LEAKING. Customer said they only ran it twice and it leaked both times about a dime to quarter size. I had customer start dishwasher about 10 minutes before I came. I let it run for over a hour and it never leaked. I called techline and talked to Ray and because its not leaking, he advised that we cant do anything further and its likely a loading issue. I advised customer to not load bowels and pots and pans in the front because water could be hitting it and causing it to leak. If this comes back up we need to send it for a second opinion. WATER DISPENSER, WATER PUDDLING-WATER LEAKING FROM FREEZER. Found water leaking from the freezer floor out onto the floor. I removed the evaporator cover and found the defrost drain is plugged. I completely defrosted freezer floor and drain pan and steamed open the drain. Dumped hot water down drain and it drained great. I pulled refrigerator out and inspected drain hose on back and it looks good. Refrigerator is now fixed.

WON'T HEAT UP TO TEMP - LOOSES TEMP AND SHUTS OFF. Customer said it preheats fine, but then doesnt ignite after that even though they hear it clicking. Found the drawer underneath is full of pans. I removed them and tested and oven preheated and cycled perfectly for almost 40 minutes. Looks like the problem was with the pans underneath too close to the ignitor. I advised customer if it it happens again that we should replace the wire harness with the new one thats rubber coated.

Dryer getting thumping noise when running dryer. I ran dryer and thumping noise was there but then stopped thumping 1 minute later. WATER LINE IS SHUT OFF AT THE VALVE - NEEDS REPAIR. FF compartment is 44F and freezer is 1F. Found moisture all over the top damper assembly in the FF compartment, causing water to run down and leak out the bottom. The top FF door hinge is bent causing the door to not seal. This is causing warm air inside the FF compartment and creating condensation and ice by the damper and vents. I removed the hinge and bent it back and adjusted the door. Its now straight and sealing perfectly. I called the office number and updated them on what I found and called the customer and advised that she will need to unplug refrigerator for 48 hours to thaw out the ice buildup and dry everything out so it can circulate the air properly between the two compartments.

Has been increasingly giving be error. I checked and its level, water fills perfectly, no excess suds, they dont use hand washing dish detergent, and theres no damage to the upper or lower spray arm. I did find that the filter was dirty. I cleaned the filter and then ran through test mode. It passed all tests. Recommended using dishwasher now and seeing how it operates with the clean filter. No evidence of leaked water or the float up under the dishwasher. Customer said its steamy and dishwasher heats well.

RELLY LOUD WHEN IN USE. I found the filter and screen werent locked in place and was sticking up and there was a piece of plastic down in the sump area. I unplugged both washer and dryer and slid the dryer back far enough to access the user interface. I removed the user interface and access the screws that secure the door to the cabinet. I removed the Bellows and drain and circulation pumps. I installed all parts listed below plus a drain pump that I did order that I didnt get, but I used truck stock to make that repair. I reassembled the washing machine and ran several test cycles to verify that no more leaks were present and that the machine runs as expected. I did find quite a few clogs that were contributing to the water leaks, and that were contributing to the parts that were replaced being defective. I attached a bunch of pictures to show everything that I found.

I removed the control panel and found a wire harness that wasnt attached to its designated spot on the main power control board. Customer had Frigidaire send them an ice maker as part of a recall for the ice maker. But also customer had other issues with the refrigerator. There was loud squeaking from the condenser fan. Fan blade had fallen off and condenser/compressor was not cooling off.
