"Customer complaint is, NOT COMPLETING CYCLE ALL THE TIME. Customer said it worked great for about a week after I replaced the board. Now it works great 3 out of 5 times. I ran the dishwasher through service diagnostics and didnt get any errors and everything turned on and was working great. I started the dishwasher 4 different times and it canceled and drained about five minutes in every time. I took apart the junction box and redid the connections. I started it on another cycle and it ran for over twenty minutes great and it seems to be working now. Im going to order a new UI. I asked the customer to use it and we will follow up with them and see how its working and if its still acting up we will replace the UI. Customer says its still doing the same thing. I installed new UI and tested. I ran dishwasher for 30 minutes and it was working great for me. If this doesnt fix the problem, there going to need to get a second opinion or replace the dishwasher."

"Loud and unbalanced, moves around the room. Upon arrival and inspection I found with an empty load machine balance perfect. I put a load in the machine and tested it and it tested perfect with the body off. The outer body is very loose the tabs that hold and retain the body in place were bent and not holding unit in place I adjusted tabs reset it and put it together. The machines neutral drain device in the gearbox has failed. I quoted replacement of the transmission but ultimately I believe he needs some anti-vibration feet and to just readjust loads. The case is so loose noises are only natural with age of washer and condition of the case."

I showed the customer the hoses and let them know that if they do and we replace them they would need to pay for them. Customer is probably going to replace them before I come back. When you press start the washer will lock but then I nothing else. No filling with it and the drum does not turn. I checked for error codes and the most recent was f8-e3 pressure sensor fault. I unplugged the washer and the pressure sensor. Plugged it all back in and now its working. I started a normal cycle and it started working perfectly and filled with water and started to wash. The issue could be with either sensor or the control or maybe both. I did not quote anything for repair. The washer is on a gfi circuit and probably has arch fault breakers. I advised the customer that the appliance manufacturer does not recommend there appliances on those type of circuits. They can cause issues with the electronics. She asked what brands seem to last longer and I did recommend Bosch as a brand that has a longer life span. F8-e3 f5-e4 WPW10448876 sensor W11031829 main control board

I ran test and found the shifter to be the issue. I replaced the shifter and ran a calibration. It works good now. ; used 1 WPW10006355 (ACTUATOR) from stock

As soon as the dryer started the te bad thermistor error comes on. I tested the thermistor from the control and its was 50 k ohms and it should have been around 10. I tooled the dryer apart and tested the thermistor. It still tested out of range. I found the idler pulley is stuck and the belt has been cutting into the pulley wheel. It needs a new thermistor and pulley. The customer will call back if they want to fix it.

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING AND RUINING FLOOR AND INTO CEILING BELOW. Inspected and found the ice maker water line was froze up at the ice maker. Valve is leaking. Needs a new valve. Installed new water valve and defrosted ice maker. Cycled ice maker and now the valve is good, but the ice maker is cracked and leaking. Needs a new ice maker. Installed new ice maker and tested. Ice maker cycled and filled with water. Refrigerator is now fixed."

"Oven has been overheating. Found the glass panel was loose inside the door. Told customer what it would have cost to fix that, since its not covered. I wasnt sure why it was loose, didnt know what would fix it until I put it back together. Now that its back together its sealed tight. Did not charge for that since I did not quote beforehand. Couldnt quote beforehand though since I didnt know if I could get it right until I put it back together. The trim on the left side was broken, that is part number W10761018. The vent on the top of the door is part number WPW10310922. Put it on bake for 350 and it preheated great and did not get hot on outside glass.

Customers complaint with dishwasher is it loose in the cabinet. Upon arrival and inspection I found the glue style whole downs headlight loose. I replaced it with the whirlpool bracket that we stock leveling the machine. The cabinetry is not sitting perfectly level so I worked with customer to set machine properly in hall and she was happy with the outcome. The dishwasher is now mounted as designed. "Washer leaking from front. Found a bunch of cat hair built up on bottom of glass door panel. All the water that leaks happens in the middle of the front of the washer. Cleaned the cat hair off, showed customer how that has to be clean. Zero drips of water, ran it for ten minutes. Normally it leaks for her in the first 10 minutes. Everything runs well."
