"Owners complaint making noise. Started unit heard noise sounding like a bad roller or idler. Disassembled unit. Once apart found two rollers are bad. Quoted for the maintenance kit. Approved. Installed kit. Also did a little maintenance clean up also. Reassembled than tested. No more noise. Dryer sounds like it should be.

Removed the cover, installed cycled, and tested the new board is operating correctly"

Installed drain hose from last diagnosis. Once installed tested multiple times to make sure its draining properly and no leaks. After testing multiple times and no leakage installed underneath cabinet then tested for another 10 minutes to make sure no leaks. Unit is now working properly without any leaks.

Ran dryer and it smelled like kerosene. I then asked if they had been painting or staining in the house and they had just stained some shelves and the smell happened around that time. I explained that the heat is burning off the fumes in the air and there is nothing wrong with the dryer and the smell will dissipate as the house is aired out.I recommended that turned on vents to air out house faster.Dryer is cycling heat and working normally. Dryer itself is working good.

"Upon arrival, I found that the machine would not drain. Further investigation revealed that the belt was worn out, and as a result, the pump would not turn on. To address this issue, I replaced the main belt kit and pump. After completing the repair, the machine works fine.

"Replaced bad module and harness. Had to pry up heat shield under cook top to get to L1 for module. Spliced on all new connectors. Secured new wires under cook top. All burners work great now."

Unit not drying. First accessed board and tested from the board the heater circuit. It was open. Next checked thermostat. That was good next checked the heater element reading open. I told them also about getting water sensors. Reassembled and reinstalled tested again working great.

I cleaned out filter and ran dishwasher through a service diagnostics cycle and everything worked great and the heater is working and there's good water pressure. "Customers complaint not heating but tumbling. Verified complaint watched for the igniter to start glowing never did . Disassembled front of unit, tested igniter and found it was open leading bad. Found that the dryer was full of lint and exhaust was clogged and no air was coming out of dryer I cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested with vent attached and still no air flow outside. Customers complaint getting a LC CODE. Customer said unit gave the error and drain pump continuously ran. They said they turned on last night and it was working. Pulled unit out on mat. Started unit and watched for leaks nothing happened. Inspected tray and only seen water stain under the diverter. Turned unit over remov3d access shield. Inspected diverter found that its leaking around that. I found a service bulletin for this issue to tighten the screws. Tried but seams like one is stripped. Which is the sump. Will need Dishwasher Sump assembly DD82-01313A. Doesnt show I can buy the sump separately in that case would need the diverter assembly and sump. Shows sump assembly discontinued. The complaint was the dishes have a white film on the dishes and theres a white film inside the dishwasher. They also said they have to slam the door and to make it work. I found the heating element was covered in calcium and the door was covered. I tested the hot water and its over 25 grains of hardness. I advised the tenant they need a water softener and to clean the dishwasher with the vinegar. The door is shutting good and tight with no issues and the dishwasher starts every time when I pressed start. I found no issues with the door or the way its installed.

Replaced bad sump assembly that was leaking water from bad motor and gasket.

"Lights flickered in kitchen and display turned off on oven. I checked voltage behind it and its only getting 120, not 240. Red to white is 120. Black to white is 0. Customer is having electrician come out."

"Customer says it takes 3-4 cycles to dry clothes on normal but not every load, sometimes its one load. Ran test and it is heating and cycling heat normally. She did say she cleans the outside vent cover that is full of lint when she does. I explained that she would need to clean that often and that could give the symptoms she has been experiencing. Also I suggested to use timed dry because normal dry is sensor dry and if its a mixed load if a tshirt is dry it would drop time down and other items would still be damp.Customer will try those things and see if that solves the issue. Customer will call back if problems continues."

"Found that it was the touch panel. Replaced panel console assembly, tested and dishwasher turns on and all functions are responsive. Dishwasher is running and working good."

Had a broken belt. Replaced bad belt and vacuumed out dryer. Runs great now.

"Customer complaint is, DEAD. Inspected and tested. Found the UI is unresponsive. Customer power cycled it from the breaker box and after about 10 times it came on. I hooked up SmartHQ and theres no software update available. Customer approved repairs. Installed new main board and UI board and tested. Dishwasher is working great. Dishwasher is now fixed."

Found that the dryer gas turns on and heats for first 10 minutes then gas coils stops turning on gas. Customer approved estimate. Replaced gas coils and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Tested and dryer is cycling heat normally. Dryer is working good.

