I pressurized the system again before cutting out the evaporator and drier, I found a tiny gap on the top of the drier filter that was not sealed shut. (Photos attached)I cut out the filter drier removed the brazed fittings. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned the filter drier, heater exchanger and steel line. Brazed in a new filter drier, pulled a vacuum and charged the sealed system with 57 grams of R600 refrigerant. The high and low side pressures indicate strong flow of refrigerant throughout the cooling system (picture attached ). Theyve gotten water standing under the left crisper drawer, in the past year. The customer found that one of the waterlines that runs down through the floor beneath the crisper drawer, to the icemaker had pulled partway out and water was leaking from the connection. I used a couple plastic waterline C shaped clips I keep on my truck to slide under the collar of the Jon guess fittings, and inserted those on the fittings so that the collars cant get depressed allowing the line to pop out. Also used a special tape to wrap around connection and protect the line where it inserts into the Jon guess. (See attached photo). Now lines are secure and line cant pop out causing leaking. Heater works and drain line is fine. Will return those parts.

Defective evaporator allowed refrigerant to leak out. I cut it out and brazed in a new coil.I also cut out the compressor and filter drier, cleaned out remaining refrigerant with nitrogen. I brazed in a new compressor, filter drier and low side access on the compressor. I pulled a deep vacuum ave charged the sealed system with 40 grams of R600 refrigerant, inspected high and low side pressures to verify flow of refrigerant. Compressor is weak, cannot cycle refrigerant as needed.I recovered a full charge of refrigerant, cut out the defective compressor and old filter drier, cleaned out the remaining lines with nitrogen. I brazed in a new compressor, filter drier and low side access on the compressor. I pulled a deep vacuum and charged the sealed system with 5.81 ounces of r134a refrigerant. The high and low side pressures were ideal post charge, the freezer was beginning to cool off minutes after the refrigerator had been running. I had the customer set a bottle of water in the freezer and told them to wait 24 hours before adding any food to either cabinet. ADH73150210 filter drier TCA38151706 compressor

Customer reported clothes were getting burned on the back wall of the Whirlpool dryer. Found black streaks on clothing caused by contact with melted or burnt fabric residue on the rear heater grate. While this is often due to restricted airflow, airflow outside the unit tested good and the vent run is short. Advised that the most reliable solution is replacing the back vent assembly to fully remove residue and rule out internal restrictions. Quoted for vent replacement, a full interior cleaning, and recommended replacing the lint filter, which had become waxy and difficult to clean.

Found that the ice maker fill tube was frozen and water would not fill into ice maker. The fill tube heater was not positioned right. I tested heater and it did get warm. I added tape to secure heater and ensure it was near fill tube to prevent it from freezing. Defrosted fill tube, tested and now ice maker cycles and fills.
