Continue receiving error code F8E1 - no water detected. checked inlet hoses and water supply. This is a long fill error. Found the cold water is just trickling in when filling. The valve has failed. Installed new valve supplied by warranty and tested. Washer is filling, agitating, draining and spinning. Washer is now fixed.

Arrived on site tested dryer temps sanitize time dry timed out at 200 Fahrenheit normal at 170 vice client on how Eco function works, and how much reduced heat there is when activated all functions on dryer test good

Upon inspection, tested drain and spin cycle to see if I could hear the pump running had a faint noise/hum. Took drain pump off to check and see if something was stuck in impeller. Nothing was in pump. Housing ordered and picked up drain pump assembly installed no leaks working great. done

Has leaked a couple times from lower left corner. I inspected all hoses and could not find any leaks or tears in them or the gasket. Ran it a few times. Then customer mentioned that she waters down the detergent before she puts it in the dispenser, and then she hears the watered detergent running down inside the washer. She demonstrated for me. I can see that when the drawer is all the way out and she does that, the water and detergent runs down between the front of the washer and the detergent housing. Told customer to just put detergent straight into the dispenser and dont mix it with water.

Customer stated dryer not heating. Found burner limit tripping, gas valve working intermittently, and propane kit orifice too small (measured at .9652 mm, supposed to be 1.470mm). Replaced gas valve, limit kit, and LP kit. Started and verified proper operations. Dryer working properly again.

Piece of metal preventing the lint trap to go in all the way. Found the medal spring clip that holds the filter tight was bent and preventing filter from going in. I couldnt bend it back, so customer approved me removing it. I disassembled dryer and removed clip and vacuumed out bulkhead. Dryer is now fixed.
Left front, center and right are not igniting or not staying lit. Found all three burners had to be cleaned. A ton of soot built up. After cleaning off soot, all 3 ignite perfectly every time now.
