Customer installed board and did not resolve - CLICKING NOISE - won't defrost not cooling. FF compartment temperature is 39F and freezer is 8F. In test mode all thermistors passed and damper and fans are working. I removed the evaporator cover and there heavy frost across the top of the evaporator and a ball of ice in the upper right corner. I turned defrost heater on and it came on and started defrosting. I completely defrosted evaporator and turned refrigerator back on and after 20 minutes theres only frost on about 50 percent of the evaporator. The sealed system is failing. Customer is going to use as is for now.

Found that the upper rack adjusters plastic is broken. Customer approved estimate to replace adjuster kit. Replaced parts and rack slides in and out normally. Ran diagnostics and all functions are working good.

Replaced right side door. Installed gasket and door accessories. Adjusted door height.

Sock stuck in blower. Found a sock was rapped around the blower wheel. Removed sock and vacuumed out blower wheel and bulkhead. Reassembled and tested. Dryer is working great. Dryer is now fixed.

Customer stated the unit would not start just keeps beeping. Checked and replaced the door latch. The unit would start and operate, found after trying to clear the 29 minutes the unit would not shut off or clear the 29 minutes. Replaced the board. The issues went away after replacing the board.
