"Washer shakes a bit during spin. Located on upper level, unit has self-leveling feet on back and the front adjustable feet had vibration pads. Replaced shocks, re-leveled front feet and found the front vibration pads make it vibrate more so I did not re-install them. Washer has less vibration than before. Mentioned to customer that washers are going to have some vibration, especially on the second level and to remember to balance the weight of the wash load as evenly as possible to minimize vibrations."

"LC ERROR CODE AND DISHWASHER IS TURNING ON. On arrival, no error cold for available. There is quarter round molding in front of the units so Im not not able to pull dishwasher out. "Theyve had the fridge serviced a few times for the issue of evaporator getting all frosted up. Icemaker also has issue where it gets all iced up and doesnt work. I installed a new drain kit, because it did not have a drain kit installed prior and drains were plugged up. Also installed extra heater, and new temp sensor. Noticed at end of repair that the back of the fridge has rust and moisture coming through, due to insulation break down in cabinet. This will most likely cause future frosting issues. Also, 22E fresh food fan error keeps popping up now. I power cycled it 5 times but it persists. Needs new evaporator cover assembly. "Repaired wire pulled out from icemaker connector. No more error codes in freezer now. Cycled the icemaker, the tray has mechanical movement but it does not fill with water. Unit was pulled out for further testing.Copper lines on compressor appear to have been re-soldered at some point and are sloppily connected.I also found electrical connector to water valve was unplugged. Plugged in and still does not pass water to the icemaker on demand in diagnostics. Board is sending out 120VAC to water valve constantly whether its on or off, but when connected to the water valve, voltage drops to 0 whether it is in test mode or not. "Customer states that the fridge is intermittently warm still. Went ahead and opened up the freezer section and discovered that frost had built up again over the evaporator cover around the fan. Went ahead and tested the defrost system and it appears that the defrost system is working correctly, upon further inspection, discovered that the damper door for the icemaker was stuck open. Disassembled the dispenser and discovered a failed micro switch for the dispenser. Replace the micro switch that the dispenser could close and fixed the arm. I think that the frost built up was just as a result of this dispenser being stuck open, and the quick frosting was what was causing the machine to stop cooling in the fridge, even though the Defrost system was still functioning. Everything checks out now but we should check in with this customer in a couple of days. Otherwise this is done.; used 1 MICRO7 (ES16802 3/16' MICROSWITCH) from stock"

"Customer states the ice maker is making ice cubes that have a strange taste and the unit smells like chemical inside the fresh food compartment. Removed the ice maker found lots of calcium build up from hard water on the ice maker mold and the fill tube. Removed the lower drawers inside the fresh food compartment checked for anything that could be causing the smell, removed the back cover in the freezer and checked the coil and fan for anything that could be causing the smell. Found nothing. Customer knows they have hard water, suggested they Change the water filter and put a box of baking soda in refrigerator for the smell"

"The fridge is 60 degrees on upper freezer shelf area and zero near bottom. Tested voltage to the evaporator fan. Its getting 12 vdc but not running. Needs new fan motor. User interface display is out, even though its getting power to it. Customer stated its been that way for awhile. You cant read what it says on display. Evaporator has uniform frost, and compressor running. It DOES NOT have a sealed system leak. The main water valve behind the fridge is corroded and leaking. Lastly, the filter head housing is damaged and does not release the filter, so customer can not remove filter. Needs parts 242252702, 241509402, 241983812 and 5304527932. Not sure if warranty company would approve this or not, so I did not order parts. Can you please submit to them for authorization? ; saved tckt"

"Dans washing machine has stopped working because of an OE error code, I was able to push the unit into a rinse and spin cycle. I found a defective drain pump, the impeller has broken loose from the shaft and will not move water down the drain pipe. "Ken is concerned that his washing machine did not finish a wash cycle and the wash and rinse lights on the control panel were blinking. Those particular lights indicate a drain error code.I accessed the inverter board behind the user controls and inspected for loose wire harnesses and visible clues of malfunction. I cleared the error code and started a wash cycle, the machine finished the previous cycle it had stopped in and then began the new cycle. The machine agitated and drained without issue. I did not find any parts replacement or repair required during my visit."

"Iced up on bottom of freezer. Found a frozen drain line. Steamed all the ice out and steamed out the drain. Found no ice built up around the fan but fan was dead. After flicking the fan blade the motor slowly started running, but it was really loud. Has a bad fan motor. Customer has already made a number of fixes on this fridge and said other than steaming the drain they would not want to put more money into it. Cleaned everything out. Unit is operating properly besides the noise. All set.
