The dryer is not heating. I found the thermal fuse was bad and heater relay was stuck on the main board. I replaced the fuse in the main board and now its heating properly. The customers airflow its very poor I advise them to use it on low heat until the duct is cleaned or disconnected and vented into the room. I warned them that if it pops then there will be another charge to replace the fuse.

"Customer complaint is, not heating or drying- TAKES ABOUT 2 TO 3 HRS TO DRY CLOTHES. Inspected and tested. Found airflow on outside was only 9mph and the back of the dryer is 25mph. With vent disconnected heat is cycling great between 205F and 115F. As soon as I hook the vent up it spikes up to 255F. The venting is the issue. I talked to the customer and he said that the door glass and the seal were really gunked up and nasty and that he cleaned it off. I dont see anything concerning with this door gasket. This is a new issue. The last complaint was it was not finishing the cycle and it would not heat. Now it finishes the cycle and heats the dispenser would just not open to let the soap out. I fills with water and the wash motor pumps. I also found the rear distribution tower was not snapped into the sump filter.
