"I verified it gets the f1 error. I followed the testing per the tech sheet on the range. I disconnected the membrane from the front clock and plugged it back in. The f1 does not come up after 45 seconds. I then plugged it back into the clock and the f1 did come back after 15 seconds it needs the touch panel membrane assembly. Some of the cooktop indicator lenses broke. It would need 4 of the cooktop indicator lights 62036 and 4 of the little lens covers. ; snapped 2 QuickPics, states that autho needed"

I found a chunk of glass stuck under the float. I removed the glass and tried it again. Now the dishwasher fills with water and goes through the cycles as it should. I showed the customer how to clean the filter and screen.

Did find though some charred crumbs and liquids that came from counter top onto the front inside of the microwave. Cleaned that all out. Runs great."

Upon arrival and inspection I found a pile of black brush dust under the circulation pump and it worked intermittently when I tested it. Pressure was poor and wouldnt even fill a cup upside down on the top rack. I quoted circulation pump in diverter as most times the rubber hoses split when you take off the hose clamps. They will reach out and let us know if they wanna move forward with this repair.

"Has two issues. One is in the freezer. Water freezing on bottom of evaporator drain pan and then freezing water on bottom of fridge. Found a couple plugged up drains. Steamed it all out, confirmed that the defrost heater works well. Second issue is it freezing up in back of fresh food section. Customer may call to have that repair with the back panel, extra heater, new thermistor, drains, and drain insulation. Quoted if they want that done at some point. Cooling nicely now though and nice and quiet."

"The complaint was not cleaning a clank sound at spin. I ran a rinse and spin cycle, the washer is filling up with the correct amount of water in a timely manner. The washer does agitate well. When it went into a spin the clutch made the normal operating sounds. When it got to the high spin there was some metal on metal rubbing. I found one of the front frame screws was missing and some were loose. I replaced the missing screws and tightened the ones that were loose. Now it sounds normal when it spins. I also leveled both machines."

Complaint was the ice maker does not make ice. We ran the ice maker test and it all passed but would not fill with water. We thought the line was frozen so we thawed out the line. Water still would not fill so we checked the pressure. We found the water pressure coming to the fridge is very very slow. Water barely comes out the dispenser. The customer has the fridge and a water faucet on a RO filter system. He has not had the filters replaced in a long time. We were trying to track where the lines went and some of the shark bite fittings started to leak. We turned the water off to the RO system. The customer is called someone to fix it. When the water supply issue is fixed the ice maker will start to make ice again.

Cleaned out drain pump and drain pump is now running but then found that the water line and drain line are frozen. I took off kick plate and informed customer to put fan or small space heater and blow air underneath cabinet to thaw out water line. Once thawed dishwasher should work good.Electrical issue is normal. I explained that on this model once the cycle starts you cannot change even if you shut off the dishwasher will resume where it left off. I explained that the cycle needs to be canceled and dishwasher will drain be ready to start a new cycle and then you can change settings.

The freezer section was not cooling well and same with the fresh food section. The customer said since I was hear last and defrosted the evaporator it is cooling better. I replaced the main board and turned the ice maker back on. I ran through the ice maker test and put into a long defrost. Advised the customer to give 48 hours to by get back to normal. I put I to test mode and ran the ice maker test 57 and it passed. I the. Ran the fill test and the ice maker filled. I ran the defrost test 6 and the bimetal test showed 1 indicating the bimetal is closed. I then moved to a 8 hour run defrost and then put I into a long defrost. I started to defrost after I took it out of test mode. The customer had the ice maker turned to off when I arrived . I turned the ice maker back to on. I did not use the fan motor.

I zipped ties the line up high to try and keep it off the floor. The water dispenser is working good now. I tried it several times after I pushed it back in."
