So water was dripping down. Fixed that also by clearing it. Advised customer that his unit looks like it has a sealed system issue. Only had a little frost on the left top corner. Everything was running but just wasnt building the correct frost pattern. Let customer know he might have a serious issue happening. Customer said they were going to look for new unit. Didnt charge any labor.

No frost pattern on top half of evaporator which would shut off heater before bottom half of evaporator could melt and then it blocks air flow.Per PW i replaced thermistor and manually defrosted evaporator and customer will keep an eye on it and if isnt cooling enough or stops cooling again it is sealed system leak and evaporator is not getting full frost pattern.Did not charge customer anything extra.

"Customer complaint is, F 50 ERROR CODE. Inspected and tested. Found a stored F50 and F51 error in service diagnostics. When I try to spin it in diagnostics it gives me the F50 error. Underneath washer everything is all rusty from the seal leaking at some point, but the bearing looks like it might have been replaced at some point. Rotor and stator are cracked. This washer is going to need a new rotor, stator and rps sensor kit, and possibly a new bearing kit and board. Installed new board and rps sensor kit and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

Brought up about our warranty plan and discount for signing up and getting 2 months discounted off total. Still wasnt sure. So we tried to tap on the motor and see if we could get break free and work. After a while we got it to start and now its running. We advised the customer it could lock up again but have seen a few keep working. Said we would charge 79.90 for labor. Said if it acts up again to let us know and would need to be replaced. We would subtract the 79.90 off the 109 labor to replace."

The customer complains of a funny noise that they thought came from a fan. Upon arrival and inspection a test of the unit and found that the gas burner was opening and closing on the bake option. I put my amp clamp on the igniter and found it jumped voltage between 2.9 A and 3.4 A. I replaced the igniter as it was causing the burner to light and re-light and giving off a gas smell. I put unit into convection bake and tested it at two different temperatures and waited for the main cooling fan to turn on. All the fans are working as they should. I called GE and chatted with the tech line to just check for service bulletins. There are two service bulletins known when is for a failed cooling fan and the other is for DC Feedback through the oven sensor loop. I found neither of these are affecting this model but notify the customer for their convenience. The range is now fixed.; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock
