The oven bake element tests positive for resistance and continuity, control panel responds to various selections. The bake element relay opens and closes if heat is required at various points of the bake cycle. I calibrated the oven control panel so that set temperatures would be more closely followed by the thermistors communicating with the power control board. The surface elements work perfectly according to the residents.

Removed control panel. Removed control board and replaced with new. Reinstalled control panel. If issues continue it is in the sealed system. Will require refrigerator to be uninstalled before repairs can be made to the sealed system. Evaporator coil is aluminum to aluminum with lock ring fittings. Will require lock rings and lock ring kit. If issues continues recommend replacement of evaporator coil, compressor and filter drier.

PREMIUM LEVELLA commercial refrigerator is making a loud bang sound shortly after compressor cycles off and condenser fan motor intermittently making squealing like sound. Cycles compressor on via thermostat. Allowed compressor to run the cycles off. Heard loud banging sound coming from evaporator coil or evaporator area. Contacted tech line. Explained findings and offered to replace condenser fan motor. Was put on brief hold then was asked how much I would charge to replace the compressor. Lower rinse arm fell off. Reinstalled lower rinse arm. Verified is secured to sump of dishwasher. Dishwasher making odd whirring like sound. Removed kick plate to locate source of sound. Found possible source coming from stainless steel water supply line wedged between floor and recirculating pump. Moved water supply line and made sure there is nothing causing any sort of vibration noises. Drain pump is running somewhat louder then usual but is still draining water without issue. Dishwasher is not making any other odd sounds at this time.

I access the inner wash cabinet by removing the top of the front load washing machine. I pulled the drain line up out of the standpipe and I heard water flow out of the end of the drain line into the standpipe. That fact tells me that the drain line was submerged in the P-trap of the standpipe. I adjusted the drain line stop so that it will not sag down into the standpipe again. I entered the washing machine into factory diagnostic test. I filled the machine and allowed it to agitate three times no leaks. I drained the machine three times no leaks found. The circulation pumps and concentrate pumps inside the washing machine did not leak during test cycles. The Bellows did not allow water to leak out between it and the door. My diagnosis is the drain line was submerged and water was being pulled back into the drain pump and allowing it to leak out of the washing machine. No need for parts replacement or further repairs.
