The dishwasher does not drain and upper rack is loose. I started the drain cycle. I could hear it try and drain but no water would drain. I removed the cap on the air gap and cleared the food build up. Now the dishwasher can drain. The upper rack hangs down and is loose on the right side. One of the rack clips is broken. I used zip ties and fixed the upper rack.

Today I replaced the oven temp sensor per the Beko tech line recommendation. I got the range back as far as I could. The gas line and power cord is behind the range and hits. I let preheat for 30 minutes then watched the temps. The average temp I got was around 355. I did find the knob has to be right at the 350 dot or a little back. You also have to wait the complete 30 minutes. Working great.

"Call had another company out there say it was sealed system but then had issues with them coming out again. Unit was off turned unit on let it cool for over 30 minutes while disassembled the trim unit never got a frost pattern. Removed Freon, then added access valve pressurized and could see it drop but I couldnt find it. Replaced filter dryer and heat exchanged pressurized to 175 psi held for 10 minutes no problem never dropped vacuumed got it under 275 ?m. Filled unit with proper amount of 134 a plugged unit back in reassembled everything else. Frost pattern looks good. Everything is cool assembled and reinstalled LED lights were installed LED lights and everything is working great"

"The issue was water is leaking down from the ice maker. I found a couple issues. When the ice maker ejects the ice, some smaller pieces of ice stay in the mold and dont get ejected. So when it fills some water can leak out because it would be over filling. I also found the end of the ice maker fill tube had calcium build up. That was causing water to spray out sideways and not flow into the cup cleanly. I removed the ice maker and cleaned out the ice maker mold. I also cleaned the end of the fill tube so theres no calcium crust. I ran an ice maker fill test twice and I found no water leaking down. It all checks good.

"Customer complaint is, MAKING A NOISE WHEN STARTING UP. Inspected and tested. Found its making a really loud vibration noise when running. The filter is not able to slide all the way down either. I disassembled dryer and found a sock in the blower wheel. Also the dryer is packed full of lint on the inside and bulkhead. Vacuumed out bulkhead and inside of dryer and reassembled. Tested and dryer sounds great. I found the vent wasnt connected to the back of the dryer also and the vent is plugged to the outside. I cleaned vent from the outside in to the dryer and redid vent behind dryer with 2 elbows. Hooked up dryer and everything is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Dryer had been making a scraping sound since day one after they brought this dryer home. Stacked dryer and very difficult to get apart due to the tight space. Took it all apart and found the back of the blower wheel was melted and scraping against the housing. The motor shaft was tipped just enough that the blower wheel wasnt flush. The bracket wasnt as tight as it should be. I installed the new bracket and made sure motor shaft was level. New blower wheel I installed is level and doesnt scrape. Ran it and its much quieter now. Made sure rollers were good which they are. Oiled and cleaned them. Pully is good. Very good. Vacuumed out dryer. Reattached seal on blower housing that was loose.

They said a fan has been running louder lately. I found no restrictions or frost build up around the evaporator fan, but they said it sounds like its coming more from underneath. I checked the evaporator coils and there was minimal frost build up on coils. I lowered temps and the compressor kicked in, and I gave it 20 minutes. Only the upper half frosted over. I ohm the display transformer and it read 0 ohms. The door latch keeps breaking and the door is hard to open. The switch bracket is worn down and should be replaced. The turn table does not spin. The turn table motor has no resistance when you try to spin the turn the table. It needs the bracket, transformer and turn table motor. I could not find the turn table motor or transformer in stock. "Customers complain to the unit not draining as water and unit with towels. First thing I did was try to vacuum out. The water was not able to do the back hose. Its all clogged up had to tip the unit back a little bit then manually open the door and vacuum out all the water, I lay a bunch of towels down on the floor when I doing this because a lot some water does spill out no way around it because the drain is all clogged and can vacuum it out that way. Got all the water out then was able to remove the hose from the basket itself where the filter is and found a piece of plastic in there. Removed reassembled and then tested multiple times for leaks no active leaks.

The complaint is when you shut the dryer door the motor starts on its own. The does heat. Theres also a loud screeching sound when it runs. I removed the main board and inspected the back of it. I did not see anything burnt. I put the board back in and now the dryer works good. The drum does not spin when the door is shut. If I press start then it spins. The motor relay on the board was stuck. The board will need to be replaced. I tried to isolate the noise but I could not. I think its either from the motor or the idler. It sounds more like an idler drag sound than a motor. I was unable to get parts to pull up. Please look up the main board control and the idler and give the customer an estimate. ; saved tckt

I took the dryer front off and removed the drum. I found the dryer drum has a crack in it and a pair of underwear was stuck in the drum. That was bound up around the left rear roller. I got it spin but the drum has a crack. I advised the customer to not use it. I used my tester and tested the air flow, the air flow is poor. I pulled the dryer out and removed the dryer duct. I then ran the heat test again. Now it heated to 205 and it got there quickly. "Customer service complaint is unit not heating. Looked through little window to watch igniter to see if it would blow and start. Unit with tumble but igniter would never engage. remove the back of the unit tested some of the thermostats and found a bad thermostat. Replaced thermostat, tested unit and working properly reinstalled everything tested again working great vent is too high up to check airflow properly. It is blowing the window open and it looks like its blowing decent temps are getting to 110 which is normal for gas dryer.
