and has spoiled some of their food. On arrival measured temp side was about 55 to 60?. Opened up the machine and took off the evaporator cover in the Freshwood section. Discovered no frost on the evaporator not even a little bit at this time.saw some rust on the right side tubing. Checked the thermostat on the machine to make sure that they were reading and range and they checked out good. After while was able to get the compressor to kick on and start running but only had one loop of cooling on the evaporator. Told customer that they would need advanced diagnostics and that it would be an additional $300 for diagnostic. Quote them between 1200 and $1500 for total cost to repair at this time. they said they would like to proceed with the advanced diagnostics. "Returned to check on the ice maker. Was informed by the customer that unit made a full hopper of ice over the weekend, the unit stopped making ice and then the customer cleaned the unit. After that the unit stopped dropping ice again. When I arrived the unit was off, turned the unit on and the customer showed me the water coming down on the right hand side of the unit. The jets were not on, when the compressor started the jets came on and the water stopped leaking on the right hand side. Waited 40 minutes for the ice to dropping nothing happened. Called the tech support, spoke with Lester, he had me check all the wiring on the timer and the wiring was tight, next checked the cube size control changed around 2 wires that maybe the issue. Lester thinks the Bin level control is not working connected and water valve maybe leaking since water is flowing down the right side when the jets are not on 11-0616-21 bin control.Will wait to see unit now produces ice. It did not produce ice, called back Lester was unavailable, talked with someone else, now I was told to replace the ice cube size control, I asked if it could be the bin control and was informed if it was the bin control the unit would not get cold. ; states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, BACK FELT PIECE IS COMING OFF AND MAKING A GRINDING NOISE. Inspected and tested. Found the rear drum seal is ripped and falling off. Customer states it stopped cooling suddenly and the the ice in the ice bin started melting. Opened machine up and pulled off evaporator cover in freezer and it was not frosted at all and dripping water. Appears to be a failed compressor. Will need another SS tech to replace compressor. Told customer that it would be $600-$800 if the compressor is under warranty. Manual from lg says 10 year warranty. Customer approved of price. ; saved tckt

"Customer states that its continuously warm in the fridge. Checked the in the freezer and had nice frost. Temperatures in the fridge were about 60? though. Check to make sure EAP drain trough was lined up and it appeared to be. Check against new drain trough, and it was a different part that would not fit. Replaced sensor. Control in the fridge was behaving kind of weird but I unplugged the machine and re-plugged it in and it seemed to be working at this time. "Giving Express 60 error which is a water pressure/circulation error. Ran through full test mode and possibly got a heavy and express 60 error, which is a heating error. Normally though it runs for 5 or 10 minutes and then stops with error. Tech sheet says to replace sensor and if that doesnt fix it to replace main pcb. Quoted for both. Customer states there is a fan that is very loud in the refrigerator. Plugged in wireless module. Cycled and tested each fan. Customer says its the deli pan fan. Was able to let unit run on its own and could open the door and the noise stopped. Need part # WR17X36487 as the fan is not sold without the cover. ; saved tckt

The front right burner will spark but not light. The flames on the front left burner are still high and the flames for the back right burner we are also high and uneven. The caps and bent and dont sit flush. Three of the burners need new caps and the back right burner and front left burner need new burner bases. These are parts the customer removes for cleaning so they are all easy to replace. Found that the start button plastic tab that hits the user interface start button broke off and doesnt actually hit the start button (see picture) only way to guarantee is to replace whole panel which shows not in stock.I informed customer that I could remove the start button and then would just have to push the physical board to start washer until we can get a quote and part ETA. "Customer states the unit is not making ice, the unit has never made ice. Started the unit and ran it, found the drain line under the sink kinked, twisted the line to get the kink out. 10 min after starting the unit goes into Time to clean mode. The unit had been cleaned, I ran a cleaning cycle, the cycle causes water to leak out the door and all over the floor. Tried making ice again and the unit did the same thing, called tech support 12326967 Tony. Was advised the customer needs to update the software on the customers WiFi first 1 800 220 6899 is the number the customer needs to call. If that dont fix the issue the unit will need a new board is what tech support said. Found out the clean and making ice light is a code for a pump. Some of the lettuce is frozen as im here. The UI controls were wonky and didnt respond and I unplugged and plugged back in fridge and all functions are working. When in diagnostics fresh food shows correct temperature of below freezing. Damper and fan works. Issue is that the ice maker is not filling and there is a service bulletin to replace the ice fill tube with new modified one.As far as freezing food the fridge since the ice maker is not making ice the ice box is running a lot more then it should trying to meet temperatures and cold air is bleeding out of ice chute causing food to freeze. Replacing ice line should take care of that issue as well. In meanwhile i turned off ice maker until I can come back with part.I tried calling owner and no response. Customer states its never draining during the cycle and theres water in there and sometimes has a drain error. opened up machine and discovered the impeller had broken into pieces inside the drain pump and the pump will need to be replaced. Had an lg generic pump in stock. Replace the pump and tested. Everything looks good now.

