I did replace the door switch for a second time. Then I replaced the main power control board underneath the door. Once I had restored power to the dishwasher, I was able to activate any selected wash cycle. The dishwasher is repaired and good for normal every day use.

Found diverter and wash pump gummed up with debris. Found filter assembly not seating properly and allowing debris into wash pump. Replaced wash pump and diverter valve. Reinstalled filter assembly properly with instructions for owner. Verified proper operations. Dishwasher in good working order.
“I bought this dishwasher 1-1/2 years ago. Its had issues with 1 or another spray arm not working. GE has sent people out to fix it and I've literally been told it's just a bad design in the past. But, Paul showed me a problem with how the filter was sitting in the bottom of the dishwasher. He said too much stuff is getting sucked into the pump and clogging it up. He suggested vinegar in the cycles, occasionally. I am hopeful that we're NOT going to have the same issues in the future! It's SO nice to load both racks and actually have clean dishes when it's done!”

Customer states the dishwasher is dead, found the wires were not hooked up correctly and one had come loose. Repaired the wires, the unit is working as is should.
“Tec was great very professional and very knowledgeable. He called and was available early for my appointment and I was home and he came in and found the problem and we were just able to solve it in a very timely manner. we talked about other common household appliance issues, and he was able to convey his thoughts on dealing with said issues. We will definitely be calling Omega back if we have any other household appliance issues”

Customer states the dishwasher keeps pumping and not stopping, found the dishwasher had water in the sump triggering the float switch, found the door seal Between the the tub and seal had a lot of debris, cleaned out, the float switch in the case break is full of debris, the customer is not interested in replacing the case break at this time.
