Upon inspection door lock mechanism was in fact, broken, uninstalled all the door lock and reinstalled new tested unit working great done.

I replaced the user interface power control board. Assembled the back sheet metal panel and plugged the appliance in, verified function of each component connected to the board, the range operates like normal without any faults or issues.

Put an inspection icemaker had a little batch of ice in it uninstalled old icemaker reinstalled new also uninstalled old inlet valve reinstalled nude tested for leaks no leaks put icemaker into harvest mode or regain position advise it will take about 72 hours for icemaker to get going. Done

Customer is saying that sheets are getting black marks and getting ripped/frayed. Customer showed me sheets with black marks (see picture) I used smart HQ and did not find any errors and ran fill test and passed. I ran a full load with sheets and mechanically washer is working good and I cannot find any issue.I called into GE tech support and walked me though steps and past the tests.Tech support nothing else to be done and to have Cusotmer call into customer support if further problems are had.Case# 15404557

Customer had a few questions and issues. Door flap (mullion) was not hitting the guide to flip it open/closed. Raised doors to where they are even and door flap now hits the guide. Door is working well.Second, customer stated that the fridge would make a very loud buzzing noise few times throughout the day. Found that the refrigerator is not hooked up to water but the ice maker was turned on and would cycle, activating the water valve without waterline hooked up. I turned off ice maker inside freezer.Customer also was concerned that when there is a power outage the fridge just beeps power failure. I explained that the fridge will still cool and run but will continually beep until someone presses clear alarmRefrigerator is working well.

Owner stated refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Found fault code for no water detected. Found water turned off to RO machine feeding refrigerator. Turned water on and verified operations. Dispenser and ice maker working again, refrigerator in good working order again.
