Owner stated dishwasher not working, E30 error code. Pulled dishwasher out and found water in base pan causing error. Dried up base pan and started dishwasher. Found top rack brackets loose and causing water leak into base pan. Tightened brackets and vent. Verified no more leaks. Tested operations. Dishwasher working properly again.

“I was contacted the next business morning regarding my issue and was scheduled a few days later for the same guys to come out and replace the "damaged" piece. I'm embarrassed to admit that the protective covering was still on the control panel and when it was removed everything was perfect! The guys were very nice about it. Upon arrival the customer stated that the washer was overfilling. Upon inspection I determined that the pressure sensor was no longer working efficiently. I replaced the pressure sensor and filled the machine with a small load and large load worth of water. The machine filled properly and now is working correctly.

Kitchenaid electric range. Bake element is defective. Replaced with new. Tested operations. Verified new bake element is heating. Set to 350 degrees using temp probe. Verified oven heating cycles off. Is with in range of about 15 degrees of set point. No other issues found.
