"Customer states the ice maker is not working, removed the ice bucket and cover found ice maker mold had no water in it, the fill tube had ice on the end of it, removed the ice. The ice issue could have been a plugged water filter the customer changed it before I got there. The thermistor on the ice maker tested out of range. Tested the door switch and it seems to be not always closing all the way when the door is closed. Quoted the customer both the switch and ice maker. Customer is going to monitor the ice maker. Leaving black marks on clothes. I took apart the dryer. SQ had sent a new drum and lint filter. I replaced both. Also vacuumed out dryer and cleaned it. Vent wasnt attached. Attached that too. The vent in the back inside of the dryer is rusty and charred and Im certain thats causing the majority of the stains. I cant find the part number. I included a picture of it and circled it on parts diagram. Too blurry to see part number though. DW can you find the part number and get authorization? ; O-emld tckt

"Customer complaint is stuff catching on lint tray. Clothes are caring. Also they were having a little issues with dry time. They said they kind of figured out the dry time with they had energy saver on. I did explain about the energy saver and it will not dry clothing properly or fully, especially on more full loads. Also, customer has unit in a built-in and no access to dryer vent from the one side. He would have to cut an access door into the cabinet so you could direct the dryer vent properly so it does not kink up. Hes getting airflow about 11 mph. Unit is a short bent its not dirty I think its just because its kinking up. He knows what he needs to do now for that issue looked at the lint trap and found there was a bunch of lint inside the lint trap to the blower, cleaned it all reassembled and now working properly. No need for parts. Nothing was broken."

The dryer would not start. I found. The belt was off. The idler pulley locked and failed. I replaced the pulley and vacuumed out the dryer. The dryer works good now.

"Customer stated they smelled gas and had issues keeping temps in the oven. Tested the amp draw on the igniter found it low, replaced the igniter cycled tested the unit preheated and stayed running"

Installed part from last diagnosiS. Tested multiple times made sure it was working properly was also getting a little bit of an ice dam so steam that out made sure that was cleared and the defrost drain pan. Everything now is working great let customer know if they have any issues to let us know.

"Installed a new fan motor. After testing cycles, the unit heats up quickly, and there are no more flames on the back of the cover."

"Complaint is it taking long then the other washer next to it. They fill the same amount of the laundry and about 16 minutes longer. Called Techline. He said it could be just the soap or how long takes to fill or drain time. He said that will never be right. Went through test mode everything worked properly. Only thing I can find is some shake which goes away once it gets up to speed. Techline suggests having customer clean unit and not watch the clock. Its an estimated time and long as its working it could be number of things. Had them fill unit for a full normal load started on a normal Eco like they normally do timed it with the timer itself. It ran two minutes longer than the timer itself so nothing too crazy. I have nothing I can find wrong with the unit. Just suggestion of cleaning it with the cleaners once a month watching what kind of soap theyre using, and how much soap they are using.

Usually this is caused from a trip thermostat excess thermostat, tested and found that the thermostat was bad cold did bluebook for a new one disassembled unit replaced thermostat reassembled tested working properly now.

They have run a drum clean cycle a few times and each time they get an E18 with lots of suds and water left at the end. 33% of the regular cycles they have some standing water at the end. Called Bosch tech support. When I ran a drum clean this morning, there were a large amount of suds. They said that there should be none after a drum clean was run last night. Customer says they use a half inch of detergent in cover of bottle per load, and loads arent dirty. They do a ton of laundry. Its HE detergent. Appears there is a build up of detergent residue causing over suds issues now. Customer will buy afresh, clean the tub, and cut back on detergent. Filter is clean and drain pump drains great when I put on drain. 6 month old unit. Brand new."

"Not heating. Found bad gas coils. Replaced the coils, vacuumed out dryer, cleaned and oiled rollers. Cleaned out vent, and adjusted vent going outside since it wasnt totally lined up with exit outside the house. Now it vents nice and strong. Heating great.

Making a grinding sound. Found a metal object stuck between drum and front bearing. Removed object after taking front off. Now it runs nice and quiet.

"Customer complaint is, GAS DRYER NOT HEATING. Inspected and tested. Found the thermal fuse was blown. I removed the bulkhead and its packed full of lint. Customer approved repairs. Installed new thermal fuse and cleaned out bulkhead and back of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating great and cycling between 190F and 105F with vent disconnected and airflow is 36mph on back of dryer. With vent connected the heat is cycling between 220F and 110F. Dryer is now fixed. I recommend customer have vent cleaned.

I disconnected the vent and heat is cycling between 190F and 110F on high heat. The problem is with the vent. The vent is the foil material and looks like its that the whole way to the outside and its 20 feet plus. I advised customer to have the vent replaced before using."

The dishwasher had the e01 flood error and was running the drain pump. I pulled the dishwasher out and found the water inlet tower was loose and water was pouring out the side. Pushed it back in and made sure the nut was tight. I reinstalled the dishwasher and its working good.