"Washer leaked and some of the water went into the unit below. I found sand around the perimeter of the filter housing, and zero evidence of water leaking from any of the waterlines or drain line. No tears or holes in gasket. Leaking occurred after the filter was taken out and cleaned and reinstalled. Best educated guess is that the filter leaked due to either not being reinstalled totally tight, or more likely is that the sand in the filter housing caused a small gap in the seal allowing water to leak through.

Freezer cold but fresh food section room temperature. Found a seized up evaporator motor. Went to a local parts distributor and picked up a new motor and installed it. Also steamed out vent which was full of frost. Now its running and cooling great.

The complaint is the washer does not finish the cycle and not cleaning the clothes. I checked the faults and the only fault was for long fill. I found the cold water valve was almost closed all the way and the hot water was closed all the way. I opened both valves all the way and tested the washer. It works on all cycles and in all test modes.

Removed door, removed track, installed new track. Cycled and tested"

Customers complaint unit not draining properly again and giving error code. Verified complaint. Doing same thing as before. Drained and vacuumed out all the water removed filter and found more stuff in the drain pump. Put unit in test mode to go through the cycles and hopefully if there is more clothing it will come out. Filled tumbled drain spun over 6 times. Cleaned out drain again at end of the cycle also. Nothing more I can do. I explained to customer did everything I can to clear it out.

The bake element was bad. Today we replaced the bake element and tested the oven. The bake element is working good now.

"Customer complaint was it was not draining and was leaking water.Found the drain line plugged, cleaned the drain line removed pump and cleaned. Ran found the lower front door leaking a few drips of water. Adjusted the legs since unit was leaning forward. Ran again no leaks and the unit is pumping water.

Customer complaint was unit is not cooling.Removed cover in the freezer checking the condenser coil. Found the coil not very cold. Did an amp draw on the compressor found it drawing a little over an amp. Checked and found the heat exchanger extremely dirty. Cleaned out the heat exchanger. Unplugged and plug in the unit. The unit started cooling. Checked the frost pattern on the condenser it looked good.

"Customer complaint was the dryer not turning. Removed the covers and checked found the belt broken. Gave customer a price for a new belt. Customer approved, installed new belt cycled and tested."

"Customer complaint is, CANNOT SET TIME. Inspected and tested. Some of the buttons are not responding. I power cycled microwave and now everything is working perfectly."

"Latch was replaced on dishwasher, but doesnt come on since the repair. I checked under the sink and the dishwasher wasnt plugged in. Plugged it in, now it runs great.

Customers complaint WASHER STARTS BUT DOES NOT FILL WITH WATER. SOME WATER UNDERNEATH WASHER. This happened after they drained the unit and cleaned the filter. Started unit to verify complaint. Started drain then started to fill. Customer said it never did that. Just heard clicking. Tested multiple times no issue. Tested multiple different cycles worked every time. Could have been a door lock issue board or pressure switch. Without it error out on me I cant find a problem. Customer understands. Explained happens again take notes of whats going on just in case it is intermittent

Found that there was a screw that was stuck in the drain pump preventing it from draining. Customer also had issue with door falling open too fast. I found that the hinge and springs are bent and stretched. Customer declined to fix those. Dishwasher is draining and all other functions are working good.

Replaced bad blower wheel and motor. Cleaned up dryer. Runs and heats great now.

We started the washer in a drain cycle. The washer started to drain right away. I could smell burning from the washer. We removed the top and found the filter board is shorting and smoke was coming up from the board. I quoted for the repair and will order the part. ; schdld next appmnt for 11/22 WED !

I did find unit never heating. Disassembled the front to get to board. Tested heater from board 12.2 ohms which is good. How its positioned cant test for voltage while running. 692013 board not showing anything available and doesnt give price. "The complaint is the fresh food section is warm and the freezer is warmer than it should be. The freezer section was in the 20s and the fresh food was in the upper 50s. I pulled the evaporator cover off. The freezer evaporator had only partial frost pattern. The fan was working good. We pulled the fridge out and removed the rear cover. I found a valve was o. The compressor low side and the filter drier has been replaced with one that has a valve. So this unit has already had sealed system work done. I put my gauges on the system. The low side was in a 15 inch vacuum and the high side was around 100 psi. I added nitrogen and got the pressure up to 200 psi. We soaped up the evaporator and all the joints. We found no leaks with the soap bubbles and found no leaks with the gas leak detector. The leak could be the evaporator and its real small of in the cabinet some where and its a very small leak. The customer has lived there for 9 years and doesnt recall and work done to it before. If we want to try a repair I would recommend the compressor and the evaporator. Compressor not running and freezer was warm the other day. Found a bad start relay: replaced it with the PRO41 and compressor started right up. Was just humming and clicking before. Told customer 24 hours to get down to temp. Turned Icemaker back on.

