Wont spin at end of cycle. I ran washer through the automatic test mode and it worked perfect I jumped in the manual test mode I was able to jump between agitate and spin with no issues. The gearbox is extremely loud. I suspect its drawing too much resistance and just not completing the spin because its too much work for the motor to turn. I quoted gearbox a customer , theyll reach out to us. If I return to do the gearbox I need to gearbox splutch and a hub assembly.

I noticed that there was white residue all over the tub and on the heating element and on the door gasket. I tested the customers water and it was over 20 grains per gallon harness. I put a coffee cup right side up on the top rack and the dishwasher run for a few minutes the cup filled with water. I advise the customer to have the water softener checked, clean it with a dishwasher cleaner and use rinse aid."

Door switches are not working which is a known issue for this model. When the door switches do not work it locks up the water and ice dispenser. I replaced the switches per the service bulletin and took out and re-seeded the water filter. Works great now.

The dryer heats but takes a long time to dry. The dryer is on the second floor and vents through the roof. They had the roof replaced a couple months ago about a month later is when the issue started. The duct behind the dryer was pretty restricted. The Aldo tested bad with my tester. The dryer heats for a while but the longer it heats the less the burner stays on. I disconnected the duct and it was better and the air flow was better. I advised the customer to have the duct cleaned a and the bent cap checked for a screen. I also advised to not use it until its cleaned. ; (serial indicated as 'NotAvailable' so system created UIS w/pseudo #)

The customer said it does not heat at all. He said it use to and when you open the door steam would come out. In diagnostics I got the 2-1 and 7-1 error. 2-1 is stuck key and 7-1 is heating issue. The heater come on and was drawing 4.5-7 amps . At the end of the diagnostic cycle it gave me error 4-6 which I could not find. I want to order and replace the main control and the soil sensor. It shuts off randomly with a thermal error code. The dryer gets too hot and trips the resettable thermostat. Airflow behind the dryer is 23. Outside is 9. Temp in dryer with vent disconnected is 205. With vent connected its 260. Took it apart and cleaned and vacuumed out lint in the bulkhead and blower wheel. Dryer is good. Told customer theyll need to get vent cleaned or replaced.
