Cancelled cycle and started new bake cycle. Repeated multiple times. Every time bake igniter ignited burner flame without issue. Set oven to 350 degrees. Monitored oven reach set point temp with in 10 minutes. Monitored oven burner cycle off. Waited for burner to cycle back on. Bake igniter flame cycled oven burner flame on without issue. Placed temp probe in oven. Oven at 350 is cycling between 330 and 365. Monitored multiple cycles. Unable to get oven to act up at all at this time. No gas smell and bake igniter is igniting burner flame without issue. No short cycling every five minutes that was stated by customer.

High limit, vent, return air thermistors and safety thermal fuse all pass tests. The motor and timer are online and fully functional. The dryer vent to the outside has great airflow. The vent hose between the appliance and the wall isnt rigid at all, it was bunched up between the dryer and the wall. Heat isnt evacuating properly when the vent is bunched up and too much heat is activating safely measures that prevent fire. I recommend replacing the aluminum covered vinyl with semi rigid duct work to allow for maximum air flow.

Lights on when fish food doors open. Nothing running (i.e. compressor, evaporator and condenser fans) and the defrost timer would not respond to manual manipulation. I removed the defective timer, installed a truck stock part. Restored power and verified that the cooling system began functioning and cold air is being produced. customer states carbon monoxide alarm went off, had someone come out and say gas was leaking from the front left burner when lit, states smells gas only when using surface burners. Inspected unit put soap bubbles on all as connections and no leaks were found, all burners operating as designed, instructed customer that I unburnt gas smell will be detectable until burner ignites. As long as surface burner is lit no unburnt gas leak is possible with this design of burner. Instructed customer to have windows open when using range.

Customer states it is taking 2 cycles to dry clothes no regular normal dry. I tested temperature on timed dry on high with the dryer vent attached and it is getting to 230 degrees. I disconnect vent and it cycles to 190 degrees. I disconnected vent and cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. Connected vent again and now cycles to 200 degrees which is good.I informed customer that on normal cycle and normal dry will use the least amount of heat and uses sensor dry. If there is mixed clothes and lighter clothes may get dry while heavier clothes would still be damp. If problem continues, I suggested to use more dry option or timed dry and see if it is still taking 2 cycles to dry clothes.