"Returned with the part installed, checked for leaks, found no leaks ran unit for 5 minutes. Found no issues"

"Washer leaked all over floor and down into garage. I filled the washer 5 times and let it agitate each time, and it never leaked a drop. I can see on the front that water has leaked down the front from the door. I cleaned a bunch of scum off of the bottom of the door glass. Possible that and hair allowed water to run out the whole cycle. No rips or tears in gasket, the bearing is good, and all water seems to have come from either front or left side behind it, or both. When I drain the water, it often times siphons back after draining out. Couldnt tell for sure if water is backing up but it sounds like it is, possibly all the way to the top of the drain and then siphons back out into washer. Possible it totally backed up and spilled over."

The led display was going out and not all the buttons were working. I installed the part that was sent. Its all working good now.

"Customer complaint is, CENTERPOINT SAID THERE IS A GAS LEAK INSIDE THE UNIT. Inspected and tested found its leaking from the fitting just after the regulator. I tightened up fitting and retested. No more leaks. I started preheating oven and turned all the burners on and then tested again and still not leaking. Range is testing good."

"customer complaint of microwave is dead, and will not start up we starting the breaker. its looking like the 20 amp fuse has blown usually from the door switches pulled unit out on oven dolly, disassembled unit tested switches from one bad door switch. Theres a service Fulton for the switches. They updated switches and holders recommending new switches and holders from Bosch. Customer approved installed part tested multiple times working properly reassembled tested again working great.

The dryer will not start or do anything. I tested the fuses and door switch and ended up finding a bad timer knob. I used another knob for now and now it works. The knob is cracked. I will ship the knob out to the customer to install. I cleaned out the blower and found nothing else wrong with the dryer. The dryer is a little louder than normal but it works fine. "The dryer intermittently will not heat. I get 120 at the main coil. If I tap on the coil the igniter glows and the dryer heats. I replaced the coils and it still acts up. If I tap on the valve it will work. Im now other whole gas valve assembly. The rear rollers are also squeaky. Customers complaint is unit is making nice its not switching from crush to cube so its always giving them cube ice found that the solenoid that shift it is not engaging. It is getting power to it so it needs a new solenoid. Called and left voicemail with quote for new solenoid. Attached to invoice estimate to do repair all necessary. Photos needed. Customer complaint unit not cooling properly. Found in the freezer the back evaporator wall full of frost. Steamed frost got to the wearing was able to test getting 120 V to the heater out heater. "Not heating much and giving E63 error. Called Bosch tech support and they helped me get it into test mode. After 10 minutes of running compressor in test mode, temp only went up 3 degrees, and then compressor shut off. Pressure in system. Tech support thought sealed system but after further analysis said we need to replace the power module first and make sure that isnt the issue, since power to compressor is cutting out. Part is 10025122. Also, tenant wants door moved to left side of dryer. Will need to redo wiring so that it runs to right side where latch will now be located. Cant find anyone who has board. Customer still isnt fully happy and would like a new door hinges and hinges mount. They slow plastic bushing that goes around the metal rod hinge. "When in use it will stop and flash all the display lights and become unresponsive. Per the LG tech site this corresponds with moisture getting behind panel and causing the display board to go wacky. I need the display board and panel assembly. Took panel off and didnt see clear signs of active moisture but dishwasher also hasnt been used today and when I start it it starts fine, which matches with what id expect while board is dry. I attached photos of display board and panel. Also of part numbers. DW can you verify these are the correct numbers? And get authorization? ; O-emld tckt"

Customer states the unit will turn off the middle of a cycle. Ran unit with clothes in it and the unit stopped and coded out a No water flow error removed the covers to find out what valve to order ; ordrng 1 205547P (Water)

"Returned checked ice maker, tube not in the mold correctly, cleaned out ice, removed the maker and drawer and made sure tube was in the correct spot;"

"Replaced bad fuse, user interface, and bower button and board. Works great now."

"Customer states the fresh food compartment is not cold the freezer is fine.Found the freezer completely frozen up, the vents going to the refrigerator full of ice, removed the cover in the freezer steamed the frost and ice out, cleaned out the water. Informed customer to wait 24 for it to fully cool."

Customer complaint is leaking out of dispenser now. Replace new dispenser and drawer once installed tested multiple times and test test each valve and each dispenser. Everything is working properly

Install new door seal from last diagnosis from being torn once installed tested multiple times make sure was working properly once it was working properly reassembled tested again. No leaks and working properly.

"Doesnt pre heat on lower oven. Found a bad bake ignitor. Replaced the ignitor, ignites great now and heats great. Took temperatures and it heated up to set temperature of 350 within 10 minutes.

