6AC error. Found the rear bearing detached from the drum. Has a bad tub bearing assembly. Customer will be replacing washer.

Replaced condenser fan motor and tested. Condenser fan now spinning to cool machine compartment.

Returned with the parts removed the shelf and the cover. Installed the defrost heater and the new harness. Cycled and tested the defrost is now working as it should.

Found clock display not reading correctly. Replaced clock display #EBR89296402. Did not use AGM30025903 controller parts assembly as it was the wrong one (no air fryer touch pad) and wasnt needed. Verified clock is good!

Idler wheel and rollers stiff - replaced idler arm wheel assembly and rollers and belt all tests good

Microwave light wont turn on and when pushing start the turntable turns but magnetron is not turning on. Found that there was a loose molex connection on the relay. Prong was not inserted all the way in. I secured all connections, tested and light turns on and microwave is heating and working good.

Fridge has been warming lately. I took the evaporator cover off and after 25 minutes of running, the evaporator return line has zero frost and is dripping condensation. Customer is reaching out to whirlpool to see if parts and labor is covered. 3 year old fridge: I spoke with AY and PR while I was here with customer.

Replaced bad door switch assembly. Runs great now.

“I left town for a 2-week road trip shortly after Nate fixed the machine. I've only used it once since the repair, so this "review" won't contain a lot of useful information. Ask me again in two weeks. Only complaint was the time span involved. It took too long to get parts and then schedule the service. The machine was out of service for more than 2 weeks each time the door switch went bad.”

Freezer measured 2?F on arrival. Found power to ice maker, but motor shorted open. Replaced ice maker and verified operations.
