"Replaced ice maker, tested and ice maker cycles and and fills. Ice maker is working good."

The complaint is the microwave went dead while they were not using it. I found the breaker was tripped. I reset the breaker and now its working good. I tried it several times and now its working good.

"Back of range sparked, and then no burners or oven worked. Found one L2 wire that had popped off the back of the range. Adjusted the wire and reconnected it, tightening it behind screw. Also adjusted and tightened L1 and N. Now all burners and oven work great. Quoted to put circle connectors on ends of wires.

I replaced the sensor and its doing the same thing. Ive verified the water level is correct. The rotor still feels good to me. I ran the dishwasher without the rack and the spray arm and it still does it. I talked to Jared and he thinks I should try the rotor and if that doesnt fix then the stator. Unit not draining properly. Unit is slow drain. Unit has a very long drain hose. Vacuumed water hose seamed nice and clear. Next removed pump to inspect all looked and sounded good. Unit making loud noise when tumbling. Disassembled unit and found two bad rollers. Replaced rollers. Also cleaned out all the lint. Oiled the other rollers. Reassembled and tested. Customers complaint not washing or filling. Found when you start the cycle just the drain continuously runs. Found an error for the pressure sensor. Removed sensor was all glogged up with slim. "TodY replaced the heat pump, the control board and the soil sensor. The dishwasher is working good and heating. At the end of the customer said that his son has hangs on the third rack and now its bent down. He would like to know if that could be fixed. I advise customer. Not sure if Beko will cover that so we need to send it in. I could not find a picture of it but what it needs is the third rack roller brackets. To me the brackets look like they are welded to the tub frame. Please see whats available and get approval. ; states that autho needed"

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 40F and FF is 55F. I removed the evaporator cover and theres heavy frost on about 5 percent and nothing on the rest. Found that the evaporator drain was frozen and when refrigerator goes into defrost mode it leaks into refrigerator instead of drip pan. Customer approved estimate for heat probe. "Complaints are, it will randomly drain, its loud sometimes and does not work well. I checked for faults. I listed the faults below. The main is for fault was for it not draining or its flooding. The washer drains just fine. The washer is getting no hot water but the valve buzzes. I verified hot water is supplied. The water valve is bad. The pressure sensor on the board is bad so it also needs a board. The agitator wash plate is stopped and just spins freely. The tines on the transmission shaft are also stripped. It will need a transmission and wash plate. I advised the customer for sure the transmission is not covered. I advised him someone will call with a price. "FRESH FOOD IS WARM AGAIN. REDIAGNOSE BEFORE INSTALLING BOARD. Customer had refrigerator unplugged and it was room temperature when I got here. Inspected and tested. I ran refrigerator through diagnostics and sensors, fans, damper were all working. I disassembled FF evaporator cover and inspected and all looks good. I sprayed canned air on the sensor until the heater came on and it got hot. Everything is testing good. "Icemaker has been making slushy ice the past month. Found a crack thats bigger than last time I was here, on the side of the housing. Housing cant be replaced. Outside air from the fresh food section is coming into the icemaker, and now its a big block of frost in the fan area, so cold air is not getting drawn from freezer into the icemaker. RJ not sure what to do on this. We did the new Icemaker, control board, adjusted the water dispenser for the icemaker, new Icemaker dispenser door flap assembly, new Icemaker and bin, and customer said it worked for 3 months before it started having issues again. Should we submit for authorization for all of these parts again, along with new Icemaker housing - although the housing looks attached to rest of fridge: dont think thats an option. ; O-emld tckt"

Ice maker cycles and with wire unplugged from water valve i get 120v when plugged in i do not get 120v at water valve leads.I plugged suicide cord to wall and i get 120v at the valve and valve does not activate. Bad water valve.According to PW needs autho. Water valve part# WP2307650; saved tckt

The microwave was dead. I checked the fuse and found the filter board fuse was bad. I replaced the 20 amp fuse and tested the microwave. The microwave is heating and sounds normal. I opened and closed the door several times and it did not pop the fuse. No other issues found.

"Replaced broken door gasket, and took off evaporator cover and steamed out the drain which was iced over. Cleaned up all the water. Runs great now."

