Bake or broil is not heating up. Found that there was a bad solder joint was bad. Customer approved estimate to resolder the joint on the board. Tested and now bake and broil heat up and oven preheated and is working well.

Customer says its burning tops of food now. I ran calibration test and I graphed it (see picture) and it is an average of 350. Since it was too cool last time and custoemr stating its burning tops of food, i adjusted temperature down 15 degrees from the +35 last time. As im here the oven is heating normally.

Upon inspection took you to the part found that the idler pulley was compromised vacuumed out dryer of all the lint cleaned off all four rollers shafts verified the belt was OK installed parts done

Found plastic water line to have a pin hole in it behind the fridge. Tried cutting and splicing the line with a push lock fitting but the plastic line keeps splitting apart. Customer is going to replace the water line.

Found the steam water valve to be stuck open causing water to spray into the drum all the time. Customer stated she never uses the steam feature and would like water disconnected from dryer. Disconnected water line to dryer and reconnected water line to washer. Ran and tested fine.

Theyve gotten water standing under the left crisper drawer, in the past year. The customer found that one of the waterlines that runs down through the floor beneath the crisper drawer, to the icemaker had pulled partway out and water was leaking from the connection. I used a couple plastic waterline C shaped clips I keep on my truck to slide under the collar of the Jon guess fittings, and inserted those on the fittings so that the collars cant get depressed allowing the line to pop out. Also used a special tape to wrap around connection and protect the line where it inserts into the Jon guess. (See attached photo). Now lines are secure and line cant pop out causing leaking. Heater works and drain line is fine. Will return those parts.

Installed new motor mount bracket in dryer. Started and tested operations. Dryer sounds and heats great again.
