I disassembled evaporator cover and inspected fan and theres nothing preventing it from spinning. I put it into test mode and it didnt start until I flicked it and then it started spinning. The evaporator fan motor has failed. Installed new evaporator fan motor and tested. Still getting the same error. Refrigerator needs a new board. Installed new board and tested. Fan is now running and refrigerator is starting to cool nicely. Refrigerator is now fixed.

PANEL LIGHTS WENT OUT AND ELEMENT IS BUZZING - DOOR GASKET ISSUES AS WELL. Customer said a lot of steam comes out onto the front control panel. The clock on the display is the only thing not working. Theres a loud buzzing noise when you turn the oven on. I pulled oven out and found the buzzing is coming from the cooling fan because its seized up. The clock came back on after power cycling it. It sounds like the steam problem probably started after the fan failed. The door is closing great and the seal looks good. I quoted customer to install new cooling fan. Customer approved repair. Installed new cooling fan and tested. Oven is working and sounds great. Oven is now fixed.

I slid the dishwasher out from the countertop, unplugged it and turned it on its left side to access the defective motor assembly. I removed the old motor and accompanied hardware, then installed a new motor that I ordered. Attached all plumbing and hardware and returned the appliance to its upright position. I didnt find any foreign objects inside the old motor that were creating the loud noise. I started a wash cycle and verified that the dishwasher fills, washes, drains and diverts like normal. NOT HEATING. Found the vent was disconnected on back of dryer. I started a timed dry high heat cycle and dryer is heating and cycling perfectly between 200F and 135F with vent disconnected. I connected the vent and now the heat spiked to 260F. The problem is with the vent. I showed customer this and advised to not use the dryer until the vent is cleaned.