"Burners ignite with crazy flames. Shoot out weird directions. Found the burner covers on in reverse or not seated down all the way. I adjusted them so theyre seated correctly. Also, they have a cover lying on the cook top that alters the air flow. I took that off. It was there to keep things clean. Now all burners ignite great and air flow and flames are perfect."

Installed parts from last diagnosis once they were installed test multiple times to make sure there wasnt any leaks or any other issues going on but everything is working properly

"Customer complaint is washer will trip GFI. Customer stated it happened in the middle of the cycle the first time it did it was able to reset it and finish the cycle. The last two times had to start it twice to finish. The cycle always seem like it was in the middle closer to going to the spin, on arrival, I put the unit in the spin cycle and it tripped the breaker right after it locked the lid so thinking it might be the lid. Lock unhooked the lid lock controls started unit and still tripped the breaker next put it back together unhooked the motor and unit ran through just fine hooked the motor back up started working unplugged unit waited 30 seconds plugged unit back in went through test mode. Everything is working out properly and not tripping the GFI, Im able to put it in wash mode spin drain

"Replaced bad Icemaker. Cycled it, now it cycled and filled and didnt leak."

The customer said there is a buzzing sound from the freezer and the FF code pops up on the display. The ff means the freezer fan is not working. The customer said when he opens the freezer door the noise stops. I removed the freezer drawer and then removed the freezer evaporator cover. There was frost building up around the ice maker fan. I replaced the whole cover. While I was putting the drawers back in I found the side rails were not snapped in. That could have caused the drawer to not seal tight and allow warm air to leak in. I made sure the rails are snapped in tight. No more issue found.

"The dishwasher was pulled out and not installed when I arrived. The customer said it had the drain error and started to leak under the dishwasher. The dishwasher sits in a peninsula and has a rubber hose that extends the drain hose. I hooked up a cord to the dishwasher and poured water inside. Then ran the drain cycle and the dishwasher is draining. Perfectly fine. Advise the customer that the extra drain tube and the fact that has no high loop couldve caused the drain issue and the dishwasher couldve overfilled and that water leaked out. Also, they have a older copper waterline connected to the dishwasher. It looks like it has been leaking. Advise the customer to shorten the drain line and get a new water supply line."

"Customer complaint is, WATER LEAK FROM THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. Inspected and tested. I started a normal cycle and after 20 minutes it started to drip from the right hinge area. It looks like its running down the right side of the door and leaking by the hinge. The bottom door gasket has been replaced already and looks good. The door gasket looks good, but has some white residue on the right side. They sent a door gasket, so I replaced it. I ran it for another 10 minutes and never saw it leak. The door is closing perfectly and feels nice and tight. The hinges look good. I dont know what else we could replace if it continues to leak."

"Customer complaint is, GAS ISSUE, ONLY TURNS THE GAS ON IN THE ROOM DURING RUNNING THE DRYER. SMELL OF GAS. Customer is shutting off the valve on the inside of dryer when not using. I turned valve on and didnt smell anything. I applied the liquid leak detector to the valve and cant find anything leaking. I ran dryer for 20 minutes and its working perfectly and heat is cycling between 225F and 120F. Im not finding any leak."

"Machine has several issues; it will not heat up at all due to a bad ignitor, gas coils, and thermostat. Also, someone installed the main belt incorrectly. There is a new gas valve that is not the original part for the machine, and both coils were shorted out, blowing the thermostat fuse. I recommend cleaning up the vent as it is full of lint. After the repair, I tested the cycle, and it heats up well with no more issues

"My water connection came loose due to the original line being old and cracked. I replaced part of it with a new line, and now it works great with no issues."

The two strikers had no resistance, because what held in the spring broke. will need new door assembly unable to fix without door. "Customer complaint is that there is a sulfur smell from washer. I fully examined washer. Explained how to run afresh through the washer 4 times. Also, cleaned out a lot of scum built up in drain line. Took off wash plate cover and cleaned out scum built up in there. Found sulfur odor also coming from flood drain under washer. They will pour some bleach type cleaner down the drain. They also said theyve been finding sand granules in wash. I took cover off and found a lot of rust under cover, and the rust has been crumbling and falling onto the collar, and falling where water sprays on the collar and where detergent goes. I did a thorough cleaning of the collar to get all the granulated rust out. Only long term fix would be to replace the rusty lid and cover. Parts #AFG72949701 and #AFG72949701MCK67395501. Looks like the lid might not be available anymore. Can someone submit for authorization and see if thats something the property manager would want to do? Created estimate ticket. Would be L14 labor. Customer service complaint is loud noise they think from the freezer compartment. They said today has not been making any noise. On arrival compressor was running. Everything was running but no fan was running for the evaporator fan. Icemaker fan is running properly and sounds good found that now the evaporator fan was seized needs new fan quoted bluebook. "Lower section of fresh food always freezes. 33 degrees in fresh food although set at 40. Freezer is currently -2. Found lower damper assembly doesnt close. Motor stripped. Quoted for that.
