The customer complaint was their is a squeaking noise from the back. The customer pulled the freezer and fridge out. I removed the back cover and found the condenser fan was making the noise. I unplugged the fan and the noise stopped.Today I replaced the freezer condenser fan motor.

Was able to adjust the door the door more and found that the spring busted on the drawer to pull it shut. Replaced the spring with one I had laying on my truck now its working great. Customer was happy they didnt have to spend the extra money on the rails

Water leaking out the front of the freezer. Found the drain iced over and plugged up. Steamed it out. Now it drains great. Steamed the ice sheet out of the front and then took the back panel off and detached the drain tube and steamed out the tube and also the drain going up to the evaporator. Drains great now. Charged minimum labor.

"The customer complaint is the dishwasher panel is flashing and does not a cycle. The door is also heavy and drops down. I found the top panel is shorted because none of the buttons respond. I also found the left door cable is broken. Im ordering the panel, main board and door cable. If the board is not needed it will return it.Today I replaced the touch pad assembly and the door cable. I did not need the control board so I will return the main control. The dishwasher is working good."

Customer complaint unit not drying well. Ran unit with my temp gage. Was getting 100 for a low to 165 for a high in the lint trap area. Which isnt terrible I removed the bottom cover and found that the flame was a little flat showing an air flow problem its nothing I can get at the vent being its out the roof it looks like in a town home. Also noticed the coils where going out. Replaced the coils and let customer know to get the vents cleaned; used 1 5303931775 (GLOW IGNITER & SENSOR) from stock

"Customer complaint is, LEAKING THROUGH THE FRONT DOOR. Inspected and found the door bellow has a chunk missing from it. Installed new door bellow and tested. Water is now getting inside the door and leaking out the bottom. The door and hinge look good. I was able to heat the bellow up and reform it and now its sealing and not leaking. I advised customer to leave the door shut as long as possible to help the gasket form against the glass. Washer is now fixed. If it leaks again, we will probably have to try replacing the bellow again, part number WP8182119."

"Customer complaint was the dryer gets noisy the longer it runs and it takes to cycles to dry. The dryer sounded good. I removed the drum and found the left roller was stuck. I quoted the customer for the rebuild kit. I vacuumed out the lint and replaced the parts from the kit. The air flow is poor. "Customer complaint was the dishwasher will not wash dishes. He said water goes in and then later on in drains all the water out. I started the dishwasher and I could hear it fill with water but then nothing after that. If I listen closely, I could hear the wash motor just hum. I removed the filter plate and inspected the impeller. The impeller on the motor was fine, and nothing obstructing it. I tried it again and the motor started to make a crunching sound. I checked the pillar once more and it was still free so it needs a new wash motor assembly. I cannot get the impeller off. I tried several times and its stuck on there so it needs a whole assembly. please call for approval. DD82-01353 sump assembly ; saved tckt"

Unit still makes a body noise I found when there is not heat the noise went away. The heater assembly was rubbing the bulk head when it expanded from the heat. I shimmed it with a screw. The noise ceased. I watched it for 20 minutes after the repair. The dryer is now quieter.

I replaced the bake element and tested the range it is now fixed.

Customer complaint was water is leaking from the water valve on the dishwasher. I turn the water back on under the sink and verify the water is leaking out of the water valve immediately. I gave the customer a quote for a new water valve. I replaced the water valve and then watched operation. I found no other leaks. "Customer complaint is, 2ND OPINION-TECH COME OVER BUT THE ISSUE GOT WORST. Customer said another company replaced the door for a ice maker issue. It started making ice and then stopped cooling in the FF compartment and theres frost on the back freezer wall. Inspected and tested. FF compartment is 60F and freezer is 30F. The evaporator is 100% froze over. I put refrigerator into test mode and turned the heater on and it came on and started defrosting. Everything is testing good. Went into test mode and got 3C2 error which is motor error. Motor ohms out good. Appears to be inverter board but was reading that people were saying it could be main board. Put in diagnostics mode and when i put in defrost the breaker tripped. Found that heater ohms out to ground so the heater is shorted. Not sure why it didnt happen before maybe when i installed new Evaporator fan motor assembly the heater got jostled and now shorts out? Needs new defrost heater element. The customer complaint is water is leaking out the freezer. The defrost drain is plugged up so the defrost water has no where to go. The water fills up the bottom of the freezer then leaks out. I cut open the grommet and cleaned it. I removed all the ice and defrosted the drain.

