The unit seemed like it was leaning forward, adjusted the unit back. Cleaned out the door wiper. The wiper has some pitting and is worn, informed the customer the wiper is only replaceable with the inner door cover (NLA.) After adjusting the unit and cleaning the wiper the leaking has stopped.

LG Washer Repair. Leaks from the detergent drawer after using washer. I found the washer leaning forward, so I used my air sled to raise it up and then adjust the front feet. I then ran through service mode a couple times and made sure no water leaking. When the water sprays into the drawer area in test mode, I dont see any clogs or water spraying funny. Also hooked up a steam line kit customer had to dryer.

Whirlpool Dishwasher Repair. Dryer has a metal on metal scraping sound while running. I disassembled dryer and found the drum is riding to far to the front and is rubbing on the front bulkhead. I called techline and talked to Nick and he had me check the back roller brackets to see if they are bent and they visibly look good. He advised on replacing front bulkhead because there was no other visible damage or failed part. Installed new front bulkhead and roller kit. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

GE Dishwasher Repair. I removed the old water pressure sensor, it was full of material that was fooling it into thinking that the machine was full of water. Once the new part was in place, I filled, drained and let the wash cycle run three separate times. The dishwasher runs exactly like it should. After the third fill portion of the wash cycle, I opened the door to feel the temperature of the water, lukewarm at best. Dishwashers need to fill with water that is very hot, helps get dishes very clean, helps dishes dry completely and helps the machine break down food material so that it doesnt accumulate in various spots (I.e. drain line, pressure sensors). Please ensure that hot water is filling the machine, hot water flowing from the kitchen sink usually solves that. Dishwasher is back online and good for normal, everyday use.

I dried out the corner around the lines were it comes through the floor and sealed it up with silicone. Freezer is now fixed.

Maytag bravos washer repair. Complaint is that it doesnt drain out the water. I put in test mode and no significant errors. Its spins and drains and fills in test mode. Lid lock works too. If you turn off the washer when water is in it, it drains all the water out. The rotor looks good, and its tight. The washer sounds good when it spins. Wash tub doesnt back up so water isnt back flowing into the washer after it drains. Ended up taking off water inlet hoses and found mineral deposit built up in the filters. Cleaned out the filters, rinsed them out. Now I ran it on a 24 minute rinse and spin and it filled and spun out and drained great.

The customers dishwasher will not power up, will not do anything.I was able to return power to the main power control board by securing the power supply to the power provided by the house. I started an Express wash cycle, the DW drained the existing water, filled with hot water and started washing. I canceled the cycle and the drain pump kicked in again. The body of the DW is warped, cannot be repaired without replacing the machine. The door closes now that I have adjusted the body to give the door a clean path into the body of the machine.

The customers in wall microwave will spin the turntable occasionally, not constantly. They can turn it by hand and that will cause the turntable to move. The coupler looks to be whole. I move the front of the machine into my Allcart so that I could access the middle of the microwave bottom. I replaced the turntable motor and plugged the unit back in. The microwave turntable is rotating independently again, I tested by heating a cup of water twice. The turntable coupler did have a crack in it too, so I replaced it as well.

Electrolux Dryer Repair. Customer was in a bit of a rush to get out of the home so I tried to accommodate that as best I cloud. The steam water valve in the dryer had failed, leaking water all over into the dryer and on the floor. Customer did not really want to repair the steam water feature going into the dryer and just wanted to eliminate it to prevent this type of problem from ever happening again. I disconnected the waterline from the dryer, removed the waterline splitter that was simultaneously feeding the washer and dryer at the same time, and then just connected the washer up directly to the cold water supply line under the sink. The dryer is now completely disconnected from the water, which is what the customer wanted, and the washer is functioning, and there are no leaks and the dryer is heating.

I removed the old wash motor, idler belt and other hardware. The customers are hearing a short, buzzing noise coming from their refrigerator, every minute or so. I moved the refrigerator out and removed the mechanical room cover, heard the noise close to the condenser fan, two magnetic valves that are part of the sealed system are located beside the fan. The magnetic valve closest to the cover was the source of the noise, so I moved it counterclockwise to align the magnet and keep it from vibrating against its cover. Rolled the refrigerator back and listened for five minutes to verify that the noise is gone.

I removed the old diverter cover and motor. On my way in, I did find a bunch of paper that was in the diverter assembly and other water pathways that affect water pressure. Recommend using Affresh or Glisten to clean out the dishwasher monthly. Installed the new diverter motor and cover and tested the machine for leaks and function. Water is traveling to the middle and upper wash arms while continuing to flow out of the bottom wash arm without leaks or issues.
