The residents oven reaches set temperature but will not maintain temperature without entering temperature again. The oven bake element tests positive for resistance and continuity, control panel responds to various selections. The bake element relay opens and closes if heat is required at various points of the bake cycle. I calibrated the oven control panel so that set temperatures would be more closely followed by the thermistors communicating with the power control board. The surface elements work perfectly according to the residents.

Replaced wash motor filter and tested, unit is now creating pressure to spin spray arms. Instructed customer on use of rinse aid, powder detergent, and cycle selection for best performance.

Plain there as soon as you shut the door, the dryer just starts running. It is not heating and then start flashing the door open and extended tumble. Disassembled unit removed the control board and replace the control board. Once it was replaced tested unit no unit is heating and operating correctly.

Complaint is unit will randomly not work properly. They will be changing the settings and then it will start flashing and doing things thats abnormal. On arrival everything is working properly. I explained to them theres no way to fully diagnose it. We can only go off of past experiences. I did explain I do have a display board on hand and it could be this issue. Customer approved putting in the part installed part tested. Everything is working properly.

Upon inspection of amp draw on spin cycle ! Its perfect . I advised to run an extension cord to a different outlet and see if it trips . There. Unit has no error codes on software: I advised there unit is working great . Customer stated it doesnt trip everytime.

Makes a terrible noise when running. Found the circulation pump is extremely loud while running. Quoted customer to install new pump. Customer approved repair. Installed new circulation pump and tested. Dishwasher is working great and sounds good. Dishwasher is now fixed.
