I disengaged the left side of the washing machine lid and pulled it out of place. I secured the new lid in place and verified that it moves in a soft close manner.

Still not cleaning the dishes or running a full cycle - used one time. Found the flood switch has failed. Installed new flood switch and tested. Dishwasher is working great and heater is coming on. Also installed software update. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Upon arrival customer States machine isn't powering on. Discovered a loose electrical connection inside the machine. Repaired the connection and tested. Machine seems to be working properly

Customer stated oven not preheating correctly. Found weak igniter at only2.74 amps. Customer approved igniter replacement. Replace igniter and tested operations. Igniter at 3.35 amps, and preheats properly again.

He was careful with moving our oven and taking things apart and putting it back together which we always appreciate when people are in to work on things. Complaint is display is dead and cannot operate unit. Theres a service bulletin for this issue unplugged and plugged in multiple times once I got the unit fired up updated control board with software update from GE once was updated. Everything is working properly.