"The door inner panel is broken and pulling away from the outer panel. When you pull on the door to open it, a error code key fault f7e1displays on the panel. Most of the time the buttons do not work. You have to reset the power to maybe get to work. It will need the whole door assembly W11196131. "Broil isnt working. Had a bad flat ignitor. Replaced, ignites great now. ; used 1 5303935066 (FLAT IGNITER) from stock"

Customers concern was when they ran the dishwasher that there was a puddle in front of it whenever completed. Upon arrival and inspection I pulled the inspection cover off and watched it run. I didnt see any leaks right away but there was evidence of a leak from the left rear corner where the water inlet is. I watched three complete rinse cycles and I didnt find any leak from that area. After the second rinse I didnt notice a drip forming from the center of the front of the door. I open up the machine and inspected the spray arm and re-tightened the manifold as most of the screws were loose the front right set were about 1/4 turn loose. I clean the door seals and dried it off and started it again. While it was running I leveled it and worked the door back into its proper shape as it was bowed out slightly. I finished the second rents and did a third and the leak never re-offended. I installed two screws through the front brackets with the customers permission to keep the unit from tipping forward as it was previously. The dishwasher Leak ceased after I did those steps. I recommended the customer keep an eye on it for a week and sometimes it will take a while for elite to manifest. Its obvious it is linked in the past but I could find no more active leaks.

Unit quit cooling. Found that all the fans and everything seem to be operating correctly. Called unit out of covert and found that the compressor was hot but wasnt running. Found that the compressor relay was bad. Replaced relay and compressor kit on right away. Unit started cooling again. Customer did advise he has had that compressor replaced more than once. Would need motor assembly and water valve. Dishwasher dead. Main PCB has solid red light. This means the board is getting 120 and transformer is sending correct DC voltage to user interface. User interface getting 12 vdc. quoted for parts/labor/trip charge for new user interface.

Customers complaint is seal on main filter washer is coming off. Jared sent that part. Also not draining properly. Found for the drain the motor running properly and sounds good. Removed the hose off the drain under the sink and it was a little glogged up cleared out debris and now unit is draining properly

Freezer not freezing. The fridge was 50 deg and the freezer was 40. The evaporator was not frosted even one turn. They mentioned it had been running a lot recently. The sealed system has failed. They will replace the fridge it is not their favorite appliance.

"Wont bake. This 1997 model range has a rusted out bake burner tube, it shorted out to the ignitor and blew it. I quoted both new ignitor and burner. They declined service."

"Washer wont go into high speed spin. Just sits at 7 minutes left and tires to continually balance but never goes into spin. Test mode with no clothes and washer goes into high speed spin fine. Ran spin mode with no clothes and washer goes into high speed spin.So it appears that the MCU is bad? Which on this model it seems like its all part of the control board which is NLA. Also reading that pressure sensor goes back on these models. Before this happened she said she was getting SUDS error during her wash cycles. Do that at same time doing main board since we have to pull everything out.Is there a MCU on this model. Needs control board 12002651 NLA; pressure sensor WP34001209.2 guys 2 hours; saved tckt"

Not draining then it leaked. I checked the spray arm for the service bulletin and it was good. I checked and found the discharge issue was dd01-22. I cleaned the discharge head and it drained perfectly. The dishwasher is now fixed.

Burning smell from freezer. Heater element had fallen down and shorted out. Needs new heater. . Coming back Monday to install. ; ordrd 1 5303918208 (Heater assembly)

"Customer complaint is, ERROR D5 WONT RUN. Inspected and tested. Washer is giving a dS error and doesnt lock the door. The door lock has failed. . Customer approved repairs. Installed new door lock and tested. Washer is working great. Washer is now fixed."

Customer said after 2 weeks ice stopped being made on top ice maker but also said the freezer ice maker stopped as well. I didnt touch freezer ice maker so I pulled out refrigerator and found that it has the ice build up on the outside back wall (see picture) i showed customer and said its not repairable and since it was working when i was out last I didnt pull out the fridge to see that. I advised customer to take pictures and call Electrolux and see what they will do for him since its not repairable at this point.

