Open up the machine and discovered a bolt that was stripped out on the milk stool causing the motor to rattle against the frame. Replaced milk stool with new part and tested. Machine sounds much better.

I replaced the bake ignition coil and restored power to the range. The bake and broil flame apertures both now ignite ice and over again. The range is back to full use, all burners and full oven function are fully functional.

Found evap coil heavily iced up. De-iced coil with steamer. Found possible loose connection to heater circuit. Replaced heater assembly. Verified evap fan and damper operations. Replaced control board as unit will not advance in service mode.

Customer state unit not heating fully, confirmed oven cycling 50 degrees below set point. Replaced control board and temp sensor and retested unit now heating within spec.

Customer complaint is unit not heating during bake. Found that igniter is never glowing. Getting proper voltage to the igniter. Quoted bluebook for new igniter. Installed new igniter. Tested unit working properly now.

Had to remove dryer from elevated cabinet. Found faulty front roller wheel bearings. Replaced wheels and cleaned out dryer. Removed washer to reconnect dryer. Start and verified proper operation.
