Not heating. Found a lot of lint built up and the heater was OL. Replaced heater assembly and vacuumed out dryer. Now it heats great.

The customers oven had been taking a long time to reach set temperature, and when set temp had been reached the oven wasnt very hot at all. I accessed the bake element at the back of the range, I found a burnt female lead separated from one side of the element. I secured a new female lead to the power supply line and connected it to the bake element. I verified that the bake element has continuity and started a bake cycle. The lower bake element is heating again and the oven reached temperature very quickly, the range is fully functional again.

Upon inspection, I took dryer apart to find that the venting to blower wheel housing was completely off and jammed had to reinstall venting the blower wheel, housing and venting taped it so it would stay together and be good. Unit is working great done..

Customer complaint is that unit is not operating and is throwing SD and F9E1 error. Found unit was draining very slowly due to a few plastic items in drain filter. Cleared debris and unit is now operating properly.

Replaced belt, tested quick cycle and washer fills, agates, drain and spins. Washer is working good.Suggested to use mesh bag for small items to prevent same issue happening again.

The sheet metal on the very bottom of the range was making contact with the warming dessert drawer when opened. I removed the drawer and adjusted the bends that were out of place. Im more convinced now that this appliance was dropped or treated roughly before the customer began using it. I installed the warming drawer, loaded the drawer with pots and pans and maneuvered the drawer in and out to verify that my repair had solved the noise problem completely. Customer is completely satisfied.
