Customer state oven not heating properly, not heating quick enough and drops temp to fast when opening door. Ran heat cycle test on oven average temps when set to 350 was 352. Operating within spec, broil burner and convection fan operating also. Adjusted all surface burners bc they were all to high when set to low.

Customer stating that her dishwasher is not starting. Tried to start unit and noticed drain pump not kicking on. Removed remaining water from inside unit and unit started. Pulled unit from cabinet and removed drain pump. Found rubber band stuck inside pump. Removed rubber band and reinstalled drain pump. Unit now working as it should.

Mid cycle it beeps. Customer said it stops and beeps and gives a OE error and theres standing water in the bottom. I started express wash because thats the cycle customer uses and it acts up on and watched it for over 30 minutes and it was filling and draining perfectly 5 different times. After about 40 minutes it started beeping and flashing like it was paused or you opened the door. I opened and shut door and pressed start again and it started washing again. Theres an issue with the door latch. Customer will talk to her husband and they will let us know if they want us to order parts.

Not Draining. Found a piece of plastic from the rollers in the drain pump. Removed and tested. Dishwasher is draining great. Dishwasher is now fixed.

Dryer not heating. Found the igniter fires up. Has bad coils. Venting is good. Quoted for coils. Replaced, now it runs and heats great.

HUMMING NOISE. Found the evaporator fan is loud. I removed the evaporator cover and its completely frosted over. I turned on the heater and it never came on. The thermistor is reading correct temperatures and I ohmed out the heater through the defrost thermostat and it ohms out good at 32ohms. The board is not sending voltage to the heater. Needs a new board. Customer declined repair and is going to replace it themselves, or just replace the refrigerator.
