Standard LG compressor sealed system defect - .80 low amp draw with compressor running - needs sealed system repair - ; saved tckt

Complaint is SPRAY ARM ABOVE CUTLERY IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. There is no spray arm above the cutlery drawer. They tossed the broken spray arm it looks like all they need is the spray arm. Customer would like us to order the part and come back to install it. Please verify part price and quote customer with price and eta; saved tckt

"Wont drain. Customer said something was continuously running, so they turned the breaker off. Found the drain pump has failed. Also the original high loop hose that connects to the drain pump and then onto the side of the dishwasher is missing. Quoted customer $395. to install new drain pump and hose. "Customer states the fridge was leaking all over the floor. Checked and found the floor damaged in the front of the unit and the back. Found the drain in the freezer clogged up. Steamed out the floor and removed the ice. Cleaned out the drain hose. Looked like there was more issues with water in the back of the machine than the front. Asked the customer and they had turned the water off suspecting the water was coming from the back. Turned on and waited, water started dripping out of the valve. "The upper oven is not heating and gives f9, lower oven heats good. I tested and the upper thermostat is bad and the cooling fan is weak. Needs thermostat and fan. I was unable to find the fan in stock. Please research. 5901W1E002G upper cooling fan EBG51439303 thermostat ; saved tckt"

"Compressor hums and clicks but doesnt run. Has a bad compressor. Hooked up a hard start to it directly but still just hums and gets hot but doesnt run. Customer will probably replace, but said we can call with quote for compressor replacement. ; saved tckt"

"Installed the door, customer is missing the decal. After installing and removing the protective tape found the door was the wrong color. The refrigerator is almost plain chrome stainless and the new door is a darker stainless, customer is also missing the LG logo decal. ; O-emld tckt"

"Cooling issues. Took temps when I got here. 1 degree in fz and 40.8 in ff but thats with two bags of ice in ff. Took off fz evap panel, and its frosted perfectly, but when I took off ff section evaporation panel, it has a big ice ball. .48 amp draw on compressor. Sealed system issue. "I removed the defective filter housing and water inlet valve. I installed the new OEM parts and cleaned up ice build up in the fresh foods cabinet. I explained some of the subtleties of the refrigerator to the customer for future reference. Once water supply was restored to the house and the refrigerator, I checked my installation for proper function and to find any potential leaks. Water returned to the refrigerator and my parts are water tight and functioning properly. Customer had me roll the refrigerator back into the cabinet area. Ice maker is on and will be producing once the temperature if close enough."

"Customer stated that machine always has water left at the end of cycles and has started giving a drain error. Took off drain line and tested flow, discovered that there was a little clog right at the end of the drain line. Cleaned it up and now the machine is working properly and draining quickly."

"Rust falling on tub ring from underside of cover. Uninstalled cover and sanded, cleaned and sprayed white rustoleum paint on underside of cover. Customer will give it 24-48 hours to really set. Cleaned up tub ring. See attached photos. Customer supplied sand paper and towels and drip cloth.

I replaced the main board. All tested good today.

"The dryer is venting good and has good airflow out the back. I tested the airflow and its poor. The dryer failed the heat test. I advised the customer to call someone to get on the roof and clean the dryer duct."

Installed parts from last diagnosis also cleaned up the coils. Tested everything working properly

"WALKING-WHEN SPINNING, IT'S MOVING. Found the shipping bolts are still in. Removed bolts and tested. Washer is working great."

WATER THEN IT STOPS. The motor is just humming. I disassembled sump and spun the impeller. Reassembled and tested. Now its working. I filled and let it wash and drain 4 different times and its working perfectly.

Call Smurf complaint was making louder than normal noises and then not draining and spinning now. Put unit in a spin cycle. Unit starts spending right away but drain pump sound a little funny. removed drain holes and found a bunch of fuzz from either a pillow or blanket coming apart. See once I remove that unit was draining and wanted to spin right away everythings working good. I was getting some squeaky and humming noise thats all coming from the gear case itself. Nothing sounds pretty normal.

Water was leaking from the cold water line. The water hose was loose. I tightened the cold and hot and now it does not leak. I tested and ran the firmware update.

