Homeowner stated bake feature of oven not working. Diagnosed faulty igniter. Replaced igniter with warranty provided part. Started oven and verified it bakes again. Oven heating normally again.

Customer stated dryer has a mouse squeak sound. Pulled dryer apart and found a piece of plastic stuck in the front slide at 12 0clock position. Also replaced idler arms assembly due to bulletin. Start and verify operations of dryer- Ok.

Unit making a loud squeaking noise. Disassembled the unit found that the idler pulley was seized up. Also to the rollers. Were going bad. Quoted blue book for replacement kit. That includes all four rollers, idler and the belt. customer approved installed all the parts. Reassembled then tested unit is now working properly.

Installed new broil element and fixed issue. Had to cut through insulation like described. Reinstalled insulation and bracket assembly . Done.

Customer states that the machine does not have good wash performance, and occasionally when they open the door, a little bit of water will come out and trip the sensor. Address the leak issue by leveling the machine as it was tipped pretty far forward. As far as performance goes, observed, the machine have a lot of suds in it even though no soap was added upon inspection, discover that the machine had a lot of built-up soap scum that would need to be cleaned out. Instructed customer on how to clean the dishwasher to get rid of the soap, scum, and that once, the suds are gone the machine shouldnt operate normally

Upon inspection ran through diagnostics mode . No error codes. I advised customer tricks to using the washer and what causes the unit to get off kilter. Recalibrated software ! No faults detected unit is ready to go.

Replaced both pressure sensors. Tested and water level fills correctly at each settings. Tested and washer fills, agitates, drains and spins. Washer is working good.

The error code has to do with water. I ended up finding the hot and cold water was turned almost all the way off. Spoke with SQ. Turned water all the way on, now it fills like its supposed to, not super slow like before. SQ said that was the issue.
