Pulled unit out inspected all the moving components all the waterlines and drain hoses verified. It wasnt leaking from motor assembly hoses drain hoses fill hoses. The watermarks I see are coming from the door seal through the front seal of the door over sudden causing this leak re-leveled unit advise the pods are not recommended. Convert to powder. Unit is good to go done. Also found that lower spray arm wasnt correctly seated in bracket reinstalled unit is good to go done.

FF error code. On arrival code wasnt present. Customer said its been a few days since it came on. Put in test mode. All fans running properly. Per tech sheet. Could have had some ice build up around the fan and caused the code. Being the fan is running now I cant see that being the issue. I believe the fan got iced up could have been from the doors being left open. Explained to customer. If code comes back to unplug and defrost for a day with freezer door open. Plug it back in and see if code comes back.
