The pet hospital employees complain the dryer shuts off prematurely. Upon arrival at inspection I found a stacked Samsung electric dryer and a very tight commercial environment. This dryer is the wrong product for this application. The unit heated momentarily but stopped heating seconds after it started. I watched and listen to the unit and it is very loud. The rollers and idler are also failing. When I went to look up this unit the rollers are now old is sold with the bulkhead assemblies. This unit would require two guys to unstack and there would be no room to work on it on site.

"I ran the oven and all the burners. No issues found and everything on the range is working as they should. I was able to smell the order in question. The range is not producing the off order. I believe the order is from some stating the customer was recently doing in the garage. I advised the customer to clean the bottom the microwave, clean the burner caps with knot hot water and let the oven bake at 400 for an hour or so. The smell should go away with time. Nothing to worry about."

"Customer complaint is, NOT COOLING / NO COOL, THE REFRIGERATOR NOT COOLING ENOUGH AND THE DEFROST ALSO SEEMS NOT FUNCTIONING. Inspected and tested. FF compartment was at 52F and freezer was -12. There was heavy frost around the ice box vents and the left side of the freezer. Everything tested good in test mode. Its possible the damper is failing, but was working perfectly in test mode. I advised customer to watch it and if it continues to frost up that we should probably replace the damper assembly, part number WR60X27396. If customer calls back, can you quote them replacing the damper assembly and order it before we go back."

"Found that they were missing crisper shelf glass. I switched shelf from bottom to upper so now they can use that because glass is NLA. Food was only getting frozen in the bottom crisper drawer but that drawer has its own temperature slider and was set on max. Showed customer and adjusted to low to prevent freezing since the rest of the shelves never froze foods.Water has slow flow, likely caused by clogged water filter. Filter has never been changed according to customer. Customer will try that first before replacing water valve.If water keeps being slow and ice maker having hollow ice the water valve would need to be replaced and would need to order part# W10408179Customer will try filter and call back if problem persists."

"The customers complaint with the dryer is that it shuts off prematurely. She believes it does because its running on high heat and theres tried both high and low heat. Upon arrival and inspection I checked the dryer duct outside it vented greater than 20 miles an hour. I started and ran machine and watched cabin temperatures and I found a giant fluctuation on the high side thermostat 220-260. On the second cycle when it reaches the temperature and the temperature Sensor switch the unit shut off. I checked the thermal fuse and said they were good. I replaced the thermal fuse switch kit on the burner side, And I replace the operating thermostat with thermal fuse on the exit side. Temperatures ran between 205?F and 108?F unhooked. I watched four cycles it was consistent. Connected the low side was up 5? in the high side ran about 15? warmer. Well within manufacture specifications. The dryer is now fixed.; used 1 WP3392519 (THERMAL FUSE), 1 279816 (HI LIMIT/FUSE KIT), and 1 WP3387134 (THERMOSTAT) from stock"

I pulled unit apart and found the thermal fuse on the elent was blown. I replaced it and tested airflow at the back of the machine and founded still was only at about 13-14 miles an hour. I took the Lint trap out and cleaned it under hot water with a brush the pressure increased to 24 miles an hour. Then watch temperatures and its cycled between 186?F and 111. The dryer is now fixed; used 1 6931EL3003D (THERMAL FUSE) from stock

The display module flickers and after the oven is on a while the breaker trips. I found no issues with the range for tripping the breaker. When I reset the breaker I found that the breaker is hot and I can smell it smolder. I left the breaker off and advised to get a electrician to repair. "Refrigerator was popping the GFCI that is daisychained to the outlet behind the fridge. Every time they would plug the fridge into the wall it would immediately pop the GFCI. Since then, theyve had it plugged with an extension cord into a non-GFCI and it has not been tripping. When I got here I plugged it back in to the GFCI and it did not trip anything. I put it in test mode and ran the compressor and the fans and the defrost heater and the icemaker in the water valve and none of those components caused it to trip. If it happens again, the customer is going to unplug one component at a time until it does not trip the outlet. I told him that if I were to make a gas I would gas the control board but if we replaced the control board and that did not fix it, that would be a nonrefundable part. So the customer will call us if it starts tripping again and let us know which plug it was causing it to trip."

Customers concern is with a buzzing vibrating noise. Upon arrival and inspection I found individually the fans would run and not make the noise. There was significant moisture in the FF section. If I selected for all fans to run on high the freezer evaporator fan motor would pulse causing the vibration noise that they are concerned with. I called the GE tech line and spoke with John he recommended checking for voltage drop and replacing parts as needed. While testing components I noticed the noise changed when I broke the seal on the evaporator cover. After looking the returns from the FF section were iced up. I looked for an air leak and found the mullion was not correctly installed. I removed it and re-installed it see pics. The customer will hard defrost the fridge and dry it out. The fridge is now fixed. The noise went away after I cleared out some of the ice.

Customers complaint is the washing machine doesnt spin. Upon arrival and inspection I found the UI would light up and you could make selections but the door would not unlock it would stay in a locked position. I tested but found that the spin basket would not spin. There was no physical blockage or nothing holding it in place. I put it into service diagnostic mode and found to errors An e57 and an E 52. Customer mentioned that it has been behaving sporadically. It was hard to get the unit to go into test mode and it acted like it was not communicating well. I spoke with the customer and after some discussion they have decided to work directly with the Bosch certified repair company as they have access to technical data and can program control boards which are sold without programming.