The motor turns but the drum does not tumble. I found the front glides are worn down and the belt is broken. We quoted for the repair then replaced the front bearing kit with the belt. Its working good now. No other issues found.

"Oven doesnt heat. Works for broil. Also one handle for cook top is loose. I used special glue for the shaft. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 400 within 10 minutes.

The issue was frost and ice build up was in the freezer and the fresh food section is not cooling. This is a single evaporator unit so all the cold air comes from the freezer. I found ice on the bottom floor and the defrost drain was plugged up. There was not big frost build up just the ice. We cleared all the ice and put the freezer back together. The door shuts good and the fans work.

"Iced over behind evaporation panel. Iced up down drain. Needed drain kit and temp sensor. Steamed everything out, confirmed that it drains great now. Installed new drain kit and temp sensor. Told tenant to give it 24 hours to get totally down to temp. Also, Icemaker cycles but needs copper waterline to water valve fixed. End got clipped and crimped on waterline.

"Sometimes the open button feels a little spongy. Took microwave out from wall and took cabinet off it and accessed the latch. There was a tiny part in the top of the latch worn down a bit. Customer really hoped I could adjust it today. Adjusted it, and now its a more solid connection and the button feels better when you press it in.

"Dishwasher just chirps but doesnt run. Found the main board is dead. Replaced board, runs great now.

"Customer complaint is, THE DRYER IS SQUEAKING DURING THE CYCLE. Inspected and tested. Found the idler pulley is seized up. Customer approved repairs. Installed new idler pulley and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer sounds great. Dryer is now fixed.

The washer would not drain. The harness was bad. Today I replaced the harness and made sure the wires are not loose and hitting the motor. I ran and tested the washer and its working good.

Today we replaced the water wall vane assembly. I also shortened the drain hose so it can drain better. I ran it and its washing better.

"Customer complaint is, WASHER WILL NOT SPIN, UNIT IS LEVEL BUT THE TUB SHAKES WHEN IT IS JUST A BIT UNBALLANCED. Inspected and tested. Started washer with a load of towels and it started shaking and banging and gave a Ur error. I tipped washer up and everything looks good underneath. Im ordering 4 new dampers. Installed 4 new dampers and now one of the water lines is leaking on the back of the washer from moving it. Installed new hose and tested. Washer went through a quick wash cycle with a load of towels and didnt get off balance and completed the cycle perfectly. Washer is now fixed.

Pulled unit out to install inverter from last diagnosis. Hooked up SmartHQ and is now reading something with the three way valve. Compressor still not turning on. Installed new inverter. Turned on unit and the compressor kicked on but sounded terrible. Hooked up gauges now unit is is above a vacuum. Unplugged unit and got equalized pressure was reading almost 2 which indicates a restriction. Drained out the Freon outside properly. Found a restriction in the condenser. Pressured with nitrogen. A bunch of nasty oil and rusty like substance. Got it cleared out the best I could rebrazed then pressurized and found it was restricted again cut out the condenser again. Pressurized and this time wont clear out. Its cut away past the brazes. The debris must have clogged it. Will need a condenser. The customer also mentioned the compressor making really bad noises. It was also so hot it started to warp the inverter. Will need a new condenser. Also will neeed a new compressor. Would recommend also three way valve because of the debris and error code. Not cooling. 56 in fz and fresh food section. Pulled fridge out and checked compressor. Compressor running and buzzing. Very tight space. Please let WHE know this has a sealed system issue. ; saved tckt

Disassembled unit. Installed new fan from last diagnosis. Once installed tested. Working properly. Reassembled unit and now the fan is operating correctly.

The customer complies the oven does not maintain the set temp on bake and one time on broil it only heated the one side of a steak. The issue is intermittent. The customer said its been happening more and more recently. I pulled the bake ignitor and tested the current draw. The bake ignitor current draw was over 3 amps. We replaced the bake ignitors. The oven heats to 350.

