BURNT SMELL COMING FROM THE DRYER. Customer said dryer melted a tag on the back wall. They were using a normal cycle which is max heat setting. I checked the manual and thats what normal cycle is supposed to be. I ran dryer for over 10 minutes on timed dry high heat cycle and its cycling between 180F and 100F consistently. I advised customer to use the timed dry cycle and probably only use medium heat.

The water dispenser has very low pressure, as does the ice maker. The refrigerator pressure is being reduced by the reverse osmosis system supplying water to the appliance and that the refrigerator water filter hasnt been replaced in four years. The ice maker completed a harvest test but water only trickled into the tray, hardly filling it. I adjusted the ice maker fill time on the side of the motor housing. Customer complaint was unit will not fill with cold water. They would put it on the hot cycle. It would fill a little bit but then stop and not do anything else. Went into test mode and found error code for not filling. Went to manual test mode checked each valve cold and hot. It filled properly also unit agitated and spun. Calibrated control board started unit and now its working properly. If issue comes back, customer is gonna take some notes on what cycles and what is exactly going on. If its ongoing issue just randomly it will need probably a control board