"I inspected the heater for proper tumbling and heating. Everything seems to be working really well. I think the machine could really benefit from a cabinet cleaning so Im gonna take the unit apart and clean out the inner cabinet. I disassembled the dryer to clean it out and inspect operating hardware for signs of wear or defect. The motor appears fine, drum wheels check out, the belt is good, idler pulley wheel is good, the machine inside cabinet was overdue for cleaning so I completed that, reassembled the dryer and turned the unit back on to make sure everything was still tip top."

I could not duplicate the smell. I pulled it out and inspected the back and found nothing wrong. Its all cooling good.

"Customer states that inner burner ring would never come on. Upon arrival I verified that the issue was the element itself and not like a switch or something. After verifying, I went ahead and replaced the element with the part provided. Everything appears to be working now with the new part. Works great and both elements come on."

LEFT FRONT SURFACE UNIT DOESN'T TURN ON. I removed burner and tested and its good. I made sure all the connectors were tight and reassembled. Tested and now its working. Looks like it was just a loose wire.

"Customer states that the HVAC company that they had out stated that the ducting did not appear to be connected in the dryer properly. Opened up the machine and removed the drum and inspected the ducting. It appeared to be fine. One elbow was a little loose but I secured it with a little bit more tape, and checked everything else. Cleaned out the filter housing. Everything in this machine looks perfect. Reassembled and tested. Machine is working great. Tenant stated that the machine has been working. Great since the ducting was cleaned originally."

"Customer states that the machine just clicks, and that the lid lock doesnt appear to be in place properly. Opened up machine and discovered that the lid lock bezel that holds the mechanism in place was broken. And to Sunberg and picked up a new part. Replaced with, new part and tested. Everything looks great right now.

Found air leak - resealed blower housing - called tech support verified airflow normal for this model - verify 19mph air flow on outside - tested functions - working great now.

Dishwasher was dead - reset unplugged unit and functionality returned - anchored dishwasher loose in cabinet

Removed debris from drain line and tested functions - all tests good -

Complaint is water dripping out of the front of the unit. Found there was a big sheet of ice in the freezer caused from defrost drain being clogged. steamed and cleaned out defrost drain removed all the ice once that was all removed. Unit is now working properly.

Compliant is its not cooling. I plugged the fridge in and turned it on. It started to cool and all tested good. I replaced the main board that was sent. I advised they let run for 24 hours.

"Washer has been giving an error. Staff not sure what error. I called SQ tech support and they said on this washer we cant pull error codes. Told staff next time theres an error, get a video and make note of what size load, how far into cycle, any other info. I noticed excess suds, instructed staff that they will want to have clients cut back on detergent. Most likely an over sudsing error.

KEEPS TRYING TO DRAIN AND I GET AN ERROR CODE 8 BLINKS FOLLOWED BY 4 BLINKS. Found water in the pan by the float switch. The supply elbow at the valve is cracked and leaking. Installed new elbow and tested. No more leaks. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Complaint is oven taking long time to preheat and not regulating temperature as well. Put thermometer inside connected to meter. Started both ovens they took about 25 minutes to preheat to 400 which is average. Let them run while doing other repairs. Everything tested good and kept temperatures of 400?.

Customer states that water leaks out of the front sometimes and there's a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Opened it up and discovered frozen up defrost drain. Pulled the machine out and took a look behind the back cover at the duck bill on the drain. It was very clogged and so I cleaned it and then pushed the machine back in place and defrosted the evaporator.the drain now functions properly and should prevent this issue again in the future

Complaint is came on mounted from cabinet. remounted it to cabinet now its working properly

"ROLLERS ARE NOT IN TACT. Found the bottom rack front rollers had all fallen off. There not broken. I reattached them and they all clipped back in tight.

Replaced broken user interface housing - tested all functions -

Customer states range takes a long time to ignite and does not maintain temperature. Opened it up and discovered a bad igniter. Replaced with part from truck stock and tested. Machine working properly now.