"Customer complaint is, USING RINSE AID BUT THE DISHES ARE STILL WET. Inspected and tested. Model and serial tag is missing. Dishwasher filter was really dirty. Rinse aid is low. Cleaned out filter and started a service function test. Test ran through with no errors and when the heater was on it was drawing over 9 amps. Everything was working in service test. Customer said that when the water hasnt been used for a while at the sink it takes a while for it to get hot. I recommended customer run water at sink until it gets hot before starting dishwasher and making sure to keep the rinse aid full. Also underneath the sink the drain is a goofy setup and probably will eventually become a issue for draining."

E24 error and water still inside when cycle is over. Found that the drain pump is running but is draining very slow. Found that there was debris stuck in the drain line. Was able to fish out debris. Dishwasher now drains and is working good.

Today I replaced the ice maker and turned it back on. The new ice maker cycled. I advised the customer to dump out the first batch of ice. Allow 24 hours for it to make ice and fill the bucket.

"Customer complaint is, BUZZING, WONT START. Inspected and tested. Found the dryer would only sporadically start, otherwise the relay was just clicking. When the relay would just click, there was no voltage being sent to the motor. The main board has failed.

I replaced the power switch and button. I tried it several times and its working great. The customer also tried it and she said it felt better.

"Customer complaint is, THE TIMER KNOB BROKE OFF. Inspected and found the timer knob shaft broke off the timer. Needs a new timer.

This is a top mount unit. The customer said the fridge and freezer has slowly got warmer and warmer . The customer has it set to the max cold setting and the freezer is barely freezing. I removed the evaporator cover and it has a low frost pattern. The unit is low on charge. I advised the customer it would be better to buy new.

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING... MAKING LOUD HUMMING SOUND BUZZING.. REF IS NOTICABLE.. FREEZER STILL FREEZING. Inspected and tested. Freezer is 0F and FF is 60F. Disassembled FF evaporator cover and found the fan has failed. Customer approved repairs. Installed new FF evaporator fan and tested. Fan is working great. Refrigerator is now fixed.

I verify that the front felt seal was ripping down the center and sticking out. I removed the drum and then removed the old seal and glued the new one on. I ran the dryer for five minutes and it sounds good.

Customer complaint is that the unit stopped cooling. Customer said it was next day everything is warm. Compressor is running but has equal pressure which means a bad compressor. Installed new compressor and filter. Pressure and vacuum tested unit. Filled with Freon and let unit drop 15 degrees before I left.

Installed plug from last diagnosis. Then went through test mode and everything is working properly, no issues

"Stops after 5 minutes. Pause on display. Wont restart. Door is unlocked and cant lock it again. Found a bad door latch assembly. Replaced assembly, now it instantly locks, and doesnt stop. Works great.

"Dryer tumbles but doesnt heat. Found that heat is coming on but then shuts off within 5 seconds. I disconnected dryer vent and tested temperature and it is cycling to 200 which is normal and when i attach the vent the heat cuts off, dryer is short cycling. Dryer vent is 20 feet high from outside house. I took picture and showed customer that it is clogged and the mesh filter is not necessary as long as the vent has a flap. Dryer itself is heating and working good."

Customer said it will take a long time to preheat or never reach set temperature.Found that the bake element is shorted (open) not related to cooling fan i replaced. Found that there is a sealed system leak. (See picture) only %5 frost pattern. online it shows that it may have a 5 year sealed system warranty but im not sure if it includes this model. "Found that wine cooler showed HI on both sides and compressor and condenser fan was not running. I power cycled wine cooler and compressor and fans turn on and both sides are starting to cool. "Customer complaint is, WATER STAYING IN THE BOTTOM OF THE UNIT. Customer said it goes through the cycle perfectly and dishes are clean, just theres standing water in the bottom at the end. He can hit cancel and it drains out perfectly every time. Inspected and tested. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 times and it worked perfectly. I removed drain hose underneath the sink and vacuumed out the water from the hose and got good suction at the drain pump. Removed drain pump and didnt find debris. "The dryer was noisy squeaking. I found the idler pulley was stuck and the belt was frayed . I used all the parts from the rebuild kit so I replaced the idler pulley ,belt and all four rollers. I vacuumed up all the Lenten side and then I clean the dryer duct from the outside in. Replaced defrost sensor and moved it. Replaced evap fan motor. Middle freezer bin and ice bin. Tested and refrigerator is cooling and working good.

Installed part from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times works properly now.

The complaint was the whole panel is blank and does not respond. I verified that the power button does not work. I am getting 120 volts to the dishwasher. I am plugged the cable from the display board and plugged it back in and now the dishwasher is working. All connections are tight. I quoted the customer for a new panel assembly.