Washer walks around the room. The rear main bearing is failed and it gets out of balance and moves around the room (it has a smooth floor). Theres nothing that can be done this unit it would need the rear main bearing repaired but the cost is twice that of a new one. They will replace it.

"The customer complaint was the front left burner does not work at all. The back 2 burners work on and off and take a long time to heat up then cool down. I found when testing the burners the front left switch was shorting out. I pulled the range out and replaced the switch for the front left burner. I then noticed that the switch for the back right burner is shorting and is black in the inside. The burner works as it should but Im still going to replace it. The customer said the back left is also not working right. It seemed ok today but sines the other 2 were bad I replace the switch for the back left burner. After I was done and testing the front left burner the burner switch started to short out. So Im ordering 2 switches for the big burners. I advised the customer that its normal operation for the coil burners to take a long time to heat up and then a long time to cool down. I told them not much will change other than they will be more consistent. Unit wouldnt spin. Tested the motor from the board and the motor tested good. Also tested the wiring and the wiring harness was good also. Replaced inverter board and Jen tested unit and now unit is operating correctly with out any issues. Installed DC92-01531c

"Sparks when it runs. Had a bad magnetron. Replaced it, now it runs great with the new one. The little cover inside that allows waves to go through is damaged so they will go to hardware store to get material to replace that."

E:24 error and not draining. I found plastic in the pump and in the drain line. I removed it and tested 3 times. The dishwasher is now fixed.

"Replaced broken user interface control. Recommended they sand off the cabinets on both sides of dishwasher, so that door can close better. Its really wedged into the opening."

Customers concern was the dryer and made a scraping screeching noise. Upon arrival and inspection I found the unit had been pulled apart but they had missed a piece of metal that was stuck inside the left most glide. I removed it and reassembled the machine adding a few screws that were missing. I ran it for 10 minutes and it was nice and quiet and the heat felt good. The dryer is now fixed.

"The washer doesnt consistently complete the cycle. I ran it through test mode and found it did not want to spin. I tip the machine back and found the gearbox was leaking oil it had soap to the belt the splotch and the actuator. Called and spoke with the contact Kim and give her the quote, and she declined repair."

No water is spraying is the complaint. Can hear the motor try to run but wont. Fills full of water heats and drains properly. Quoted customer blue book for a motor. And customer says they want to get a new unit any way and there are few others things wrong with this unit W10846093 motor

Found when i got here that unit was off. I checked outlet and no power. I checked breaker and it was turned off. I turned on breaker and range has power. Cook top amd oven heats and are working good. I let oven preheat and can find nothing wrong with range as im here.During the time oven stopped working the customer had siding being replaced and they did shut off power for outside lights she said so its possible that it was accidentally shut off?Range is working as im here. I informed customer they have 30 day warranty and to call back into AHS if they have any more issues.

"Not cooling in the fridge, makes a strange noise. I was unable to duplicate the noise, but found the dampener did not open. Part is on order.; ordrd 1 242303001 (Dampener)"

"Customer wants new unit. Says unit isnt drying or heating like last time. Found that last time needs the dryer vents clean. They said they did but still extremely low. Unhook the unit and it works just fine and has good air flow. Customer says American home shield said they will replace unit if we say it needs to. Customers complaint is unit not draining. Checked the trap was clear and nothing seamed stuck in the drain pump. Removed pump and found that the propeller was stripped. Quoted blue book for a replaced. Installed pump and tested multiple times. Unit drains properly now and no leaks. Used truck stock drain pump 4681EA2001T; used 1 4681EA2001T (DRAIN PUMP ASSM - MOTOR SOLD SEPARATELY) from stock

Unit wouldnt like to switch from agitate to spin. Found that the shift actuator was faulty and needs to be replaced. Also customer was complaining about the loud noise. Unit is extremely loud during spin. Found on that the gearcase is going out. And is extremely loud. Quoted owner for both parts. He is going to get a new unitW10006355 shift actuator. W11132267 gear case

Customers concern is if we didnt want to spin out with a really small load. Upon arrival and inspection I found a whole host of error codes were stored inside including out of balance. We watched it spin in test mode and it spun perfectly empty. So we put a small load in it and watch the quick wash cycle and found that with a load it moved rocking from the left rear corner to the right front corner. We went ahead and shimmed the right foot as the customer did not have the adjustment tool it was taken by the installers. We got the thing to complete and spin up and look perfect.

