The customer said the dryer does not heat. I started the dryer on a time dry. The dryer was heating up. After it cycled 3 times on the fourth try the igniter glows then goes out. The gas coils are weak and need to be replaced. I checked the airflow outside and it was only 9 mph. The vent is too high and the duct was too far of a run for our brush. I advised her to call a dryer vent company.

"Dishwasher hasnt been cleaning dishes well. Found the cover for the upper spray arm assembly had come off when customer cleaned it. I reattached with red glue since two tabs were broken off, and a zip tie per their permission. Now water sprays nice and strong on upper rack. Lower spray arm wasnt spinning because filter wasnt in correct place, so I reassembled filter and now lower spray arm sprays well. I found hard water deposits, and tested water. Its a 17, so they will get their water softener fixed. I also recommended switching detergent. Reattached a roller that came off the bottom rack.

There was a little bit of nasty water in the pan underneath, so I soaked it up. Started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled and it drained perfectly. I started another heavy cycle and watched it for almost 30 minutes and it was working perfectly and no water in the pan underneath. I think it must have leaked from the door when they ran a cleaner through it.

"The customer said after I replaced the rear board because of the PO error now the fresh food has not been cooling. I removed the bins in the fresh food and found the evaporator is completely frosted over. The freezer evaporator is fine so it is defrosting. The fresh food evaporator does not have a heater so it does not defrost like the freezer doors. If a door gets left open or just ajar excess frost can build up on the fresh food evaporator and never defrost completely. I completely defrosted the evaporator with my steamer. I inspected the fan and the evaporator thermistor. The fan sounded ok and I moved the sensor according to the service bulletin. Advised the customer that the doors can be ajar and the alarm will not go off until the light is on.