"The issue was water leaks past the door when it washes. Today the wife was home and before I started she told me that at one point she added the side mounting screws to help secure the dishwasher. When I removed the side mounting screws I found that, the screws were pulling the side of the dishwasher out. I remounted the dishwasher and made sure the screws are tight but the sides and middle of the dishwasher are not pulled out. I let run for a while and its not leaking now. It was leaking right away for me before but now its not. The dishwasher sounds quieter to now.

The complaint was when they use the oven. There's a gas smell from the oven. I opened the oven door and found a cookie sheet was on the bottom floor of the oven covering the vent holes 100%. I removed the baking sheet and then ran the oven and let it get to 350. There is no gas smell and the oven was heating properly. Advise the customer additional put a sheet on the bottom for put anything to cover the vents. Advised that could cause gas smell and carbon monoxide.

Neither oven would heat at all. I found both bake igniters were bad. I quoted for the repair and then replaced both igniters. Both ovens are heating up now.

"Replaced bad lid switch. Old lid switch was broken, and washer would stop at the rinse and spin cycle. Runs and spins and drains great now.

Taking a long time to dry. Finding moisture in dryer. Found the vent was packed full of lint. Cleaned out vent from outside down to dryer. Then took apart dryer and cleaned out dryer and oiled rollers. Now it vents much much better.

Installed new evap and filter. Once installed. Pressure tested good. Next vacuumed that was good. Filled unit and reassembled. Unit was cooling when I left. Pressure was good. Unit dropped 15 degrees before I left.

"Not draining. Found plastic debris in drain pump, just had to drain water out and then clean out a couple small plastic pieces. Ran three times through test mode, drains awesome now.

Unit wasnt cooling. Hooked up my gages tested as a leak. Used the UV light and found the leak going from the compressor to the condenser. Rebrazed. Pressure and vacuumed unit. Tested good. Filled unit and unit is cooling.

"E1 error. Drain pump runs after dishwasher runs for 4 minutes. They had a plumber doing work and after water was turned back on, dishwasher does this. Pulled out dishwasher and dried up all the water in the basin. Then reinstalled dishwasher and ran it. Mounted it on both sides, as prior it was only mounted on right side. Water leaking from where the disc inside the dishwasher attaches to the water inlet. Tightened the disc, so that it doesnt run down the inside of the basin now/ no leaks/ runs great."

Installed new diverter. Cleared error code and ran through test mode like the bulletin says. Once that was completed unit is now running properly.

Installed parts from last diagnosis. Tested multiple times no leaks and is working properly

"Customer complaint is, DRYER MAKING LOUD RUMBLING SOUND - WEVE TAKEN IT APART TO LOOK AT THE ROLLERS AND CLEAN IT OUT, BUT STILL RUMBLING. Inspected and tested. Dryer sounds like lint in the blower wheel. I disassembled dryer and found the blower wheel is packed full of lint and hair. Rollers, idler pulley and belt look good. I cleaned out blower wheel and reassembled. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed."

"The dryer has been smelling like burning. They recently did a bunch of remodeling in their house. Including flooring. I smelled the dryer after it was running for awhile, and the smell is VOCs. I opened up the dryer and its clean. I checked outside for airflow, and airflow is good, and you can smell it outside/ 29 mph ventilation going outside."

"Wont wash. Critical lock failure. Installed new lid lock and tested. Lock is trying to lock but isnt. If you push down on the lid it locks. The lid is tweaked a little and not lining up with lid lock. I bent the lid back and now its working perfectly. Washer is now fixed.

"Customer complaint is, NOT DRYING. Inspected and tested. Started dryer on a timed dry high heat cycle and it started heating. Dryer is cycling between 200F and 135F consistently for a hour. I removed vent and heat only changed about 5 degrees and airflow on back of dryer is 25mph. The vent goes out the second story and I can see its clear to the outside. Dryer is testing good and vent is good. Ive checked this out as thoroughly as I can and cant find anything wrong with it.

"Taking upwards of 40 minutes to get up to temp, and then if you lower the temp, it cant hold the temp. It just keeps dropping. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced ignitor, and it ignites and heats up to 400 quickly now.

The customer said the whole unit stopped cooling yesterday. The fridge was plugged in and the compressor was running. The compressor makes a lot of noise and the pump is banging. The compressor has failed and needs to be replaced. It will need the compressor and the update. The refrigerator is at least 9 1/2 years old or older they think.

