Washer getting OE error after washing rug and not draining. Took out drain trap and was clogged with rug debris. I showed customer how to check in future. Tested and washer drains and is working good.No extra charge.

Installed parts and also found drain pump print was bad been leaking a wile. Issue fixed ; used 1 WPW10348269 (DRAIN PUMP) from stock

Complaint was unit still filling with water on its own and not draining We thought the valve we installed was the issue Again it was actually the RO system under the sink Disconnected RO drain and dishwasher issue stopped. They have to get culligan out to reroute the drain. I temporarily rerouted it so they can use dishwasher. ; O-emld tckt

When the washer is fully loaded its sassing down so much the pulley runs against the bottom. To me the frame looked ok. Im ordering the shocks but I will inspect again before I replace parts. The customer said that if the ice maker is on and they dispenser ice from the dispenser that eventually ice in the bucket will clump together and freeze and then water will drip from the dispenser flap. I found that most of the time when the flap should open all the way its only opening partially the whole way. Im ordering the flap and dispenser motor. The bake ignitor was bad. I replaced bake ignitor and screws. Let the oven preheat to 350. ; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

"I replaced the defrost thermostat, fan cover and fan blade. The evaporator fan is working. I had to defrost inside the fresh food section."

"Customer complaint is, DOOR JUST FALLS DOWN. Found one of the door spring bushings is broken. Needs two new bushings. Installed new bushings and tested. Door does not fall open anymore, but now I can see why it broke. The dishwasher leg and side rail are bent, like it got dropped when it was being installed. Its working for now, but I think this is going to continue to be a issue in the future. Customer was fine with using it like it was, but if it continues to be a issue, the dishwasher is going to need to be replaced."

"Customer complaint is, upper oven not reaching temp. Inspected and tested oven. Oven turned on, preheated and was cycling about 10 degrees on the hot side, but otherwise its working great. I recalibrated the oven down 10 degrees and tested. Oven is now cycling great. Oven is operating normal for me."

"Ran through test mode. Ran the entire way through, even with heater on running at 7 amps. Checked wire connections in junction box, and under dishwasher. No loose connections. Have power cord accessible from dishwasher. Customer will use extension cord and try running the dishwasher with it on other outlets. To see if its a breaker issue."

Complaint was unit leaking in freezer. Cleaned junk out of drain. Steamed drain as well.

"Customer complaint is, LOUD NOISE- THINKS ITS FAN- NOW IT STOPPED AND NO NOISE AT ALL. Found the FF evaporator fan is a ball of ice and the temperature is only 47 degrees in the FF compartment. This is the Samsung refrigerator with the known evaporator issue. This is not covered by homesmart. Angie please submit for replacement helper."

"The dishwasher did not wash, soap was in the dispenser and water in the bottom. I had her cancel a cycle and the unit did not drain. She had a dispoasl put in a month but said its not that, I would double check the disposal. This has the newer motor that we stoc- WPW10510667 (by FW)"

The grey water from the dishwasher is backing up into the sink. Looked at the sink set up on Streem and this has to be a plugged drain on the kitchne sink. Please call into AHS and have this billed out. Labor is $100 for us. (by FW)

The dryer is noisy. It seems like it make a quick noise with each revolution of the drum. Maybe there is azipper stuck in felt or something. I have no idea what it is. (by FW)

Customer is not sure on error code but says it is a drain error code. They get the code once a week or so. I am guessing the filter needs to be cleaned. (by FW)
