Customer complains and dryer does not heat. Upon arrival and inspection I found dryer dead heat but dryer vent was over 50% blocked. I had about 13 miles an hour outside and 24 miles an hour inside. I pulled unit out and watched heat cycles and found the secondary coil would not open consistently. I replaced the gas coil valves and tested the dryer. The dryer cycled perfectly with vent unhooked. I will call landlord and have vent cleaned ASAP and advise the tenant to not use the unit until vents cleaned; used 1 5303931775 (COIL KIT) from stock

The light on the board is on steady, which means a communication problem. I quoted customer $261. to replace the main board , but also would order the UI board if they wanted to do the repairs. Theyve been having other issues to, so I wouldnt be surprised if there is other issues to. I let the customer know that if I replace the board, and theres other issues it would cost more to repair it. I replaced the connectors for those four wires going to the main board. I also found a broken wire from the main board to the water valve a repair that wire. I found water leaking from the freezer bottom and the water dispenser will not dispense water. The waterline in the door is frozen and the drain grommet had slipped up and it was restricting water from draining into the pan. I cleared the ice in the door and cleared the ice around the drain pan and fixed the grommet. The dispenser flap does not seal properly so warm air is leaking in. I gave the customer a quote for the dispenser flap repair and the dispenser tube heater. Quoted for parts and labor. I added the quote along with part numbers to photos.

Found the pressure sensor hose was plugged, causing it to not read the water level correctly. Cleaned out hose and filled washer 4 times to different levels and it stopped right were it should every time. Control panel right end cap tabs are broken. Needs a new end cap. I let the washer spin out 4 times and it sounds normal and clothes were spun out great every time. I did not find any leaks. Washer is working normal. Installed new end caps. Washer is now fixed."

Customer complains the washer leaks. On arrival inspection I found one of the four vent holes was heavily built with scum and mold. It was Walter building up in it it was evident it had been leaking. I cleared this blockage and test it by using speed wash. I saw no leaks.

"240338101 - door bin, 240337712 - dairy door, 240530811 - meat drawer, qty 2 240337103- crisper drawer, 241872509 - freezer door seal, 241872512 - refrigerator door seal, 5303918375, door shim kit.Customer has many complaints about fridge mainly broken plastic interior pieces plus its not cooling. Upon arrival and inspection I found the freezer was running in the mid 20? fresh food section was running in the 50? range. Obvious issue was found there. Please transfer or put in Autho for replacement. Among the things broken were both freezer and fridge door seals both crisper drawers the dairy door the meat drawer, And lastly the bottom door bin. I found the freezer liner was cracked as well possibly causing moisture leaks as well as heavy damage to the fridge liner where door has been scraping for a long time. We would also need a door shim kit. In my opinion this refrigerator is beyond repair please call in authorizations.; saved tckt"

"Dryer not heating. Outside vent was at 13 mph inside vent was at 34 mph after cleaning. The high limit was blown as well as the coils needed replacing. I replaced the height limit the coils and tested. The dryer now cycles between 105 and 197?F. The customer will get their dryer vent fixed ASAP before using further; used 1 279816 (HI LIMIT/FUSE KIT), and 1 5303931775 (COIL KIT) from stock"

I think this washer is in the beginning stages of the rear bearing failing because when it agitates, there a lot of movement in the drum. "Customer said the dishwasher does not drain well, it does not clean the soap out the dispenser cup and it will stop in a cycle. I found the filters were all plugged up, the heater clip was bent up and hitting the lower spray arm, that was keeping it from spinning. I put the dishwasher into diagnostic. There was no error codes, it ran and completed the diagnostic cycle. Its Working good today."