"Ice maker wasnt making ice and the cubes that were in the ice bucket were frozen together. Also had frost build up right around the door switch and was frozen shut. Ice maker wires were disconnected. I might of not pushed them in and locked it in place last time. I plugged in ice maker and ran test and it cycled and filled. "When getting here i checked ice tray and has ice in it. I called tech support and ran me though test of ice maker and it cycles and drops ice and fills. Tech support then tested read switch and it reads opens/closed as I open and close door, which is good. Ran test of ice maker sensor and it reads 51 degrees and that would appear normal since it just filled and i had door open and it is reading temperature of the water.Tech support said everything seems like its working and said that maybe the sensor on the ice maker is off since its reading 51 degrees but that would be normal to me since its reading the temperature of the water that just filled.Tech support said to let it go and see if ice is being made now. I emptied bin from store bought ice and informed csutomer that our office would call her back tomorrow because it can take up to 24 hours to make ice.If ice is not being made tech support said to replace ice maker again. I am weary to keep coming back out here when we are already on 2nd ice maker and same thing is happening and tech support cant really give me an answer.Do they keep paying us to keep coming back? The customer said the ice maker is filling the drawer with water. I found the right ice tray is broken and not dumping ice. Every time it fills its spray water on top the ice and then water leaks down. It needs a new ice maker. "Customer complaint is, NOT MAKING ICE. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 39F freezer is -2F. Customer said the upper ice maker started working again. Theres only about a third of the ice bucket full though. I trying cycling it and it trys turning, but is just clicking. The upper ice maker has failed. Also customer said the craft ice maker in the freezer was overflowing into the bucket and creating a ball of ice and theyve had it turned off almost from the beginning. These craft ice makers have been a issue with that because its not ejecting all the cubes and then overflowing when it fills. They have a new part number for this ice maker, AEQ73449909. Customer just wanted me to replace the upper ice maker because the bottom ice maker is like $250. Quoted customer $467. to install new upper ice maker. Customer approved repairs. Part on order. "The customer compliant is the washer does not drain and the door is locked. I put the washer into drain. The drain pump buzzes but it does not drain. I manually opened the door and sucked all the water out. I removed the drain filter. There was a quarter of smithing in the pump. I cleared the pump and found the impeller is loose and feels stripped. I ran the drain pump, its noisy and does not work properly. I had no service so I had PW look up the drain pump. He found that its no longer being made. He only found one oem drain pump on eBay I quoted the customer $350 for the part plus $147.95 for labor. The customer will call back if they want it fixed. "Replaced two filters, one for drinking water and one for coffee machine. Both are working good.

"Customer complaint is, EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE THERES A LITTLE WATER COMING OUT THE BOTTOM. NOW ITS BECOMING MORE FREQUENT. Inspected and tested. I filled washer all the way to the top and drained washer in test mode and no leaks. Started a speed wash cycle and watched it fill and agitate and still not leaking. Washer is not leaking while testing."

"Customer said it sparks when using it. Found that the screw that hold the waveguide was loose and sparking. Tightened screw, tested and no more sparks. Microwave is heating and working good.

"Customer complaint is, leaking. Tenant had dishwasher running when I got there. Water was leaking out the bottom of the door pretty good and theres soap suds underneath the dishwasher. I opened dishwasher and theres a ton of soap suds in the bottom. I put some milk in the dishwasher and ran for a few minutes and now the suds are gone. I canceled and drained and started a new cycle and watched for over 10 minutes and it never leaked again. The pod was still in the dispenser and wasnt dissolved yet, so the suds are coming from dish soap that got in there, or buildup from soap scum. I recommended running a cleaner through dishwasher regularly and making sure no dish soap gets in the dishwasher or its going to leak every time."

"Customer complaint is, STARTS, BEEPS, STOPS. NOT FILLING OR WASHING. Inspected and tested. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. After 5 minutes I canceled and drained and started a normal cycle. It filled and started washing. After about 10 minutes I canceled and drained and started a 1 hour wash and it filled and started washing. Dishwasher is testing good while testing and I cant get it to fail."

"Dishwasher has been leaving food particles on dishes. I ran dishwasher for one hour, found that it drains great, fills, heater works great, and circulates awesome. Spray holes on arms are not plugged. Recommended switching detergents. Also recommended running a bottle of finish dishwasher cleaner through it. Water is soft, I tested it. Nothing to fix on this other than switching detergent."