Replaced bad door latch. Works great now.

Cycled unit empty found no issues. Cycled the unit with blankets and clothes found a rattle. Removed the top cover of the unit found the cover for the main control panel was had fallen on top of the tub. The cover had broken tabs. Removed cover informed the customer. Unit is operating correctly at this time.

"Customer complaint was the freezer is not cooling. Found there was frost built up, removed the door, drawers, and ice maker. Removed the back cover. Steamed the ice off the condenser and back cover. Suspected the door was left open or not shutting all the way. Informed customer of the issue, customer approved the repair"

The sensor switch stem was broken off. We replaced the sensor switch. The old knob was good to still use. The washer tested good.

Not running. Found bad microswitches. Also made an adjustment to the door since the bottom was out a little bit when the door would close. Showed tenant how to adjust door. Replaced bad microswitches and now it runs great. If it has problem again not running in future I would for sure replace the door. Latches and switches are good now.

Customers complaint door slams down. Also light bulb out. To do both jobs micro has to pulled out a little. The oven stays in the wall. Disassembled replaced rods and bulb which is done from the top of microwave. No way for a customer to replace. Once installed tested. Everything works. The black rod for the tensioner was broke. Customer does think it should have more resistance. Explained and showed where the old one broke and there is only one way to install and no way to tighten the tension more.

"Customer complaint is, E15 ERROR. Inspected and tested. Customer had dishwasher running when I got here. I opened the door and its full of suds. I dumped some milk in dishwasher and ran it for about 5 minutes and then opened the door and there almost gone. I showed this to the customer and advised on running a cleaner through the dishwasher and checking for suds if this happens again."

"Customer complaint is, CRAFT ICEMAKER MADE A BLOB OF ICE AND NOW DOESNT WORK. LG updated the part number. Installed new craft ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Ice maker is now fixed."

Installed door bellow from last diagnosis. Also tenant has continued to use it and was in use and leaking on the floor. They are using to much soap. See photos. Explained to the tenant about the correct amount of soap and using extra rinse. Ran unit multiple times to test for leaks and to remove suds. Ran unit total for 25 minutes filling and draining tumbling spinning.

"Taking a long time to pre heat, and also they have to set the temperature higher than the desired temp. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 350 within 5 minutes.

Dryer has been making a scraping sound. Found some debris stuck above bearing on front. Also a missing glide. Greased up bearing. Runs nice and quiet.

"Washer has only been partially working on a couple settings. The soak cycle and the rinse and spin, although rinse and spin gets stuck. Part way through they have to then shut it off and put it on drain and spin after a few minutes. I found the hot water line to the washer was twisted, not allowing hot water into the washer. Unkinked it and it ran through an entire rinse and spin cycle. Checked in service mode and only two errors. Water inlet error and main PCB error. Attached quoted. 18 year old front load washer. Quoted for PCB and said it they still have issues then it would be the PCB. But they would just replace. Working great now though."

Installed bypass kit and vacuumed and cleaned out coils: cooling nicely now.

The dryer had a little vibration to it. We took it apart and found the rear rollers were not spinning free. We removed the rollers and oiled them. Now they spin free. All is good on the dryer. I shortened the dryer duct.

Customer complaint is the unit is not working. Cycled tested several times found the customer was not pushing the door closed hard enough.

"Customer complaint is, DISPLAY SHOWING BADLINE. Customer had already scratched the floor by pulling the range out. Inspected and tested. I pulled range out and found the outlet only has 120V, not 240V. The problem is with the outlet. I advised customer to call a electrician."

Customers complaint E IF ERROR CODE FOR ICEMAKER FAN MOTOR. Customer explained will get the error randomly through out the day. Remove ed the evap cover and found the fan seized will need new fan motor or assembly. I found there is a service bulletin on this for this issue. Added photos of service bulletin. Customer is up set because only 2 years old. He said he is calling LG to see what they have to say. I explained we cant call or talk on your behalf. They say needs new fan motor and fan bracket. The one they call for subs to a different one. Not sure if we can use that sub or need the one called for from bulletin. ABA74248414 bracket assembly EAU63923603 motor Labor should be set at L14. The whole unit does not cool and the hisplay shows HI. I pulled it out and found the compressor and condenser fan not working. I unplugged the fridge and plugged it back in. The compressor started and the fan started. It started to cool. The customer said they have done that before and it works for a while. I think it needs the rear board.
