Kenmore Laundry Center Repair. Washer leaked some water. Found a crimped end of the drain line. I used a hair dryer to make the plastic pliable, then got the drain line to its original shape. The end part that goes into the wall. I then used a 3 long flat black plastic shim to attach to drain line end, to keep it from bending again, put it into the wall and zip tied it in place. Filled washer and did a drain and now water flows great. Also attached vent fully, it was partially detached behind dryer.

LG Dishwasher Repair. I slid the dishwasher out, turned it on its left side remove the old defective wash motor installed the new wash motor attached all hardware and wire harnesses. Reassembled the undercarriage of the dishwasher push the unit back into place attached the electrical line to the machine wire harness turn power back on and begin a wash cycle to verify repair and to look for leaks. the dishwasher runs like new use as normal. Opened it up and discovered that ice head built up over the evaporator to the point where I was blocking, the evaporator fan and the evaporator fan itself had failed. Bosch Dishwasher Repair. Customer states that they will start the machine and close the door, but it never actually starts. Observed that the display would never go off when they close the door indicating that it didnt think the door was shutting. Discovered that the door was kind of crooked, and that one of the hinges was bent, preventing the latch from Lining up properly. Opened up the door and bent the hinge back into place and got it fairly close to where it needs to be. The door seems to be latching properly now and starts and runs.

Samsung Washer Repair. Washer was unbalanced when I arrived, the back left foot was sitting on a recessed drain grate. Installed all 4 squaretrade supplied shocks. It is much more stable and solid and did not show any signs of imbalance after I re-leveled all four legs and shifted/ moved the washer off the drain grate onto more level, solid ground. No issues when ran through a spin mode in diagnostics. Washer is as solid on the floor as I can get it.

Samsung Stacked Washer Repair. It spins one way a few times then stops nad spins the other way. Also does not drain water. Found the drain pump has failed. Unstacked dryer and installed new drain pump assembly provided by warranty. Reassembled and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed. The dryer is not attached, just sitting on top of washer and the drain pan underneath was cracked in multiple spots when I got here fyi.

Speed Queen Dryer Repair. Customer is concerned that her dryer makes a scraping noise occasionally when the drum tumbles. I disassembled the cabinet to look for the source of the problem because I was able to recreate the noise by hand. Once I accessed the backside of the bulkhead, I found a safety pin that had worked its way through the front felt. The safety pin didnt create any further damage beyond a pin hole. I checked the drum rollers, idler pulley wheel and belt. The machine looks brand new, well taken care of. I reassembled the dryer and verified that the unit tumbles quietly, heats and runs. I did apply vent tape to a couple of joints on the customers dryer vent.

Speed Queen Dryer Repair. Customer is concerned that their dryer is making an odd, scraping noise when the drum tumbles. I removed the drum and inspected the inner cabinet (drum rollers, glides, idler pulley wheel, idler belt). I didnt find any objects making contact with the drum but there was one wheel that wasnt moving correctly. I replaced the drum roller, cleaned lint out of cabinet and reassembled the dryer. Turned the machine on, verified repair and function, dryer is nice and quiet and ready for normal use.

Samsung Dryer Repair. Customer is concerned that their dryer is making a loud screeching noise when the drum is tumbling. I disassembled the inner cabinet of the dryer. I found damage to the back of the drum roller assembly and to the drum wheels. I also found damage to the idler pulley wheel. I replaced all damage components and reassembled the dryer cabinet. I Started the machine to verify that it heats and tumbles without any noises. I did point out the damage to the customer so that they know that the damage was there prior to my visit.

Whirlpool Dryer Repair. Unit giving a f22 error code. Tested unit was getting up to 230 and then vent unhooked to 208. Even with the vent unhooked got the code. Pulled up tech sheet test multiple things found that the thermistor was bad. Replaced thermistor tested unit for over 30 minutes and no error good. Unit is working properly temp with vent hooked up at 187 which is good.

GE Refridgerator Repair. I accessed the machine cabinet at the back of refrigerator, turned off water and power to the unit. I removed the defective water inlet valve, installed the new inlet valve and transferred the water supply lines to their home position. I also installed the new water filter, plugged the machine back in and turned water on. I filled three cups of water from the dispenser ave activated the ice maker. Each work like new without leaks or other problems, no leaks from the new inlet valve too.