The complaint is the dishwasher is dead. I hooked up the tool and it said the dcs was tripped. I reset the board and it started to work. I saw water leaking from the wash motor and its louder than normal. I gave the customer a quote for the repair. At this time the customer wants to think about it. If they call back please order the main motor WD26X25103 and allow 2 calls worth.

"Washer wont go into drain/spin. I was able to manually advance timer and get it to spin. I tested cycle and after 20 minutes timer never ode and just agitated. Timer is bad. Also the lid switch plastic is broken and lid barely hits the lid switch to advance cycle. Also the agitator dogs are worn out. Upon further inspection since there was so much frost build up I had assumed that it needed the housing kit. But when i took out ice box it already had the kit installed at one point and so when doing further testing i found that the heater and ice thermostat is open. I informed customer and said that i wouldnt charge anymore for the service then what was originally quoted but even then he was having 2nd thoughts and decided he didnt want it fixed. If he changes his mind he will call back and parts will need to be ordered anyways (added picture of new quote and part numbers)Customer declined repair.

COMPRESSOR CLICKS ON AND OFF AND THE DISPLAY TURNS ON AND OFF. Unplugged the freezer evap fan and it stop the clicking. But then I unplugged the condenser fan and same thing. Something is loading down the board. . Ice maker isnt working also.

"Found that thermistor is off and caused dryer to get too hot and blew the safety fuse. Replaced thermistor and thermal fuse, also cleaned out inside dryer of lint build up. "Customer complaint is the washer does not and it gives the dc3 fault. The dc3 fault is a add a door not locking. I ran the smart install and checked the add a door switch and lock. Per the tech sheet it looks like the add a door lock switch is broken. It could also be a main board issue. I called the customer and gave a quote for the different parts and scenarios. I raise the customer it could be a door lock. It could be a control board issue or both. Advise the customer we can start with the door lock, but if we install the main board, they would have to pay for it. "Evaporator all iced up. Even with bi metal bypassed, in forced defrost mode zero voltage is sent to heater. Heater ohms good. Service bulletin for adaptive defrost control for this issue. These customers are complaining that the dryer when its on heat smells like burnt gas. Nothing that would be causing VOCs. I do see that the end of the burner tube is crumbling. The gas isnt flowing out right since its falling apart on the end. Ordered new burner assembly. Coming back Friday to install. Its loud when it tumbles. I found a sheet rock screw stuck in the Glide. I removed it and checked for more issues. No permanent damage was done. I adjusted the feet so it stopped rocking as well. the dryer is now fixed.

Found that blower wheel plastic was stripped and noisy side it was wobbling around. Replaced blower wheel. Tested and dryer is running quiet and working good.; used 1 Y303836 (BLOWER) from stock

Door not closing. Found a hat on the top rack that was blocking it from closing. Middle rack falling down. Had two broken rollers. Replaced the rack adjusters with the new improved kit. Works great now. ; used 1 W10712395 () from stock

Kitchen-aid fridge manufacturers defect causing cooling and alarming issues. I quoted the 3 boards on the back but explained that is based on an educated guess based on the information given to me from them. I also quoted the control board and wire harness as there could be multiple issue. She declined service they are tired of the many defects with this fridge.

"The customer complaint was their is a noise and not cooling that well in the fresh food compartment. I found Frost building up on the back of the freezer, evaporator panel and frozen ice on the fan blade. I put the unit into a defrost and the heater came on and it started to defrost. The bottom half of the evaporator was defrosted and only the top half had frost on it. Everything looked good, so I just defrosted the coil. Advise the customer that the freezer door could have been left a jar and warm air could have leaked in and caused the frost buildup. Advise the customer to keep an eye on it and I change it from adaptive defrost to a time defrost."

The customer said the dryer does not start to tumble when start is pushed and a few seconds later f01 comes up. That fault is a main control fault. When the dryer started I tapped on the motor relay and the drum started to turn. I removed the board and found a bad solider spot on the board. I quoted the customer for repairing the board. I just cleaned the spot and applied new solider. I put it back together and its working good.

