Fridge temps too cold and frost in freezer. Refrigerator temperature was set a 38? but sadly customer had overfilled the shelves and was not using refrigerator as designed by manufacture. I educated customer on needing to leave a gap at the back of the shelves This ensures there are no cold and hot spots alowing air to freely flow and mix. The frost in the freezer its been caused by broken bins. Two of the bins are damaged and one bin will not set in place and holds the door open. Please replace the two bins of covered by warranty. Complaint was washer vibrating and making noise. I pulled the washer out and found the rear access panel was bent in. I removed the panel and I could tell the motor was rubbing against the rear panel. I bent the panel out and put it back on. I ran a small load or my rags through the wash and spin and the washer is working fine.

Totally clean, agitates great, spins out perfect, transmission is clean and strong. Recommended putting detergent in the washer after it has filled and agitated for a minute, and gave other recommendations but customer said she understands how to do laundry. Always has to scrub stains out of her underwear after running it through a hot wash or any wash for that matter."