Customer states not spinning. Opened up the machine and found a broken belt. used a part from truckstop to replace the belt. Its working perfectly now.

The dryer does not heat. I found the hi limit thermostat was bad. Replaced. The dryer is now heating and the air flow is great.

Icemaker broken. Replaced icemaker. Working great.

"Customer complaint is, DOESN'T START THE CYCLE RIGHT AFTER THE DOOR IS CLOSED. HAS TO HOLD THE DOOR IN TIGHT. Customer had the mounting screws out when I got here. Inspected and tested. I started dishwasher and it started right away and started washing. I canceled and drained and did this 3 times and it worked perfectly. I remounted dishwasher and started it again and its working perfectly. This is a new dishwasher to the customer and I think it might just be a matter of learning how it operates. I showed customer the steps to start a cycle and how to reset it if they need to."

Install new evaporator fan from last diagnosis now fan is kicking on properly.

"Replaced bottom spray arm, tested and is spinning and working good."

Unit was in the garage but he had a heater going. Took pressures was at 42 psi plugged unit iron never moved. We got a defective compressor. installed new compressor and filter dryer pressurized to 150 psi. Let it stand for 15 minutes never dropped vacuumed under 300 ?m filled with the correct amount of 134 and now unit is cooling properly.

"Replaced evaporator cover assembly. Tested and fan is running and pushing cold air into refrigerator, no more errors. Refrigerator is cooling and working good."

"Customer complaint was getting a burning smell, so they stopped using dishwasher. Remove the door panel and found that the door latch connection was burning up, which was kind of common on these units. Quoted for a new latch kit. Customer approved and installed parts cause we carry this one on our trucks. Once installed tested multiple times and now it working properly.

Customer states its leaking out of the front door whenever they run the machine. Open up the door and saw it pretty obvious with the door boot. Theres a little tear at the bottom. Went to dey appliances to pick up the part and returned and installed the new door booth tested and it looks great now.

Customer states it clicks a bunch of times and then cancels out part of the way through the cycle. On arrival discovered that there is an issue with the lid lock. Open it up and found the lid lock was really sticky and conked up inside. Replaced lid lock with a part I had on my van tested and it seems to be working a lot better now.

"Detergent dispenser doesnt always open, and dishwasher is leaning forward. Adjusted the dishwasher and reinstalled it, and cleaned up dispenser so that it opens great now. Recommended finish to get rid of all the mineral build up on the dispenser."

Installed new oven control board and tested. Oven is working great. Oven is now fixed."

"Returned, checked the venting was informed the customer cleaned the venting with a shop vac. Removed the vent on the outside of the house and cleaned the venting, made sure to run the brush all the way to the dryer. Found the customer had the incorrect venting in the ceiling. Had to take part of the ceiling down to put the outside part back on. Hooked the dryer back up and ran. Put a temp gauge in the drum the temps ranged from 150 to 220. The unit is working correctly.

"Customer complaint is, LEFT FRONT BURNER STAYS ON. Inspected and tested. The front left burner is sticking on. The relay board has failed again. There is a service bulletin for this issue. Installed new relay board and tested. Burners are working great. Range is now fixed."

The middle spray was broken and hanging down. I verified what was broken. I replaced both parts. Its working good now.

"Not draining. Found a cabinet door sound pad stuck in air gap. Cleaned that out, and now it drains great. Showed customer how to clean it.

The oven would not bake. I found the bake ignitor is bad. I quoted for the repair then replaced the bake ignitor. The oven is now heating up good on bake.

Dishwasher is leaking from diverter. Installed new diverter seal. Old one was broken down. Now it runs great with no leaks.

When you press start the motor would just buzz. I held the door switch with my knee then pressed the start button and at the same time I turned the drum. I heard a loud pop then it started. I took the front off and the only thing I found was a quarter sitting inside the blower housing. Maybe the quarter was stuck in the front bearing and that was keeping the drum from spinning. I tried it 10 more times and dryer started every time and is working great. The door latch was broken so I replaced the latch.

