WE ARE SECOND COMPANY OUT FOR UNIT. Customer service complaint is not cooling another service company source that it was a bad compressor. On arrival looks like they replace the start relay but didnt work ohms out the compressor found that the compressor is bad. Still hooked up a jumper on it to see if the compressor will fire up. No it does not. Its locked up. You could hear try to work would hum and then made a bang. Customer had dishwasher pulled out when I got here. They still havent put new floor down. I turned water on and it started leaking from the supply line at the valve. The fitting is loose. Removed unit on protective mat. Disassembled the one side so I can watch for a leak right away when I started it found that the case break was loose and was leaking from that. Tighten that up. Let it run and couldnt find any other leaks. Also tightened up the sump assembly cause its no one for these to get a little bit loose leak from there water valve look good motor. Update: I swapped the spark module wires, for the left and right front burners, and now the left burner continually sparks. So it looks like a bad spark module for the front right burner. "REFRIGERATOR IS MAKING A NOISE. Refrigerator sounds normal when I got here. FF temperature is 35F and freezer is 0F. Customer had a video and the noise is coming from behind the refrigerator. Evaporator fan sounds good and theres no ice buildup around the fan. I pulled out refrigerator and inspected condenser fan and it looks good. I started reassembling and found the noise is coming from vibration from the compressor causing the back panel to vibrate and be loud. I added foam strips to the back cover to make sure its tight and it sounds great.

"Customer smelled gas at end of cycle. Found lint blockage inside burner tube from gas valves, causing gas backup. Cleaned that out. Did a dryer cleaning. Used blue liquid to double check for any gas leaks. No gas leaks. Found a belt that was close to totally breaking. Replaced belt. Oiled rollers. Runs great now.

"Customer states that the door is very difficult to open and close, and it does not slide correctly. Opened it up and discovered that the rails were not sliding hardly at all, and were really loud and squeaky when you tried to open and close the door. Looked up cost of replacement for customer and they declined parts. Went ahead and took the rails off and cleaned them and lubricated them. It seems to be working much better now. I think the customer will still get plenty of usage out of the rails before they need to be eventually replaced. Right now. Customer is satisfied and machine is working properly."

"Checked ice bucket and it is full of ice but i did find that there was a chunk of ice cubes that were freezer burned together that was causing ice to not dispense. I emptied ice bucket and ran test of ice maker and it did cycle and dump ice and filled, new ice did dispense into cup.I called and informed customer that if ice is not used often it can have freezer burn and clump together and not dispense. Informed customer that takes up to 24 hours for new ice to be made. Ice maker is working good."

Found that the tub hose to drain pump is collapsing in on itself. Seems like it is draining too fast and sucks the hose shut (see picture) i checked tub with hose off and ran it and there is no debris or clothing stuck inside tub. As washer reaches lower water then the hose no longer sucks itself shut will finish and spin out. I Changed the drain pump to see if that was issue and still happening.I called tech support and they said there is no way there is not a sock stuck in tub and I tried to explain and guy refuse to take that answer. It looks like there is a siphon break kit as well as I want to order new hose. Parts show not in stock.
