The customer said they ran it at night and in the morning they noticed it had the AE code. They tried to power it off and clear it but it would not go away. I pressed power and it turned off. I pressed power again and it came back on but the AE was gone. I started a cycle and let run. I found not leaking. The door does not seal all the way so when it runs you can hear water splashing inside. The wash motor is also loud and squeals. I gave the customer a quote for the repair.

The customer said the dishwasher leaked and gave the f10 leak error. When I arrived the customer had it unplugged and water off. He plugged it back in and turned the water on. The drain pump ran and the f10 flashes. I removed the bottom cover and sucked the water out. I then was able to run the dishwasher. I let run for about 35 minutes or longer. I did a drain and fill 5 times. I was unable to recreate the issue. I advised the customer it could have had a drain issue and water was backing up inside.

"Customer complaint is, COMBINATION OVEN- OVEN IS OVERHEATING IN BAKE. Inspected and tested. Temperature sensor ohmed out good, bake element ohmed out good, broil element was open. I tried the broil element and it never got hot even though there was 240V. I started preheating oven and found the broil relay is stuck on all the time. This is going to need a new broil element and board. Customer approved repairs. Installed new broil element and oven relay board. Tested and oven is working great. Oven is now fixed.

"Fridge hasnt had great ice production customer noticed recently (10 days ago). increased volume of water flow from E3 (factory setting) to E6. Temps were zero and 39 in left fridge and 40 and 2 in the right. Showed customer how to change volume of water, in case she needs to change it in future. She mentioned it could use a coil cleaning underneath, so I got my vacuum and coil cleaner and cleaned that, with a wet paper towel on the floor too. She set the right fridge temps to zero and 37. Up until now its been producing 1/6 of a bin of ice every 2 days. Should be more volume of ice now. Every 6-7 hours it should harvest.

Found a tiny leak from the fill tube. Not enough to cause what they were saying opened the freezer and found some ice on the bottom. The maintenance man said unit was super unleveled and was leaning forward and door wasnt always sealing. Which can cause build up of frost they are going to unplug unit and let defrost over the weekend and then start it back up on Monday. They will think over the fill tube.

I replaced all 4 lower rack wheels. The upper rack is rolling good and nothing is broken. I put the dishwasher into a service mode. There are no fault codes. I ran through the whole test cycle, I verified the heater is coming on. I started it on a heavy wash and told the customer to let run the whole cycle empty. I advised them to run the garbage disposal every time before running the dishwasher. The sump is clean."

The whole unit was not cooling. I tapped into the low side. With the fridge running the low side pressure was 60 psi. I replaced the compressor and drier. I pressurized the system and found no leaks. I purged the system then with the nitrogen. I pulled it down into a deep vacuum and updated the board. I charged the system. I set the temps and advised the customer to wait 6 to 8 hours to put some stuff back in and 24 hours before filling it up.

The customer said for a couple days the fresh food section was very warm. Today its better. I hooked up the Newfi tool to check fault codes. The fresh food fan feed back error was active 1 day ago. When the fan runs it is little noisy. I removed the fan and spin the blade by hand. There is a rough spot in the motor. I quoted for the repair plus the update. I replaced the fan and updated the board.

"The complaint is the clothes do not dry all the way. While I was testing the dryer in a time dry and empty the heat would only stay on for a few seconds. In the service mode it worked just fine. There was an error about one of the thermistors. The air flow is great. I ordered and replaced the main board, all the thermistors and hi limit. I found that it still short cycles with nothing in it on the time dry and normal cycle. I put some wet towels in the dryer then ran it in normal. Now it heats longer and cycles on and off.

I looked at evaporator and found that there is a sealed system leak as there is only %15 frost pattern. Also the refrigerator door does not close smoothly and that door hinge is bent and bottom of door hits bottom of refrigerator floor causing friction and have to push door shut. I informed customer of sealed system leak and due to costs of repair customer will replace refrigerator.