"The customer stated that she attempted to use her DW but couldnt start the wash cycle, none of the user interface buttons worked.Line voltage present where power chord connects to unit, I chased the lines back to the main power control board, couldnt find voltage there. Voltage enters the DW through the noise filler board, but power wasnt going to the main pcb. Replaced both boards and plugged in the unit, the user interface was making sounds that it shouldnt, so I replaced it along with the new door switch. The machine started running but the it sounded terrible and the wash motor was clicking, I found damage to the electrical windings on the supply harness.I called Square Trade, told them installed the parts they sent but I needed additional parts to complete the repair. AGM75469201 sump assemblyABT72989206 dishwasher drain pumpSquare Trade told me that the additional parts will be shipped to the customer, but they didnt have an ETA to share with me at the time. "Customer complaint is when theyre not using it. Unit will randomly blow. The fuse came out here last time April 4 replaced the fuse inspected everything worked for a while. Then one morning they woke up and it was blowing again. I tested all the door switches. "AGITATOR IS NOT MOVING WHILE CLOTHES ARE WASHING. This is a commercial washer. Found the drive hub is stripped because the gearcase shaft is corroded and starting to fall apart. I called and left a message with Alison, but never heard back. We can just replace the drive hub for $308. which isnt a permanent fix but would allow the customer to use it. Or its about $708. to replace the gearcase and drive hub. Because I didnt hear back, I just replaced the drive hub so customer could use it and they can decide what they want to do later. "Customer stated there was water in the drip pan, customer cleaned out the water now the unit will not run.Cycled and tested found the unit drains the wash pump is not running at all, can hear the motor buzzing just not turning. Checked and found F9E2F8E4 codes. One code for the drain pump and one for the overflowing. Pulled the unit out and found the drain pump was ok could see debris in the housing removed the wash pump and found the filter/ chopper full of debris not turning. Removed all the debris put all back together cycled and tested the pump is still just buzzing. Customer approved the repair ; ordrd 1 W11416363 (Pump and motor)"

"Customer states the unit stopped cooling again. Checked the board for any loose connections. The could hear the compressor trying to start, the amp draw was at almost 8 amps. Called tech support and got case number 12856148 Tony. Checked and found the condenser fan not running and no power going to the compressor. Unplugged and checked the compressor winding and nothing was opened or shorted to ground. Tony had me check making sure the until was not in demo mode. Checked and when the unit was plugged back in the fan came the condenser fan came back on. New gasket was too tight causing door to pop open - reseated inner door gasket and tested functions.

"MAKING A LONG BEEPING NOISE. Found a water alarm behind the washer. Theres no sign of water on the floor. I ran washer through a rinse and spin and theres no leaks. The valve at the wall has moisture on it and has been leaking, but doesnt appear to be leaking on the floor. I showed this to the customer and advised on having a plumber come replace the valve. Looks like the noise was just coming from the water alarm because the batteries were dying."

"Hall sensor checks bad, replaced with truck stock. Ran diagnostics, washer checks good and is now running properly.

I replaced the compressor and filter. The new compressor is working and its cooling down. Will take 6 or so hours to cool.

"Upon arrival, I opened up the machine and replaced the main wash pump. Reassembled the machine and tested it. Everything seems to be working great at this time. Reinstalled dishwasher. Complete."

SHUT THE DOOR MESSAGE. The interlock switch is flipped again. Customer approved repairs. Installed new interlock switches and tested. Microwave is working great. Microwave is now fixed.

"LEAKING UNDER THE UNIT. I ran washer through a rinse and spin and no leaks. I had customer put a load of towels in and started a heavy cycle and it filled, agitated and drained and never leaked. Washer is not leaking while testing. Customer is going to run it and keep a close eye on it."

I replaced the water valve. I ran it and no leaks. No issues found.

I replaced the craft ice maker. I ran a harvest and it cycled and filled. No other issues.

"RUBBING NOISE. Customer said the last couple loads it sounded good. Dryer sounds normal while testing. I disassembled dryer and inspected rollers, idler pulley and belt and everything looks great. I cant find anything wrong with this dryer."

ICE MAKER CRACKED - REPLACED DEFECTIVE ICE MAKER - TESTED FUNCTIONS .

"Watched washer for one hour on heavy agitate. Thoroughly inspected tub and ring and agitator, nothing sharp that would possibly tear clothes. Recommended not filling up tub all the way."

Customer states that machine will click and ever start properly. Covered a broken lid. Lock bezel that was not allowing it to latch properly. Replaced lid. Machine seems to be working correctly now.

Customer complaint unit not making craft ice and making a big ice mess. Found that the ice maker is stuck and wont operate properly and making it to over fill. Customer reached out to LG and LG sent them a brand new icemaker installed new icemaker tested everythings working properly.

"Gets stuck part way through icicle. Found a broken lid switch. Replaced bad lid switch and also noticed hinge wasnt connected. Used a couple screws to secure left lid hinge. Now it closes and latches well, and it spins and drains great.

