"Customer is complaint is unit making a noise during operating. When running didnt sound like there was much of a noise of course customer said. Disassembled unit and found that the idler is going bad and was getting cut into from the belt quoted for the kit or the idler by itself Customer decided to go with the kit because it makes more sense. Installed new kit reassembled now unit is working properly. Theres still a little bit of a noise. My guess is thats coming from the motor itself. Double checked everything and everything is installed properly.

EXCESSIVE DRY TIMES. Customer said the timer doesnt advance. I started a timed dry regular heat cycle and it got up to 260F before the heat shut off and then it was quick cycling and the heat would only be on for 3-5 seconds. I removed the vent and its plugged about 90 percent with lent. I cleaned it out and tested. Dryer is heating great and cycling between 210F and 120F. Dryer is now fixed. I also advised customer to only turn timer clockwise or the timer can get stuck and not advance.

"DRYER ISSUES, FAULT CODES, ERR-F3 ERROR CODE NOT HEATING. When I start it, I can see the ignitor glowing but no flame. Theres a service bulletin for this issue. Both gas valves are turned on. I have 120v to the wires there telling me to check in the service bulletin. I called techline and was on hold for 27 minutes before I hung up because I need to get to my next job. The service bulletin says to check gas pressure at the back of dryer and I cant do that. Maybe they need to have someone come check pressure at the supply line on back of dryer. Phil said to reschedule me to come back with Phillip. This is a stacked washer in a closet and its in a pan, so its going to take extra time, so please make sure and schedule extra time. I ran washer through test mode and everything worked perfectly. I found a service bulletin for it being off balance/walking/vibration. I checked everything they said and the only thing I found is theres no QR code on the drum. It says to replace inner drum if theres no QR code. I dont think theres anything wrong with the washer, I just think they had an off balance load. I explained everything to Wil and said that if they continue to have problems that we would need to replace the inner drum."

Customer complaint is water on the floor in the front. This is a built-in unit with a separate refrigerator and separate freezer. The refrigerator part is the one acting up and getting the water. Remove the bottom drawer inside the refrigerator and found water traces on the bottom of the refrigerator inside. This is common on these for the drains to get clogged. Customer does have two shedding dogs. Remove the evaporator cover. And found the drain is plugged up. Grabbed the long wire fished through and then steamed and blast nitrogen through it. Unit is now unclogged and cleaned out and now draining properly tested with a cup of hot water and then removed water from drain pan. Unit is now working properly. Also showed customer what I did so they know if it happens again.

"Some frost on lower left evaporator cover in fresh food section again. Verified with Ed at Beko tech support that its the correct cover per the service bulletin. Ed asked what kind of clearance there was around the fridge. Theres less than an inch on each side and above it. Maybe 1/2 above (not the required 2), and not an inch on each side. Ed said that the compressor has to run longer when theres little clearance, and then frost builds up in fresh food. Customer stated that drawers open and close fine now actually. We pulled fridge out further to allow it to breath better. I steamed off all the frost in ff section. They will potentially consult with a carpenter to remove the trim above the fridge to give it more breathing room."

"Customer complaint is water inside the filter. And once had water above the filter on arrival, unit was completely drained and was sitting properly for water level. The unit is draining into the drain not into the food disposal. Tested multiple times to drain sounds really good and healthy strong. I explained there should be some water inside the filter area also explained that if they have the food disposal backed up or if its plugged and water inside of it that can cause this issue, also customers using seventh generation soap and complaining about it stink and being a little milky in there. I explained that that soap does not break down and if theyre going to use it, they need to use a dishwasher cleaner at least a month anyway. If this happens again explained theres a streaming offer and they could probably do that to make sure were not coming back out just for a user error."

"Customer complaint is getting a E01 code which is a leak code. This unit is not mounted. Customer said they have to do something for the mounting because of how the remodel was done. Removed unit on protective mat. Disassembled the one side so I can watch for a leak right away when I started it found that the case break was loose and was leaking from that. Tighten that up. Let it run and couldnt find any other leaks. Also tightened up the sump assembly cause its no one for these to get a little bit loose leak from there water valve look good motor.