Customer got parts from last diagnosis. Installed new display board and gasket. Once installed and reassembled. Found the outlet that the dishwasher was plugged in is dead. Tried to trip the breaker, still nothing. Possible that the dishwasher blew the outlet. Tested unit in a different outlet and it works properly now. Tested unit for 15 minutes and no leaks.

"Customer complaint is, ICEMAKER MAKES TOO MUCH ICE, SHE HAS TO TURN IT OFF. WATER DISPENSER IS TOO SLOW. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was 39F and freezer was 5F. Ice maker is testing good and the arm is in place and working great. Water pressure is slow from dispenser. The rear water valve has failed. This is not covered by warranty. Installed new water valve and tested. Water dispenser has great water pressure. Refrigerator is now fixed.

The customer said periodically he'll see some water on the floor in front of the dishwasher. I removed the bomb to kick panel and the insulation on the panel was wet but the insulation in the door is dry. I can see where water has dripped and leaks from the waterline connection. I tightened up both connections and water is not leaking anymore. I ran the dishwasher and no water is leaking from the dishwasher.

Unit not heating. Also customer said a gas smell would happen. Checked over the oven. Found the bake igniter would glow but not light. Unit needs a new igniter. Installed new igniter then tested. Unit is working great now.

Customer complaint is unit not drying but heating. Found unit only getting to 150 degrees on high. Removed the vent in the back and now its up to 188 which is perfect. Vent needs to be cleaned.

"Fridge has been leaking water from the front. Found the bottom of the freezer frozen over with ice, because the evaporator drain was frozen over. Steamed out all the ice in the freezer, then pulled out the fridge and detached the drain line. Found the drain line full of sludge. Steamed out the drain line. Now the drain drains awesome."

The dryer does not heat and has poor air flow. I found the fuse was bad. I replaced the fuse and then cleaned the dryer duct. The dryer blows air good now.

The complaint is the dishwasher does not drain. I put it into a drain and I can hear the drain pump buzz but it does not drain. I pulled the dishwasher out and removed the drain pump. I found the drain pump had pieces of the screen that wrap around the wash pump stuck inside. I cleaned out the screen and put it back together. The dishwasher runs and the wash pump is a little loud but it does drain. I quoted the customer for a wash motor assembly. At this time they declined the wash motor repair.

"Pulled fridge out. Pulled off back panel and vacuumed out all the lint and dust from coils and compressor. Cleaned out inside of fridge.

The customer said the washer does not drain and they get the oe drain error. I verified the drain pump is bad. The impeller is stripped off. I replaced the drain pump and tested the washer. It is working great now.

"The control panel screws are loose and some are missing. All the plastic around the panel where the screws go into are stripped and broken. It will need a new control panel and some screws. "Door gasket torn on right door. They get frost build up on rear bottom of fresh food section. Ordered new door gasket. Coming back Friday to install, will also steam the back to make sure theres no frost when Im done.; ordrd 1 W10587577 (Right white door gasket)"

"The customer said the refrigerator stopped making ice and stopped cooling all at once. He said it happened very fast. Both sections are in the 60s. I pulled the fridge out and verified the compressor is on and running. The compressor has failed. Please call and get approval. "Dishwasher has been flashing normal and auto. Error for temperature thats over 175. Would not let me cancel it out, tried unplugging it, doing a hard reset but that didnt change anything. "For the last 6 months, display has been off. Now, right when I arrived it was on. Bottom of display is extremely hot: should not be hot per Pedro at tech support. Something is going on with display. 6115993 is part number for display. Icemaker has been sometimes working last year. Filter change sign had to be reset, I turned on the freezer on the display, now compressor is running, will take 24 hours to cool down, and then 5/8 hours after that, Icemaker should start making ice. JR can you call back and quote customer for display? Customer said to let you know theyll want to do the repair. ; saved tckt"

"Icemaker stopped making ice. Leaking water on left side of ice bucket. Found the icemaker motor died in mid harvest, so now water pours over side of Icemaker. JR can you please call customer and quote for new Icemaker?; saved tckt"

"Customer complaint is, F5 E1 CODE, DOOR WON'T ACTIVATE. Inspected and tested. Lid lock is only working sporadically in test mode. When you try and start a cycle it just beeps. Im about 90 percent sure its the lid lock, but it could be the board. I quoted customer $393. to install new lid lock and gave a quote for replacing the board, but customer said he will just replace the washer if it needs a board. ; ordrd 1 W10861642 (Door lock)"
