Upon inspection unit had really bouncy suspension rods ordered and picked up rods and installed them tested before rod installation and after a very noticeable difference between the two for the better tested unit on a spin cycle to verify tub is rotating properly done

Replaced freezer drawer rails and ice maker. Tested door now opens and slides close smoothly. Informed csutomer can take 24-48 hours to make ice.Refrigerator is working well.

Had some wear on agitator it was just spinning on gear case shaft tighten down bolt as tight as I could and its gripping advise that you might get some more time out of it but when it starts acting up again, thats the time to go now per cost of repair Right now. Seems to be working perfect done.

Upon arrival opened up the machine and discovered that the machine had a failed compressor that was not pumping refrigerant. Evacuated the system and remove the old compressor. Installed new compressor and charged with refrigerant. Tested and machine seems to be working properly

Upon arrival, customer is concerned about the smell of the machine and wanted to inspect it for other issues. Opened up the machine and checked between the inner and outer tub for residue and found some, but not a concerning level. Instructed customer that to avoid smells, they should use the machine frequently and use the machine cleaning product monthly. Also inspected the suspension transmission belt motor And fill valves. Machine seems to be working properly at this time.

Unit not cooling. Found the compressor is loud. Got equalized pressure of 7psi. We have a leak. Pressurized to look for leaks. Found a leak on the condenser. Repaired it. Then replaced compressor and filter dryer. Once replaced pressurized to find leaks. Then vacuumed under 300 microns. Then filled with refrigerant. Tested now unit is working better.

The drum wheels at the front had flat spots in each of them, factory defect.The idler belt was loose against the drum and motor pulley, the slack was allowing the drum to jump and make a loud bang, factory defect.4400EL2001A idler belt 4581EL2002K drum wheels x2
