The customer complaint is the dryer takes a long time to dry. I did a air flow test from inside and the air flow is poor. I went outside but the dryer duct cover is to high up to access. I set the dryer to time dry and high heat then took temps. The high heat got to 158 and it took a long time to get there. It then took a very long time for the temps to come down. I went outside to check the vent cover and found its higher than 8 feet and it was open but I can see it has a birds nest inside. I advised the customer to call someone to have the dryer duct cleaned.

"Customer complaint is, CONDENSATION COMING OUT THE TOP LOOKS LIKE A SEAL/GASKET ISSUE. Customer said at the end of the cycle theres moisture on the top of the door on the left side. Inspected and tested. Door seals look good and door is closing perfectly. I ran dishwasher for almost 30 minutes and it was completely dry on top and around the door. The dishwasher is not mounted very straight or level because of the cabinets and counter tops not being level. I tried straightening it out and leveling it, but cant do much with the opening not being square or big enough to adjust anything. The dishwasher really should be tipped back further, but cant because its hitting the counter top. This is the best its going to be with the way its mounted."

Unit wasnt cooling. Was pulling -15/-20 low and staying around 70/89 high. Meaning mostly a restriction. Cut the filter dryer from the cap tub. Pressured to 100 and was getting good air flow from the filter/condenser but through the cap tub is week. I cut out 4 inches but still no pressure. Went up to 200 psi and then it cleared; I could hear the debri clear. Rebrazed the filter to cap pressure test for leaks all good. Vacuum and recharged. Stayed for 10 minutes went from 78 degrees in freezer to 66. Unit is starting to cool.

The complaint is the dryer does not heat. I verified the dryer does not heat. I checked the duct fuse and I found its bad. The duct that connects to the duct housing came apart. I hooked the duct back up and then put foil tape around the joint. I replaced the fuse and vacuumed up all the lint inside the dryer. The heats good. I went outside and tested the air flow and its ok but not great. The customer said its been a while since the duct had been cleaned so I cleaned the dryer duct.

"The customer said the upper oven does not heat up correctly and sometimes when they have the lower oven on the circuit breaker will trip. It for sure will happen when the upper oven is on it sometimes on the lower is on. Today it did trip for me once when I turn the lower oven on and the upper oven. I removed the upper oven liner and ran the oven and noticed that the bake igniter is weak and takes a very very long time for it to light. I removed the lower oven bottom pan and noticed the bottom pan was bent down so it could have been touching the bottom oven bake igniter, and they can also cause the breaker trip. The customer fix the bottom pan for me so it does not rub against the igniter. I replaced the upper oven bake igniter. I started both ovens and let them both preheat to 350 and it did not tripped a breaker.

The customer said the noise now was more of a knocking sound and sometimes it got worse. I verified I could also hear the noise. I pulled the dryer out and I found a screw that was removed from the rear bulk head laying on the ground. I put the screw back in. I took the dryer apart and checked the rollers. The right rear roller felt rough. I replaced just the right rear roller. I put it back together and ran it. The dryer sounds normal and does not make the knocking sound.