The broil halogen bulb clip came loose and hanging down. I was able to bend the clip and get it back up. There was some build up and grease around the cover. Advise the customer to keep it on until it burns off.

Installed parts from last diagnosis once parts were installed put unit to test mode. Unit is working properly. No errors- explained to customer can take up to 48 hours to start producing ice.

Ended up finding a broken door latch. Replaced the door latch assembly. Runs great now.

"Ran test of ice maker and it did cycle but making loud clicking noise also when it did cycle I can hear the water valve activate but no water comes. Needs new water valve and ice maker. Bosch notes also say there is a ice maker tool to order. Get autho, order parts and reschedule.Schedule 2 hours for repair. New Bosch model and never seen this ice maker before looks like i have to take out the freezer shelf and not sure where that tool goes. "Customer complaint is, COOKTOP IS OK, C-A2 CODE. Customer said last time they used it, it wouldnt get above 170F. Inspected and tested. The C-A2 error is stored 4 different times. Temperature sensors both ohmed out good. Both ovens started heating and got above 170F when I tested it. I started a self clean because thats what the tech sheet says to do with this error and both fans are running and not giving the error. I can get the error to come up by holding the upper cooling fan blade and the lower air intake fan blade. Its got to be one of these fans failing, but Im not entirely sure which one. The lower one runs more and comes up in diagnostics in my parts help more often for this error. Quoted customer $530. to install new lower air intake fan. Customer approved repairs. "Customer complaint is, DW NOT COMPLETING CYCLE; ERROR H2O; BOOST WATER TEMP LIGHT IS BLINKING. RESET BREAKER DID NOT HELP. Customer is regularly using the 1 hour wash. Inspected and tested. Found the pressure sensor is plugged up with scum. This can happen when using the 1 hour wash, because it doesnt get hot enough to wash all the scum out. I cleaned it out and am still getting the error. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres no software update available. Dishwasher needs a new pressure sensor part number WD21X25468. Needs new connector (see photo) cant find part number. Ohmed out windings again on motor. All ohm at 6 ohms which is correct. Tech sheet says to replace MCU and motor as two fixes for this, but in test mode it wont let me do anything. It goes into test mode but wont fill with water, etc. Reached out to RJ and FW. Need further tech support. Whether we should come back with another MCU, or main PCB, or both. Also would want to come back with new connector/plug for motor. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)"

"Has a blown thermostat. Vent going outside is good. 23 mph. Part is D510701. Not sure though if Speed Queen would want an entire heater assembly ordered? Tried calling them but it is after hours. Can someone call them tomorrow morning to see if they want us to replace the thermostat, or the whole heater assembly? ; O-emld tckt"

Customer stated the code 65 was intermittent. Checked code and ordered board ; ordrd 1 204659P (Drive control assembly)

"Icemaker stopped making ice. I found a bad icemaker and water filter assembly. Replaced them, cycled icemaker and it filled with water and cycled great. Also thoroughly cleaned out freezer.

Customer states its making a rattle noise. Opened it up and discovered that the blower wheel was stripped and rolling around on the shaft. Also recommended that the customer replace the glides at this time. Picked up a blower and glides from Dey. Installed new parts and tested. Sounds good now.

As i got here it appears that there was ice that was dumped maybe 20 cubes. I ran test and ice maker cycled and dumped 8 cubes. I showed customer and he said it hadnt been making ice for 3-4 days. He did say the ice maker arm was hard to push down just before he called us but it flips up and down smoothly as im here. All is working great now.

Replaced compressor inverter board. Tested and compressor powers on and is running and refrigerator is cooling.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I stated the dryer on a time dry and it started to heat. I watched the dryer cycle on and off about 20 times. The cone of the flame looks good. The dryer vents out about 5 feet. The air flow outside is good. I tried it on a normal cycle and it still heats good. The most recent fault code was for poor air flow. The customer said he removed a screen from the vent cover when it stopped working. The clothes that were in the dryer sat in the washer for a few days before they threw them in the dryer. They ran a heavy cycle over and over. I advised that if the clothes are basically dry then use a time dry cycle instead of a sense cycle.

"The dryer starts but does not tumble. I found the belt is broken, the front glides are worn down and the lint screen filter is ripped. I went to Dey and got parts. I replaced all 3 parts and vacuumed out the dryer duct housing. The dryer works good now.