"The customer said they woke up in the morning and they found the oven was very hot. They tried to shut the oven off by pressing cancel but it would not shut off. They had to turn off the breaker. Today I turned the breaker back on and its working good. I ran a test cycle and it just said 7505 bake relay. Because of the way the customer said it was acting up I want to order and replace the main control. The part was not in stock at local distributors. Please locate the part and contact the customer. The customer said the water dispenser and ice do not work because the water was not turned on. I made sure the connection was good then I turned the water on. I installed the filter the customer had. I ran 2 pitchers of water and made sure the ice maker fills. I tightened the freezer door handle too.

"Customers complaint is wash motor will continuously run on all the cycles but rinse and quick. Checked for error codes no error codes. Ran unit through test mode and didnt give any error codes. Heater was working properly. Turbidity sensor is clean. Put unit in a normal cycle and told customer to let it run. They go to bed at 10 and I told them let it run to 10 then if its still running by then turn it off. I did a hard reset also. So they will and let us know if it worked or something still going on; saved tckt , states that autho needed"

The customer said the dishwasher leaks. The dishwasher was pulled out when I arrived. I found the top of the water inlet looks like it was chewed through or something. I verified the issue and then replaced all the parts sent. I left the old parts with the customer. We ran it and there were no leaks. I left it out and sitting in the kitchen. New to collect. ; O-emld tckt

"the customer advised water under the crisper , needs drain kit repair and sensor. Replaced the drain and installed new sensor. Also cleaned up the water inside the fridge the drain was definitely clogged. Made sure its draining good. Now unit is working properly. ; used 1 DA8201415A (DRAIN KIT), and 1 DA32-00024W (SENSOR ASSM - EVAPORATOR) from stock"

"Dishwasher stops at different points during cycle. Customer has to press start and different buttons and it beeps. Found a crack going around the control panel, allowing moisture into the control panel. Also, control is top replaced part. Quoted bb, for AGL75172613 and J13 labor. Customer instead is going to put a sealant on crack."

"The customer complaint was the water would not dispense and it does not make ice. I found no water was coming through the dispenser. Water going into the water tank but nothing came out. I removed the tank and found it was restricted with some white plastic looking stuff. I replaced the coil tank and a couple 5/16 connectors. The water works good and I advised to give the ice maker 24 hours to start working. ; used 20 HOSE2 (Pt516- 1 Foot, 5/16' TUBING), and 2 FITTING4 (5/16' JG FITTING) from stock"

"Called Bosch. Icemaker is in turned position. They said when its turned but dead and non responsive, its a bad Icemaker. Has green light on, but doesnt do anything. In the past they could get it to start working again by turning off the fridge. 50 in fresh food section and 40 in freezer. Compressor is running and fans running but the evaporator is only 1/8 frosted over. Bottom rung of evaporator coils. The rest are clear of frost. Sealed system issue. Customer buying a new fridge.

The customer complaint was the dishwasher turns on and off and their is sparking coming from the outlet the dishwasher is plugged into. I plugged the dishwasher in and there was a sparking sound from the outlet. I unplugged the dishwasher cord and pulled the dishwasher out. I inspected the power cord and main board. I found no issues with the cord or board. I plugged the dishwasher into the kitchen island outlet and the dishwasher is working fine. I then plugged the dishwasher into a extension cord and then plugged it into the outlet under the sink for the dishwasher. I plugged the dishwasher into the extension cord and started the dishwasher. When the dishwasher started to drain their was sparking again from the outlet. I removed the outlet plate cover and I could see arching and burn spots on the outlet. I unplugged the disposal and shows the customer. I reinstalled the dishwasher and advised the customer to call a electrician to fix the outlet. The dishwasher tested good and no parts used.

The customer complaint was the dishwasher does not dry and dishes. I found the rinse aid dispenser was empty. The customer said they have lived here for about a year and only used the dishwasher about 5 times. They have never used the rinse aid. I put into diagnostics and their is no fault codes. I ran a normal cycle and as soon as it started to wash the element came on to heat the water. The element is drawing 6.88 amps. The dishwasher is working fine and draining fine. I advised the customer to use the rinse aid.

Getting dr0900d5 continually blinking on display. Found that the outlet power is not correct. From L1 to L2 i get 120v from L2 to N i get 215v.This is true on all of the dryers. Maintenance will contact their electrician and ensure outlet power is correct before seeing if dryer is malfunctioning.
