Customer stated the washer was dripping water when the washer was not in use, the tub would fill up with water. Found the valve dripping, replaced the water valve, cycled and tested the valve stopped dripping.

Customer states that refrigerator section is no longer cooling. Opened up the machine discovered a failed evaporator fan. Replaced with provided and tested. Machine seems to be working properly.

I entered the washing machine into factory diagnostic tests in an attempt to produce error codes. The hot and cold solenoid valves pass tests. The pressure sensor passes tests, mixing valve solenoid passes too.I reached out to the manufacturer, to pick their brain. We need an error code to make repairs, factory service tests didnt produce any.

Customer states noise from FZR that goes away when fzr door opened, Found Icemaker bail arm stuck by food in fzr causing noise, icemaker trying to make ice is the cause of noise. Ice bin is missing, gave PN to customer for Icebin and she will request that landlord order her the bin WP67001255 icebinInstructed customer on turning IM on and off

Replaced both rotors and the water valve. Now it runs great.

Replaced evaporator fan cover assembly and main board. Tested and fan is running and refrigerator is cooling. Informed ice takes 24-48 hours to harvest. Refrigerator is working good.
