Also water stains coming down the front of the washer where theres a lot of hair built up. Found oddly shaped worn down hole in bottom of boot. Poured cup of water down it and no drips or leaks, but looks suspect. Also told customer it could be plumbing thats leaking. "Customer complaint is, LEAKING. Inspected and tested dishwasher. I ran dishwasher for over 30 minutes and it never leaked. I did see quite a bit of soap suds in there. Recommend customer run a couple of loads empty without adding any soap and see if it still leaks, or trying a different kind of soap. It might just have soap buildup in it that needs to be cleaned out. Its also possible the soap dispenser is leaking rinse aid, but I dont see anything actively leaking. If it leaks again after the customer tries to clean the soap out, I think we should order a soap dispenser before we come back. Part number W11032769."

When I hook the vent up the heat spiked to 260F before I shut it off. Airflow on outside of house is only 14mph. Half of the vent is the flexible foil kind. "The washer does not go through a cycle. I found the belt broken and I also found water leaking from the drain hose. After inspection and removing the basket I found the bearing is seized to the transmission. After hitting the transmission I was able to get to move. There is water in the bottom from it leaking. Beside the rust all over the transmission there also some oil seeping out of the bottom. The brake looks ok and the pulleys look fine. The tub is very rusty so Im not sure how long it will all last. Ive listed the parts I think it need below. I did take most of it apart. I dont know how good the milk stool bearing is, it may need more parts. Rinsed water through it. Told customer its possible that was causing some of the smell. But most likely it was stink coming up from the drain next to it."
