Has leaked a couple times from lower left corner. I inspected all hoses and could not find any leaks or tears in them or the gasket. Ran it a few times. Then customer mentioned that she waters down the detergent before she puts it in the dispenser, and then she hears the watered detergent running down inside the washer. She demonstrated for me. I can see that when the drawer is all the way out and she does that, the water and detergent runs down between the front of the washer and the detergent housing. Told customer to just put detergent straight into the dispenser and dont mix it with water.

I replaced the high limit thermistor and the thermal fuse kit, they both have been repeatedly damaged from excessive heat. The root cause of excessive heat inside the dryer machine cabinet is a result of dirty house venting that is far too long for the appliance, I counted twenty feet with two ninety degree bends coming from the laundry machine. The resident says that the vents are clean but could not provide any details as to who cleaned the vents or when they had been cleaned. The parts that I replaced were damaged by trapped heat, bottom line. Until the dryer vent lines are cleaned and shortened, this exact problem will continue to happen.

Complaint is not cooling all the way on arrival unit was plugged in. It was about 22? in the freezer hooked up. My gauges was getting about -25 psi. Pressurized up to 200 psis and used my leak detector tool. Was going off in the evaporator. Installed new evaporator compressor and filter dryer once it was all done reassemble pressurized to 200 psi was getting no leaks. Vacuumed under 300 ?m then filled with proper amount of refrigerant. Unit drop 20? before leaving. Explain to property management will take a day to fully cool.

Tech support had me run through diagnostics, had me check amp draw of compressor. Tech support stated based on amp draw and freezer section not cooling at all issue is low refrigerant or restriction. Tech support had me open step valve filter drier. Pressurized with nitrogen at 100 psi. Used refrigerant leak detector to check for leaks in system. No leaks found and pressures held for about 30 minutes and did not drop with step valve opened. Recovered refrigerant. Purged nitrogen through high side and low side. No restrictions found. Pulled vacuum and weighed in 90grams of r600a.

The dryer drum was tumbling, but there was a rapid squeak occasionally. I accessed the inner dryer cabinet and cleaned lint build up on my way inside. The drum support wheels on the bulkhead were worn unevenly, signs of defects so I replaced them. The drum support wheels at the back of the drum were defective too, I attached pictures, I replaced them too. The drive belt was wearing unevenly too, as was the idler wheel, so I replaced both of those pieces of hardware. I assembled the dryer and started a drying cycle, the appliance is as quiet as a mouse, it heats and has during airflow, good for normal everyday use.

NOT DRYING CLOTHES. Found the thermal fuse is open on the heating element. Quoted customer to install new heating element kit. Customer approved repairs. Installed new heating element kit and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Tested and dryer is heating, but spiked to 260F before I shut it off. Ran replacement power harnesses to their burner elements, secured female ends to each infinite switch. The customers, fresh food doors are bouncing open when one door is closed. I explained that the force of air pressure from one door being closed, can push other doors open, especially when the freezer door is closed. It can force the fresh food doors into an open position. I did adjust the front legs to give the appliance more tilt front to back. I adjusted each leg up about 3/8 of an inch, that did seem to improve the movement when the freezer door was closed. I did adjust the height of the two fresh food doors to make them level.
