Tech support had me run through diagnostics, had me check amp draw of compressor. Tech support stated based on amp draw and freezer section not cooling at all issue is low refrigerant or restriction. Tech support had me open step valve filter drier. Pressurized with nitrogen at 100 psi. Used refrigerant leak detector to check for leaks in system. No leaks found and pressures held for about 30 minutes and did not drop with step valve opened. Recovered refrigerant. Purged nitrogen through high side and low side. No restrictions found. Pulled vacuum and weighed in 90grams of r600a.

The dryer drum was tumbling, but there was a rapid squeak occasionally. I accessed the inner dryer cabinet and cleaned lint build up on my way inside. The drum support wheels on the bulkhead were worn unevenly, signs of defects so I replaced them. The drum support wheels at the back of the drum were defective too, I attached pictures, I replaced them too. The drive belt was wearing unevenly too, as was the idler wheel, so I replaced both of those pieces of hardware. I assembled the dryer and started a drying cycle, the appliance is as quiet as a mouse, it heats and has during airflow, good for normal everyday use.

The customers, fresh food doors are bouncing open when one door is closed. I explained that the force of air pressure from one door being closed, can push other doors open, especially when the freezer door is closed. It can force the fresh food doors into an open position. I did adjust the front legs to give the appliance more tilt front to back. I adjusted each leg up about 3/8 of an inch, that did seem to improve the movement when the freezer door was closed. I did adjust the height of the two fresh food doors to make them level.

Unit making a loud squeaking noise during agitate. Theres a few different things speed queen recommends trying. One is the drive bell seal gets a little bit dry it needs to be lubricated. Did that repair? It was completely dry. Also there is three washers on one of the drive pulley. Sometimes that needs to be just a. Did all the repairs tested unit sounds good at customer lesson and they said it sounds 100 times better also. I explained to customer if it comes back within a few weeks then we know its something I lubricated. If its something that comes back right when they try putting some clothing in it, we might have a bad gear case at that point. But being that I lubricated everything and were not getting the noise most likely that was the repair we needed.

Cooktop randomly shuts off during use and customer has to flip breaker. No error codes. Typically front two burners. Called tech support and they said this unit is having issues with if anything crosses the white line next to the UI, if any moisture gets on the UI, if any heat transfer or steam gets on UI, itll shut it down. No fix for that. Coils are resting correctly. Not out of place. Sometimes wont turn on first thing in the morning, even when theres no moisture and its cool. The customers oven had been taking a long time to reach set temperature, and when set temp had been reached the oven wasnt very hot at all. I accessed the bake element at the back of the range, I found a burnt female lead separated from one side of the element. I secured a new female lead to the power supply line and connected it to the bake element. I verified that the bake element has continuity and started a bake cycle. The lower bake element is heating again and the oven reached temperature very quickly, the range is fully functional again.
