Cx complaint was squeaking during spin. Found the legs were unlevel and causing it to shake during spin. Adjusted those legs and unit is operating properly.

Removed old freezer evaporator grille assembly and replaced with new. Verified no loud noise coming from new freezer grille assembly fan motors. Reassembled freezer.

No ice production - replaced auger motor ice room fan assembly and icemaker assembly. Forced harvest start motor turned all the way around and icemaker filled with water advised customer on 24 to 48 hours before ice production off test good

Cx complaint was oven glass dirty. Wanted them cleaned and also install oven light bulb for her for free and adjust her water line on fridge. Glass cleaned up good.

Arrival discovered that the top left corner of the door was slightly a jar and seemed to be pulled away from the machine. Gave the door a little bit of a twist at the hand around the top handle and seem to be able to get it to bend it to place properly. She seems to be working properly in ceiling.

Cx complaint was fridge was getting to warm and intermittently gets up to 44 degrees and freezer gets warmer. When I arrived unit was 0 in the freezer and 39 in fridge which is what it was set for. Tested to make sure fans were running and proper airflow. I called beko tech line and they said without it acting up right now, we cant actually figure anything out .
