When the washer is fully loaded its sassing down so much the pulley runs against the bottom. To me the frame looked ok. Im ordering the shocks but I will inspect again before I replace parts. The customer said that if the ice maker is on and they dispenser ice from the dispenser that eventually ice in the bucket will clump together and freeze and then water will drip from the dispenser flap. I found that most of the time when the flap should open all the way its only opening partially the whole way. Im ordering the flap and dispenser motor. The bake ignitor was bad. I replaced bake ignitor and screws. Let the oven preheat to 350. ; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock

"Customer complaint is, DOOR JUST FALLS DOWN. Found one of the door spring bushings is broken. Needs two new bushings. Installed new bushings and tested. Door does not fall open anymore, but now I can see why it broke. The dishwasher leg and side rail are bent, like it got dropped when it was being installed. Its working for now, but I think this is going to continue to be a issue in the future. Customer was fine with using it like it was, but if it continues to be a issue, the dishwasher is going to need to be replaced."

The grey water from the dishwasher is backing up into the sink. Looked at the sink set up on Streem and this has to be a plugged drain on the kitchne sink. Please call into AHS and have this billed out. Labor is $100 for us. (by FW)

The dryer is noisy. It seems like it make a quick noise with each revolution of the drum. Maybe there is azipper stuck in felt or something. I have no idea what it is. (by FW)
