The customer said the washer has been working on and off intermittently. Today she tried it and it worked. I checked for faults and the shifter fault came up as most recent. I cleared the fairs. I quoted for the repair. I replaced the shifter. When I removed the shifter had found a mouse had made a nest inside the gear case housing. I vacuumed out all that I could. I still replaced the shifter. I ran a calibration and auto test cycle. I checked for faults again and their are none.

"Customer complaint is, NO HEAT. Customer said they had the vent cleaned after I was here last. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown again. Outside airflow is only 14mph. Installed new thermal fuse and tested. On high heat the heat is cycling between 225F and 95F with vent connected and with vent disconnected its cycling between 200F and 100F. Airflow on back of dryer is 29mph. Its probably blowing the fuse because of bad airflow on outside of house, but if the vent has been cleaned theres nothing else we can do. "Customer complete step dishwasher does not drain. Upon arrival and inspection I found it did not drain well. I pulled apart the hose and found it ran through the floor but there was a restriction where there was a buildup of corn and food and then a chip from a dish. I remove this and installed the correct drain hose through the back of the cabinets where it already had a place for it to run. Its not raining great note the electrical was open we couldnt find the breaker and depending on if it was touched her jarred it sometimes would lose power. The customer said after he replaced the door gasket because it was leaking now it wont fill with water. I found the float switch assembly was loose so it was falling down and the switch was closing. I tightened the float and it started to fill. When it runs it sounds like the door is open. After inspecting the new gasket it looked like it was instated backwards. I switched the gasket around and it sounded better. Their were some crease in the gasket which could cause it to leak. I advised the customer if it leaks the gasket may need to be heated and stretched so the creases flatten out.

I pulled off bottom wash pan and raised up feet so that it wont hit rotor. Tested and washer fills, agates, drains and spins. I informed customer about wash pan that they will have to get new one since rotor rubbed hole into it. But after raising legs washer is working good.Office: call customer and collect labor charge."

"Fridge making a funny sound from one of the fans. I put into forced defrost in the fresh food section, and defrost works great. Ran condenser fan and evaporator fans and they run well too. Compressor sounded loud, I moved fridge a little and now where its sitting it runs quiet. She said compressor seems to run a lot, and I recommended she change the settings from -8 and 34 to 0 and 36, which we then changed. Temps currently at -8 and 34."

Customer said that after a full cycle there would be about a 4 inch round puddle underneath right in the middle. I pulled the dishwasher out and ran it for about 30 minutes and it never leaked. I reinstalled dishwasher and watched it for about 10 more minutes and it never leaked. Dishwasher is operating normal and not leaking while Im testing."

"The customer advised the oven would start to heat and then stall out at 200 and the oven light would not shut off. I pulled the oven out with the cart. I removed all the panels and tested each element. All the elements tested good. I checked the power cord connection, the connections are good. I started the oven with it pulled out. I set the oven to 350 and waited for it to heat. The oven seem to be heating for a few minutes then the bake element stoped cycling on. I put my amp meter around the bake wire to see if it was drawing anything. I was getting 0 amps. I then noticed the light was on. I pressed light off on the display but the light was still on. I pushed on the oven door and the light shut off. The same time I did all that the oven started to heat. The bake element and broil stayed on until the oven reached 350. I then tried 425 and it heated to 425. I bent the latch so the door closes and the light stays off. I will order the new latch, inner glass and top grill cover. ; ordrd 1 8303692 (Latch) and 1 W10454202 (Glass) and 1 8303746 (Top door cover)"

Their are no active fault codes. I ran a fill test, drain, spin and agitate test. Every test passed. I put in some towels and started a normal wash. The lid locked and the display beeped. After a few minutes of sensing the washer started to fill with water. The washer is working as it should today."
