NOT HEATING AND WON'T SHUT OFF. Dryer is running as soon as you plug in the dryer. Turning the timer doesnt stop it. You have to open the door. Its not heating either. I removed the back and found an open thermal fuse. Dryer needs a new timer and thermal fuse. Quoted customer to install new timer and thermal fuse. Customer just wants to replace the fuse and will replace the dryer in the future. Also the rear drum seal is in rough shape and customer is aware of this. Installed new thermal fuse and cleaned out rear bulkhead that was plugged solid. Tested and dryer is heating great. Dryer is now fixed. ; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMOSTAT - 2 WIRE) from stock

NO POWER WILL NOT START-NO POWER. Microwave is dead when I got here and theres 120v at outlet. I removed the control panel and tested fuses and all were good. I plugged microwave in and now its working. I tried starting it and it went dead. I can move the control panel and get power to come back. Something is loose, but I cant pinpoint it. I called techline and talked to Russ and he helped me find a loose connection on the bottom fuse. I made sure connection was tight and now its working perfectly. Stops mid cycle and pauses. Best educated guess is that one or both boards are failing. I would start with main PCB. After doing a couple rinse and spins, now it goes all the way through the cycle. I was able to do 3 rinse and spins. I recommended cutting back on detergent. They fill all the way to max. Quote/estimate for boards attached. I did diagnostics and it passed all tests. No error codes. Doesnt stop running when you pull on door during cycle.

Shakes really bad when it runs. Has been shaking from the start. I noticed that with my level its tipping to the right. (See photo). I used my air wedges to adjust feet so that its level now. Upon running it with towels, it violently shakes. Play between inner and outer tubs. Appears rear bearing has started detaching, most likely because washer was not level and feet were screwed in at an angle and only part way on floor since they got it. Door boot is twisted. 87646934 is the file number. Got feet level, had to take off a couple feet. Used shims underneath. Floor is concrete and runs at weird angles and levels. Took shipping bolts off back. Ran it and now it shakes much less.

Customer stated unit makes a noise and also left door switch button stuck. Took door switch apart and fixed spring mechanism. Put unit into test mode and verified with customer noise was from freezer evap fan motor on high speed. Removed freezer evap panel and inspected plate. Tightened up fan mounts and shroud. NOT DRAINING. Customer said its backing up the sink when it drains. This is a problem with the garbage disposal/drain pipe underneath the sink. I started dishwasher on a heavy cycle and it filled and started washing. I canceled and drained and when it drained into the garbage disposal it started backing up into the sink. The garbage disposal is partially plugged. I filled and drained dishwasher 4 different times and it drained every time, just the drain pipe underneath the sink is slow. I showed this to the customer and advised on keeping the garbage disposal clear, or the dishwasher is not going to drain properly.

COOKING ISSUES, INSTALLATION, NO POWER-POPPING BREAKER. This is an induction cooktop. It was in the box on the counter and not hooked up. It took me 30 minutes to figure out what appliance I was supposed to look at because I thought I was looking at a range. The cooktop is tripping the breaker about 10 seconds after flipping the breaker according to the electrician. I took it out of the box and disassembled and inspected wiring and connections and all looks good. I called techline and talked to Allen and he had me check some connections. This cooktop only has 3 wires and the box has 4. Its also hooked up to a GFCI 30 amp breaker. Allen said that it shouldnt be hooked up to a GFCI breaker. The builder is going to have the electrician try and replace the breaker with a none GFCI breaker and see if it works. Case file number is 87647856.

Last technician said sealed system issue. Tap into the system got equalize pressures about 14 psi. Showing that we do not have a leak in the system. Turned on unit and found that we have a faulty compressor. Replaced compressor and filter dryer. Once it was properly installed. Pressure tested with 200 psi of nitrogen. Then vacuumed under 300 ?m. Filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Plug it back in unit started cooling.
