Customer states that machine was intermittently, having problems cooling about a month ago when they discovered that the door was not sealing properly. They fixed the issue themselves with the door ceiling and defrosted the machine before going on vacation. It appears as though the machine has been operating normally while theyve been out of town. Upon arrival opened up the machine and checked the Damper assembly. Check the evaporator fan and frost pattern. Check the air returns. Everything seems to be working properly at this time. It appears as though a sheet of ice may have been covering the air returns at some point on the bottom of the refrigerator, restricting the airflow. But since this machine was defrosted, it doesnt appear that this issue is going to recur.

Tech line said that if she uses more than a teaspoon of liquid detergent it will pop that code and turn off the heater resulting in dirty dishes. She filled the dispenser completely full. Complaint is no cool 5 months after compressor replacement by different services. Found that Lokring connection from suction side of comp to unit was leaking. Cut out lokring and repaired leak. Pressure tested repair up to 150psi no leaks found. Vacuumed down to 500 microns (held at 550) and recharged with refrigerant. Unit is now operating properly.

STILL GETTING F9 E1 ERROR CODE. I pulled dishwasher out and removed drain pump and it was clear and chopper blade was good. I removed the circulation pump and found the internal filter was plugged with junk. This would cause a sporadic drain issue. I cleaned it out and reassembled. Tested and dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

CLOTHES COME OUT VERY WET AND WE DID DRAIN THE BOTTOM PLUG. Customer said it will not drain and have standing water in it some loads, but then other loads are fine. I filled and drained washer and it drained great. I removed the drain filter and theres some hair and junk, but not plugged. I advised we see a lot of issues with this drain pump and recommended replacing the drain pump. Customer approved replacing drain pump. Installed new drain pump and tested. Washer is draining great.