"Replaced bad icemaker, valve, and bucket. Called Liebherr. Cycled icemaker, filled it with water. Everything works great now. No leaks."

"I removed the bulk head assembly, removed the defective drain pump and installed the new drain pump. I reassembled the bulkhead, reconnected all drain lines and reattached the bellows around the outside edge of the tub. I started the machine and checked for leaks or other issues, everything is in order and working correctly."

Cleaned door ring gasket - leaking has stopped. Working great now.

"Customer states machine would not run at all because no water was going into machine. At this time, I started the machine and it ran fine for me. I started it, let it drain, let if fill, and listened for the circulation. I repeated this 5 times to be sure there wasnt an intermittent issue with the valve or control. Machine is working perfectly at this time."

"Upon arrival, I went ahead and disassembled the machine which was already unstacked for me. Opened it up and discovered that the pressure tube that went up to the switch and sensor was damaged and had a teeny tiny hole in it. Cut out the damage section and put in a new section of tubing. Tested machine and it worked fine. machine appears to be working perfectly now."

"Units display was work but wouldnt start. Disassembled unit and found the belt was broken and the idler is getting stiff. Quoted for belt and idler. Customer approved installed parts. Tested and unit is now working properly.

"Ran washer through a full wash cycle with the front panel off and could not detect any water leaks at all during all cycles- fill, agitate, spin or drain. Washer looks clean on the inside of the cabinet with no indication of previous water stains on the bottom insulation pad beneath washer."

SQUEALING when it runs. Replaced a bad IDLER PULLY and vacuumed out dryer. Runs great now. Nice and quiet.

Installed parts from last diagnosi. once reassembled tested multiple times units working properly.

Replaced failed diverter assembly and reinstalled the sump. Ran it for about 15 minutes and didnt see any leaks anymore. Everything looks great at this time.

"I verified the left cable was broken, I replaced both cables from the kit. All tested good."

"Customer states there is a loud noise when the dryer is running.Disassembled and found the idler pulley is tight and has been locking up. Quoted the customer a kit and the customer approved, replaced the belt, idler pulley, and drum rollers. Vacuumed the unit out and cleaned the lint out of the lint trap assembly. Cycled and tested the unit is working as it should"

FREEZER NOT COLD. Freezer is 36F and FF is 40F. Compressor and fans are running. I removed the evaporator cover and theres no frost on evaporator. The sealed system has failed. Customer would like a quote on repairing. ; saved tckt

"OVEN DOES NOT HEAT(SMELLS OF GAS) AND LF DOES NOT IGNITE. BOTTOM DRAWER NEEDS A CLIP. Found the bake ignitor has failed, the drawer glides are broken and the front left burner electrode is cracked. The screws to remove the top are all brittle and crumbling when I try to remove them. In order to replace the burner head assembly, we need to remove the top, so all 4 burner heads part number 5303935025 would need to be replaced and all the screws part number 316069301 times 12. The burner head assemblies are NLA. Also it needs a new ignitor part number 5303935066 and the 4 glides that were sent to me. Please submit to AHS and see what they want to do. "The resident does not have water flow to the in door dispenser or the ice maker. There was a blockage of ice where the ice maker fill spout comes into the ice maker. Theres voltage to the solenoid inlet valve at the back of the refrigerator but theres zero water flow to the dispenser, same for ice maker when it calls for water. The solenoid valve needs to be replaced to restore the water functions on the refrigerator. The water filter is expired too, needs to be replaced. I reached out to the management company but did not hear back from them, need to call them to verify parts and labor estimates. "The lower foot of the built in, double wall oven does not have much spring at the top of its glide, the customer would like it up close like the top door (with a good amount of force). I tried to adjust the springs on either side with some success, but the door still didnt snap shut. The hinges are square to the door, the oven door frame is square, the springs that are inside the lower door hinge assemblies have worn out and would need to be replaced in order for the door to close like new. The customer would also like an estimate about installing an electric burner receptacle for their combo refrigerator, water faucet/sink and two burner unit. To unplug this machine , plumbing may need to be disconnected, the receptacle replacement isnt hard but accessing what we need to for safety measures and plumbing protection are what make it difficult. Please build estimates for both appliances and reach out to the customer for authorization.; saved tckt"
