On arrival open up the machine discover to failed defrost timer. Replaced with part provided and test it. Seems to be working properly now

I access the sump assembly by pulling the dishwasher out and accessing the right side cavity. I removed the defective drain pump and the defective aqua sensor. I installed the new hardware that was sent ahead of time. Once the new components were installed, I restored power to the appliance and verified that the dishwasher runs without producing error codes. The dishwasher is repaired and good for normal every day use.

Owner stated washer makes a squealing sound after filling. Diagnosed faulty idler pulley. Replaced idler pulley and belt. Tested operations. Washer in good working order.

Upon inspection waterline in the back wasnt inserted in the housing all the way reinstalled the waterline that goes to icemaker secured it properly took freezer apart found that the icemaker water shoot was frozen with ice. Grab my steamer. Steamed out ice blockage done.

Replaced the filter board the washer is now working as it should. Found that drain hose has a crack and was leaking. Replaced drain hose, tested and no more leaks. All functions are working well.

Customer stated there was leaking from the freezer, out of the bottom of the door. Upon arrival I found there was a sheet of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Took the back off inside of the freezer to find ice filling the drain pan. I used the steamer to remove the ice from inside the freezer and drain pan. As well as in the tube the water drains down. The ice is all gone. And the water drains properly now.

I found scum built up caused by over suds condition on the lower wash arm. I also found that the machine fills, drains and heats. The machine went through service diagnostic testing, I didnt find one stored error code. I set a coffee mug upright in the bottom of the appliance, the dishwasher filled it indicating good water flow into the wash room.Theres noting wrong with the dishwasher, the member needs to take steps to clean out their machine. I didnt add any soap but there were significant soap suds in the bottom of the dishwasher.
